Condo was clean and well stocked with amenities, including beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, etc. As with prior experience, the host was extremely responsive to requests. Already looking forward to booking the next trip!

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. Enjoyed the friendly and respectful neighbors. Surprisingly quiet for such a short walk to downtown. Our host is super responsive, friendly, and helpful. Could not have asked for better!

B34 was so thoughtfully equipped! Plenty of dishes so we only ran the dishwasher once through the week. All paper products, trash bags, laundry detergent, soap, etc was provided and we were specifically asked to request more if needed! Marni was super easy to work with too. One restaurant to add to your list is Umekes near Kona Brewing Co (also a fun place!). The fresh ahi at Umekes was amazing!

Property was exactly as described!! Everything was perfect! So clean (immaculate) and it had everything and anything you would need with a lot of special little touches. Location was perfect! I wish I could have stayed longer.

This place was wonderful! Exactly as described. Ultra clean, quiet. A/C in both living and bedroom. Well equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer. All of the essentials plus more. Easy parking. Very clean condo in a nice location with view of the beach on the south end of Honl beach. Nice, clean pool just a few yards from the accessible beach. Restaurants and shops within a 10-15 min walk.

Nice comfortable two person condo located on the water. All amenities you need to relax and enjoy the island. Service and attention to detail by the owner was everything you could ask for. Highly recommended.

This condo is wonderful close walking to town it’s a lovely place with wonderful amenities and decoration of home . Sit on balcony for wonderful view of the ocean . All things we needed to cook, go to the beach . Quiet neighborhood. I actually would love to live in this location !! Thank you for the wonderful home !

We absolutely loved our stay at this beachfront condo! The unit on the top floor and overlooks a small beach with beautiful ocean views. It's fun to sit on the lanai and watch the activity at the beach and body boarders and surfers ride the waves out front. The beach is a bit rocky at the entrance so it's not the best spot for casual swimming or snorkeling but there are plenty of places a close drive away for these activities. The unit itself is nicely decorated and well appointed with amenities including a good supply of beach gear (snorkeling equipment, body boards, cooler, chairs, beach towels etc.). The grounds are very nice and there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, BBQ area and a grassy strip of lawn with chairs right in front of the ocean (great for sunset views). My wife and I found the bed to be very comfortable as well. Location is also great, with a short walk to downtown Kona and multiple restaurants and shops. The owner, Marni, was great on all communications and responded promptly to any questions or comments we had. My wife and I kept commenting on how expensive accommodations like this would have been at a hotel, not to mention the added benefit of being able to prepare some of your meals at home and enjoy on the lanai with ocean views. As a side note, for activities on the Big Island, my wife and I really enjoyed the sunset / stargazing tour on Mauna Kea and nigh time snorkeling with the Manta Rays. I highly recommend this place for a great visit to Paradise!

The condo was perfect for our short visit to Kona. Lanai with a view of the ocean, full size stackable washer & dryer, bathroom products, plenty of towels, everything you need is provided. Easy walk to town & restaurants. Very good communication with owner. Highly recommend this property.

This is the third year my boyfriend and I have stayed in this place and it has been wonderful every year and this year was no different.The location is perfect, close enough to walk downtown and far enough to be quiet. Comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Location was great. Looked out over beach and waa close to restaurants and shops.Nicely decorated. All of the amenities you will needs.

We have had a great 5 days on Kona. Condo was exactly as described. Clean and well-stocked with all essentials. Marni was quick to reply to all questions and accommodated our travel schedule. So many nice touches like the beach chairs, toys and snorkel gear. Fantastic beach and people watching from the balcony. Daily yoga on the beach and easy walk to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing place to stay. The location of our condo was ideal for all the various beaches and other sites we visited. The weather was as perfect as you could want. A fabulous stay!

Upon our arrival to the big island, we stayed at this property for 2 nights before attending a wedding and boarding a cruise. It was a perfect transition place with a gorgeous view and access to pool,beach and town. Great welcome to Kona

The location to town is wonderful. The complex is older but the owners have done an amazing job updating the unit. We did not use any amenities but they seemed nice and everything was in good shape. Getting there at night it was confusing figuring out where to park and where the unit was but we figured it out. The park next door is interesing to observe but we never had time to check it out.

We had a wonderful stay! Property was very clean with modern updates and I’ve view of the beach and ocean beyond. Great walkability to the Village. Marni was incredibly responsive to our questions. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks Marni!

The condo is well furnished & stocked with necessities and a few nice extras…we were very pleased with our stay. The fact that we could walk into the main part of town made it that much more convenient. Highly recommend this property!

Outstanding property and thoroughly enjoyable stay, as location to Kailua-Kona and ocean/beach view was stellar. Condo amenities included an extremely well equipped kitchen, convenient laundry area (stacked washer/dryer), and a well designed walk-in shower and bathroom. Decor throughout was visually pleasing, and every room was stocked with an abundance of essentials. Would definitely stay here again!!!

