Perfect location. Ocean view. The place was clean and easy parking. Pool and hot tub and BBQ were great. Quiet complex.
This condo is in a perfect location --right across from a great snorkeling beach and close to shopping and restaurants in Kona. The condo was exactly as described and perfect for our group.

We actually didnt stay here because the a/c unit had broken down the week before our stay. Our host, Lawrence, had informed us of this , and we thought we could make it work, but it was just too hot without the a/c. However, Lawrence was gracious and helped us by issuing a refund for the stay. He was also great to communicate with. Plus the a/c issue wasnt his fault. Otherwise, the condo was clean and very nice. I would definitely recommend it.
We liked the location of this particular condo. Balcony with outdoor table with view of the pool and the ocean, plus right across the street from the beach and park. Great location!
For our family, we loved the location right by a snorkeling and surfing beach!! Easy walk to the beach, and surfboard rentals. We loved and used the pool and hot tub. Very clean. Would visit here again for sure!!
Condo was lovely & very clean. It took many phone calls & many door codes before we were given the correct code, but other than that, everything was great.

This was a perfect place for our family of four to spend a week exploring the big island. We loved the view from the patio, the pool, having great snorkeling right across the street, and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. The location was great- close to Kona town but in a more residential area. We lucked out and got to see actual lava flow at Volcanoes park, we snorkeled with Manta Rays, enjoyed a luau and a helicopter ride from Hilo in addition to great beach time.

Location is great with beautiful snorkeling right across the street. Surfing lessons right next door. Do not buy snorkel gear. Bring some alcohol swaps and clean whatever you want to use in the huge cache of snorkel gear and we left a nice boogie board behind. Highly recommend you go to Costco straight from the airport as it’s between the airport and the house. The amenities and cleanliness of this place are outstanding and the management is quick to reply to text. Really helpful staff. Hilo is about 1.5 to 2 hour drive but while there goto Carl Smith beach and swim with turtles. The pool and barbecue are great and we cooked several nights. The Apuna is a good Sandy beach about a 50 minute drive. Magics is a good Barb and restaurant about a mile from the house. Again the management of this property is top notch.
Our family of 5 (9, 12 and 14) stayed here for 4 days. The kitchen was well set, the rooms and bed set up was great, there were beach / pool towels and some snorkel and fin gear. The walk to the beach was 2 minutes and there were turtles, great snorkeling and some surf. We would definitely stay here again.
This home had everything we could possibly need, very comfortable and what a view. Half a block from Kahalu'u Beach, fantastic snorkeling and life guards. We truly enjoyed our stay, the only problem, it was way to SHORT!!

This rental was a decent value per night and has some nice amenities, like the hot tub, pool and BBQ. The bathrooms were nice, but for some reason there was quite limited hot water. The furnishings were also nice. The guest bedroom mattress was very stiff though.

What a fabulous rental this was. Exceptionally clean and had nearly everything we could have needed. Would return without a second thought!
I would highly recommend staying at the Kahaluu Beach Villas. The condo was very clean. The property management company reached out to us as we checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. They took great pride in insuring that the property was well-kept. We loved the convenience of the Villa. Just across the street was Kahaluu Beach. We enjoyed snorkeling and watching sunsets. The Villa was also within walking distance, 19 minutes, to the Keauhou Shopping Center. My husband and I would walk up for coffee each morning and enjoyed the view of the ocean. Peaberry and Galette was our favorite coffee stop. They made great coffees and amazing crepes. There is also an amazing restaurant and bar just above the shopping plaza, Sunset Kai Lanai. If you want great food and drinks with an amazing sunset, this is the place!
As for the Villa, the pool and the hot tub were clean and not crowded. The washer and dryer were well needed, and welcoming after spending 6 days in Oahu. Everything worked well, and the kitchen was well supplied for cooking. Our travel party consisted of four adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of room and beds for everyone. We will gladly stay here again!
We are very particular travelers. I researched many places to stay on the Big Island. The condo was cute, Hawaiian charm. It was spotlessly clean. We had a perfect view of sunset from the porch. It is right off of a busy street, which was noisy with cars. The beach across the street was a good snorkeling and surfing beach. Close drive to all things in Kona. The condo had plenty of room for our family of 6. My only suggestion would be upgraded beach chairs and a small cooler for guests to use.
This is a perfect property. The unit is large and very well-appointed. It is across the street from the beach so you can enjoy sunsets from you lanai every night. You can walk across the street and go snorkeling and swimming. It is in a local neighborhood so it is not a resort feeling. It is close to restaurants and grocery shopping at Keauhou Shopping Center. We would return every time. It was Great!!
The place was clean and well-furnished. The view from the deck and kitchen was outstanding. The place is airy such that AC is seldom needed if windows are kept open. VACASA staff was readily available when needed.

This condo was better stocked than most condos I have rented. Had everything we needed! Loved the access to beach (right across the street with snorkeling and surfing), grocery store less than 5 minutes away, patio and view were fantastic. Beds comfy and plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were nice too! Would stay again anytime!
Upon arrival, we had a very hard time getting in the door. We also had a hard time locking it on departure. A call to Vacasa, and they sent someone out quickly to fix it. No problem after that. Unit is well stocked, both in the kitchen and bed, and bathrooms. Pool and hot tub were very refreshing, though we didn't like the fact that you needed a key to get out of the pool area.
Location was excellent. Easy to get around. Beach was more for surfing and snorkeling than walking or sun bathing. Loved the patio, great view.

Bottom line, loved our stay. It is 2nd floor unit and did not find elevator. Property is well maintained, comfortable and in a great location. It had all the cooking utensils, pans, etc one might want. The fridge/freezer worked well and made lots of ice. Access to cable TV, although we didn't use it. Beds were pretty good. Lots of towels/beach towels. There was a lovely view on lanai with nice sea breezes. We were right across the street from great snorkel beach and nearby surf beach with showers, bathrooms & life guards. Beach has rocky entrance but little tide pool at shore has rock steps into very sheltered area (good for dip to cool off and little kids). Driving distance to grocery/drug stores, retail shops, restaurants and centralized location for sightseeing all over island. Only reasons we didn't give all 5 stars are below. At check-in the digital lock to front door did not work. We called management they tried to assist without success, so provided us with immediate access to a key. Key worked but difficult to remove from lock without multiple tries. Some dishes in cupboard had food on them. We realized it likely was dishwasher problem because sometimes dishes we washed were not clean after running unless we rinsed thoroughly prior to loading. The 2nd bedroom (with queen/king bed) had really tiny, non-biting bugs (gnats) that didn't prevent comfortable use of room. Monthly insect control sched for day we left. Absolutely would stay there again. Thank you.
Perfect view of Kahului Bay
Ideal location across the street from Kahalu'u Beach Park, which lives up to its reputation of being an awesome place to snorkel. The views from the balcony and pool are phenomenal! It was so decadent to watch the ocean waves, swaying palm trees, vibrant flowers, and little colorful birds from both areas. Our lodging came with everything we needed (even snorkeling gear and beach towels) for our home away from home. We commented everyday how lucky we were to have found this place!
