To make sure your stay is truly exceptional, Ann will be your dedicated remote property manager, available full-time to assist with any needs. Almost all of our guests rent a car. There is one assigned parking stall number 25 for G318.

Turtle Bay and our villa is perfectly located on the North Shore which is minutes from some of the most famous beaches in the world. 5 minute drive to Sunset and Banzai Pipeline. 10 minute drive to Waimea. Kawela Bay is located on the resort property. The likes of “Lost”, “Pirates of the Caribbean” and other movies were filmed there. We will also note in our guidebook where some of our favorite “secret” locals spots are.

Use ONLY the Villa pool. Use of the Turtle Bay Resort hotel pool is NOT permitted.
Rinse off sand before entering the home.
Do not sit on the furniture with wet clothes on.
Do not hang clothing or towels outside on patio. Sidewalks and entryways must not be obstructed or used to hang or store items. Keep all items inside the unit.
If you accidentally break anything while during your stay, please be sure to give us a call or leave a note so that we know to repair or replace it.
