Located on the 6th floor, corner unit with wrap around lanai. Enjoy a nightly sunset from the lanai, depending on the season. Walking distance to downtown, beaches, shops, restaurants and farmers market. Included in unit are a stacked washer and dryer. Kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you will need. TV in living room and bedroom. Free cable TV, WiFi and a wireless printer. Complex has nice pool with BBQ's, luscious grounds and tennis courts across the street for your use.
If you decide to rent a vehicle for your stay, you will definitely appreciate the covered parking in the garage. The complex does have a 6 foot, 6 inch height limit at our entrance so most vehicles will not have an issue at all parking in the covered parking. We do have one assigned parking space in the garage for your use. We suggest renting a small to medium size car to be easily able to get into the parking spot.

The place and location were exactly as advertised. Very clean and well located with great sunsets. The AC could be better, but overall a great stay.

The condo was difficult to find at night upon arrival.
Otherwise, it was perfect! Clean, comfortable, lovely view, close to town. Great pool area, too.
Very well outfitted. Kitchen was well supplied with spices, etc. The only thing I’d upgrade are the frying pans.
Loved the washer/dryer in unit. Comfy bed.
We had a wonderful visit and would stay here again.

This was our second stay, and it was just as great as the first. The location is ideal, the size of the lanai is excellent, and there are sunset views every night. We would highly recommend this Kona property!

The location near downtown Kailua is quiet yet convenient. We traveled easily around the whole island. The top floor condo is exceptionally clean with great views. It is fully equipper and everything works well. Yoga mats were a nice surprise. The owners were very responsive. Overall, it was a great experience.

This property has been well reviewed by others. To add, I'd share that the bed has been replaced since the time of a poor review, and is very comfortable. There are some much appreciated amenities like a beach bag, washing machine pods, starter coffee, used shopping bags, soap, shampoo and conditioner, and enough toilet paper for the week. To make my review 5 star would take an upgrade to the noisy, inadequate AC unit (bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper), fixing the blinds, cleaning the area rugs (stained), a good deep clean (black marks on walls) and repaint (one wall in bedroom looked repaired, and had primer on it). I'd suggest the owner have a maintenance checklist for the cleaners including being sure lights are working. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they generously answered questions ahead of the stay. Ed responded quickly to a missing overhead light remote and replacing a lamp bulb. Maholo

The property was lovely. But getting into and out of the designated parking space was tricky, if you did not have a small car. We rented a full size car and getting it into. the parking space in their garage was not easy. I was laways worried that I was going to scrape the rental car doors on the lartge posts that you had to navigae to get into and out of the small space.
The unit itself was very nice. We enjoyed that it was close to the downtown restaurant area. It was quite large and well appointed.

This condo is perfect for one couple, although it still would work for two. It was exactly as described. Great lanai, two full bathrooms (very nice), and walking distance to all the downtown Kona restaurants. The bedroom a/c unit kept us cool while sleeping. We will probably try to return next summer. Karen and Ed were very responsive to all our questions. One note, the garage and assigned parking space is very "tight". Rent a small or mid sized vehicle, be careful driving in the garage. The parking space is located close to the elevator, very convenient.

We had a wonderful time staying in Karen and Ed's beautiful condo. The place was very clean, well supplied with a very nice gift of Hawaiian coffee and dark chocolate covered macadamia nuts! The bed was very supportive and comfortable with a choice of pillows. The lanai was where we wanted to be when there was a breeze and not so humid. Lovely, comfortable furniture on the lanai as well as inside.
We thoroughly enjoyed getting rested and recuperated here and it was great to be able to walk to town and get something to eat or shop in less than 10 minutes!!
I know the next time we go to Hawaii, we definitely will be staying in their beautiful home!!

It was a wonderful four days. I wish I could have stayed longer.
We had a corner room with an ocean view and a large lanai.
The layout was very open and airy.
The location was very quiet and comfortable, even though it was only one street up the mountain from Alii Drive.
It was also very conveniently located within walking distance of the center of Kailua-Kona.
One disappointment was that the blinds were broken in two places and I hope they will be repaired as soon as possible.
I would like to stay here again next time.

This condo is great, with views, modern upgrades, along with the extras, make vacationing so easy and enjoyable, great location as well. Only issue is parking is very tight, make sure to have a midsize or smaller vehicle

The condo is great! It’s clean and bright and beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. We ate only once at a restaurant. The rest of our 10 day stay we ate on the lanai with its great views and beautiful sunsets. We highly recommend this condo complex and this condo in particular. The pool was awesome, too!

This is our fourth time at Kona Pacific and our second consecutive stay at Ed & Karen’s condo. Everything from booking, confirmation, check-in, cleanliness, location, and view was excellent! We take advantage of the local restaurants and live music and with everything within walking distance allows us to leave the car behind. And also being beach people, the beach supplies (beach chairs, cooler, towels, etc.) exceeded our expectations again.
