Lori’s place was perfect for us! My husband and I took our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. Our flight was cancelled and Lori was accommodating enough to help us extend our stay!
One of the best stays you could ask on Maui. The condo was suburb: accommodations, view of the beach, restaurants and shopping.
We were very happy with our stay here. The condo was very well equipped, including beach chairs and a cooler. The patio offers nice all day sun and sunset views of the ocean and beach, with a beautiful view of the resort pond and greenery, and soothing sounds of the fountain and birds on the property. We were appreciative of the well equipped kitchen where we often made breakfast to start the day. We found the bed very comfortable. A few times we reached out to Lori by message and she always responded quickly. But more than anything else, you cannot beat the location right on the beach and boardwalk, with many restaurants and shopping options nearby. We boarded our sunset cruise on the beach just a couple minutes walk from the condo.

From communication prior to arrival, ease of check-in and convenient parking, it couldn’t have been easier. Host provided everything we needed for a short three night stay for water adventures and hiking. Location is close to many restaurants, bars, shopping and rental equipment if you desire. Daily excursion can be booked in the lobby, truly everything my wife and I needed. Great trip
The unit was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay!
No complaints purse, but do recommend a good deep cleaning of the carpeting……everything else was perfect thank you
We loved Ka’anapali and the location of this condo!! So many beaches and restaurants close enough that we only needed a car for golf on the north side. The condo itself was ok. Advertised as having an umbrella but there wasn’t one. They rented for 45/ day so this was a big miss. The shower/toilet room smelled of urine so we left the fan on a lot. The bed is ancient and could use an upgrade. Hair dryer and iron/ironing board are also ancient and were a chore to use. The staff were amazing and the grounds were great. Since we only slept in the condo I gave it 4 stars. Had we needed it for more “stay in” time I’d go with a 3.
Beach was great. It met all of our needs.
We've stayed at the Whaler before with family in larger rentals, and this spot was great for just the two of us. We had one small issue with the screen door but Lori got us in contact with her property manager Karen, who was lovely, and repaired the mesh where broken. If you have any needs not met in the space it seems that Lori and Karen both will go out of their way to make sure it's provided. We had a lovely week!

I was highly impressed with how well stocked the place was! I contemplated bringing my own battery operated candles but decided not to- too delicate and a bundle, but she had some!Also camp chairs, plastic bags all the stemware we needed, pre made ice, loads of hangers, and other things I know others will want like snorkel gear. Fantastic and super communicative! Great location. Thank you Lori!
The one flaw is a charge I received on my cc for 233.52. Upon checking it was for amenities charged by Whaler. Supposedly the checkin process should have mentioned this, it was not mentioned. The property owner also did not mention this; totally surprised. It is under dispute as I write this review. Aside from this hiccup, the lodging was very nice.Lori, the owner, contacted us and answered all questions that we asked. The lodging was clean, well appointed with new appliances and overall very welcoming. The ocean view was absolutely stunning with a nice lanai with seating/lounging available. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of plugins for our electronic devices! Her renovation was well done. The only small, very small negative was the size of the toilet/shower area. It is small vs what we were use to.You shouldn't hesitate to book this property.
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Ideal beach location with chairs provided. We were able to cook meals with the full kitchen, and it is right next door to many restaurants and shops as well. Saw lots of whales from the balcony. Unit was clean with all necessary amentities and felt very updated. Really no complaints for our 5 night stay! We came for our babymoon and loved the proximity to everything. We would love to return.

This is our second time staying at this property, and we love it. The property manager checked in several times to ensure our stay was going well, the check-in process was seamless, and our apartment was very clean. The location is just perfect. Having stayed in Maui nine times, this is the absolute best location. Right beside Whaler's village, and a few steps away from some of the best restaurants and shops on the island. Right on the beach, and also has a beautiful pool and hot tub with amazing staff. HIGHLY recommend! We will be back :)
