Beautiful, clean well equipped condo. Great location. Safe secure property. Only thing we missed was a bbq but they did have a common area with nice clean bbqs to use. Layout and floor plan was great. Lanai was amazing for sunsets. Hope we get the opportunity to stay at this property again.

We really enjoyed our rental on Maui and couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place! Very beautiful and comfortable, secure parking and well equipped with everything we could have ever wanted (or needed) for our stay. Gorgeous views from the balcony, too. Nice grill outside for cooking out and we were close to great places. Walking distance to the beaches. Highly recommend.

A perfect place to stay with all of the features you would look for in a property. Very clean and updated. Joe had everything ready for myself and my family’s arrival. I would definitely like to stay at this property again. You will not be disappointed if you book this property.

Great place to stay! Had every thing we needed. Easy to access. Nice location. Everything was very well taken care of. Mostly clean, but floors were a little dusty when going barefoot and snorkel gear was filled with sand; wish the previous users cleaned it better. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay again.

We were so happy with our condo and our owner was awesome to work with! When we go back, and we will, we will ask to stay here again! Everything was awesome, he was so easy to deal with and he gave great instructions which were simple to follow. The descriptions were accurate down to the beach chairs and sand toys! All in all a great experience!

This was a great place to stay in. Everything was accurate as described. The view is more of the golf coarse and buildings then the ocean. It was also about a 10 min walk to the beach. We did not mind any of this as it made the location more peaceful. Has everything you would need to stay for long periods. We would recommend this property and would come back.

We have stayed at the Kaanapali Royal many times, but this was our first time staying in this unit. It was very clean and the views are fantastic. My only criticisms are because of the location of the until (directly on the 16th fairway), it was much nosier than we had experienced with previous stays at the Royal. However, the golf course grass maintenance was done in the morning so the noise didn’t last all day. Also, we were not a fan of having to remember a key for the unit every time we went out. Many other units have keypad entry and we prefer punching in a code over taking (and not losing) a key everywhere we went. Overall, we adore the Kaanapali Royal and it’s quiet pool and very close proximity to Whaler’s Village and Kaanapali Beach.

The unit was beautiful - great decorating & nicely appointed.
Beds were comfortable - everything we needed was readily available. Chairs, coolers, beach towels, ice, - amazing!

This is our second time Samra ting in this unit. Super clean, well stocked with four beach chairs, great beach umbrella and propane BBQ on the deck. If you are looking for a great location and a comfortable two bedroom this is the place for you and your family.

Joe Bock is a thoughtful and gracious host. The condo is fully equipped and well maintained. This was our second time renting this place.
