The rental unit was very nice. We had a few minor issues that were dealt with quickly. The view is phenomenal and the grounds and pool were fantastic.
Everything was accurate as listed, and the condo was well stocked and equipped for a great beach trip! One thing is the property never replied back to my request for a later check out
Loved this property in beautiful Hawaii. Would rate it better for adults due to the lava cliff beach, however, quieter children would enjoy the three pools and game courts. Our unit was well stocked with everything you need for a beach outing with many beaches nearby.
Pros: Fantastic view and location. The grounds are extremely well kept, and the neighborhood is quiet. Small beaches nearby, as is a supermarket and food. Unit is big, lots of room, everything is as pictured except that it is darker and has aged a bit. Bed was good, ac was good.Cons: Not the cleanest place, has dust buildup (esp on some doors, and please don't look at the top of the refrigerator), appliances and dishes needed cleaning. The rollup blinds on the balcony are decaying and shed tons of particles when moved. Dishwasher smells of mildew. A wonderful location and unit that could use elbow grease to get it up to the quality it should be at.
Beautiful views. Great pools. Quiet, comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Nice supply of beach equipment. Had a problem with the sliding door to the lanai but it was promptly fixed. Loved the view off the lanai where we could watch the Manta tours sunset tours.
This complex was amazing. The pools, ocean views and amenities made it a wonderful choice. The ocean views from the patio were wonderful. The unit provided all the beach/snorkeling gear we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful view from balcony. We love the location, only 5 mins away from KTA grocery store and many restaurants.
Not as busy as downtown Kona area, more quiet, relaxing area. If you are a golfer, the golf course is literally next door of the complex. We love the facility: pool, outdoor common area for BBQ, tennis, ping pong. We used them all.
All was very accurate as described and unlike most places they even had good knives. Perfection.
Enjoyed our 12 night stay here, nice size for longer stays if desired. Liked having all the beach gear available and starter kits for dishwasher, washing machine and toilet paper.
Living areas and bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Best mattress I have slept on in any rental or hotel. Ac worked well. The tv took some getting used to, with the different remotes. Pool areas were very nice, lots of BBQs if you look around, they are spread out.
Suggestions: some of the kitchen items may need repair like the dishwasher door, it fell on my foot a couple of times and I was bruised for 4 days, my email complaint to guest services never received a reply.
The microwave worked off and on, the glass try kept slipping off and not rotating. The cupboard doors need better hinges so they don't reopen and slap you in the face when you don't close them all the way. Maybe some bar stools for the counter?
Otherwise, the ninja blender worked great and other items were fine.