This condo had everything we needed and more. There were a LOT of nice touches - laundry soap, bath products, snacks, beach chairs and towels. The owner was quick to respond to any questions.

This property is the perfect location for a paradise vacation. Easy access to town, the marina and beaches. Our host, Marni, is excellent to work with. I highly recommended this property!!

Two adults for 5 days in October at this lovely oceanside condo. Charming space with all the amenities needed to make meals, drink Kona coffee on the lanai in the morning sun or sip a cocktail in the evening breeze watching the waves rush along the coastline. The bedroom was very comfortable, with an AC, crisp sheets, and even a TV that we never turned on. We really enjoyed the beautiful tiled walk-in shower. Parking was great and convenient. The condo was equipped with snorkels and beach gear, which was fantastic since the beach was merely steps away. It is an easy walk to the village to catch happy hour, people-watch, or grab a fresh seafood meal at one of several restaurants along the way. Marni was fantastic, and the space is a haven. I would definitely come back here—I highly recommend booking this space.

We loved this place- but instead of 5days I wanted to stay a month! Everything was as advertised Excellent view Fully stocked home- Marni has thought of just about everything you could need from food to flippers. Lots of house amenities,new washer /dryer, nice appliances, coffee maker, Cable TV, Towels, fans, a/c that works well and easily, parking, etc. Plus house is designed as if she lived there, so it is well maintained and very comfortable. Excellent view from the balcony, easy access to the pool/ Jacuzzi. And of course the ocean view and sunsets! Easy walk into town 15-20 minutes. Plus Marni was very responsive to any questions/issues we had and dealt with them immediately. Will definitely stay again when we come back to Kona. Mahalo Marni!

My wife and I spent a week here, celebrating her birthday. I booked this as a surprise trip so I had to do all of the planning in secret. This condo was exactly as advertised. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. It’s a perfect space for 2. The beach is literally steps away, just be aware that this a great sitting beach but due to the rocks, it’s hard to snorkel when the tide is out. Magic beach to the south is a better option if you want to snorkel. The walk into town is very quick and easy with lots of great dining options for any time of the day. The are also 2 farmers markets nearby with lots of local produce (try the “apple” bananas). Marni and her team have but together a great space and done a super job equipping it with everything you need for a stress free stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was as good as if not better than advertised. Pictures are accurate, everything we needed was provided, cooking utensils, cookware as well as items in the bathroom. Communication was very easy. The entire complex was clean with two covered garages and an open parking lot. The biggest thing for me when looking for a place on the Hawaiian islands is the AC. This place has two split AC's, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. I can't stress how important AC is to me. Because of the high prices of electricity it is requested not to run the AC while not in the condo. I was skeptical about doing that but honored the request. We turned off the AC and spent the entire day on the Hilo side of the island, from about 9am until 7pm and when we returned it was still cold inside. From that moment on I had no problem turning the AC off while we were out exploring the island. We walked from the condo to shop and eat on Ali'i Drive which can save you a lot of money because parking is very expensive. Our view on the lanai was fantastic. We were always in the shade regardless of the time of day. I noticed other places on Ali'i Dr that faced the west had direct sunlight into their places which can be hot and also explained why I hardly saw anyone enjoying their lanai during the day. That was not the case at this place. Always comfortable on the lanai. Btw, the sunset was beautiful from the grounds. When we return to the Big Island this will be the first place we look for.

Marni was the best host you can ask for. Great communication, extremely well provisioned condo, and very organized! We so enjoyed the condo, the area, and the great ocean view and sound of the waves from our lanai.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our recent trip to Kona! A clean and cool condo, a semi-firm yet really comfortable bed, and easy parking in a great (and walkable!) location means we will hopefully stay here again! Downtown Kona is only a 15ish minute walk or less than $10 Uber/lyft ride away and you can get anywhere on the island in under two hours, which made for some great day trips! The host was always super responsive to any questions and we had everything we needed and more (including beach towels, a dishwasher, and beach chairs!). Add me as another very happy client who can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Excellent condo, walking distance from town, with a beautiful ocean view. There is a very good surf spot immediately in front of the condo complex. The condo, and particularly the kitchen, was very well stocked and all equipment worked, The host even provided a bottle of champagne in recognition of our anniversary trip. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Big Island.

Super easy booking & check-in process. Marni reached out ti see if we needed anything and provided some great tips on where to get some fresh poke! The condo was very clean and fully stocked. Furniture was comfortable and so was the bed! Nice location with a sandy beach right beside the condo and a great pool/ BBQ area that we enjoyed almost every day. There was a bit of road noise from Alii Drive from time to time but it wasn’t a major issue and was only noticed when sitting out on the lanai. Would highly recommend this condo and we look forward to our next visit.

Being right on the shore with the waves lapping in the near background. Tropical breezes. Accommodating hosts are very responsive to any requests. 5-star in every way for a fairly priced Hawai'ian getaway!
