When traveling to new locations, there is always a sense of hesitation and lack of trust; however, this was simply amazing. Everything was comfortable, all appliances worked, the rooms were amazing, and just a short walk to the beach. Check-in was a breeze. Parking was ample throughout the day. The location was perfect. 5-10 minutes to some amazing beaches and activities. We enjoyed walking to the ABC market, the pop up farmers market with fresh fruit, Jo Jo’s shave ice, and other really good restaurants. As for my kids experience, it was wonderful!! There was enough space for some downtime personal activities. They provided some great family board games. The wireless network worked without issue; with the ability to stream on either of the large TVs. There is large grassy area where the kids loved to run around and watch all the amazing birds. We are already planning our next stay and definitely will return.

I was impressed with the place! It looked just like the pictures. Walking distances to the beach and Coconut Market. Access to multiple pools and laundry rooms on site. I also appreciated the laundry pods they provided. Also the beach essentials they provided, body boards, cooler bag, and beach chairs was a plus! The only thing that they should replace is their cooking skillets, they are teflon and badly scratched. The reason for us staying in a rental was to be able to cook breakfast there. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
We loved our stay. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped (including beach equipment). The owners decorated this apartment really well and we felt at home. It is located a few steps from several shops and a complex where there are cultural activities (shows, classes, etc.). Strategic location for visiting the north and south of the island.
Nice central location to go to southern part of island, or northern part, within an hour's drive or less. Extremely close to airport and car rentals..very handy. Super quiet,with nice quiet courtyard to look out onto. Had a choice of 2 or 3 nice pools. Condo very quaint, with lots of Hawaiian decorations around to make you feel the aloha. Lots of laid back, reasonably priced restaurants very close, and an ABC store right there too. Workers there work hard and keep the place well maintained. Nice place!
Place was in the perfect location, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, walking path right behind us along the beach. The condo had everything we needed and host was very responsive to any questions we had.
We liked the layout of the condo, and being on the ground floor and having the beach and Coconut Grove shopping a short walk away was a plus. The Kapaa area is our favorite place to stay in Kauai.
Wonderful stay on the island of Kauai! Although I was there for work, the property management made this feel like a vacation. God bless you Cindy!

The condo is exactly as pictured, very nicely done and in a good location for walking to restaurants and shops. We appreciated the beach bag and towels, cooler, water filter pitcher, well stocked kitchen and full sized refrigerator.The icy cold air conditioning was wonderful, the only down side was that the air conditioner was EXTREMELY loud and so it was hard to go to sleep. When it kicked off it was nice and quiet but then when it started up again it jolted you awake, I'm not exaggerating, unless you are a heavy sleeper and/or fall sleep very easily this unusually loud old air-condition unit will bother you. Even watching TV we had to turn the volume up. That is the only reason for it not being a 5 star experience, everything else was great!
Just Beachy was the perfect location for us on Kauai. The property was very nice and easy to navigate. Everything that we needed (and more) was provided in the unit. It was nice to be able to grab a quick bowl of cereal in the morning!!
Walls are pretty thin so if you are a light sleeper be prepared. Check in desk location was a little confusing.

So glad we found this place just days out from our trip when we had to change our plans due to Maui wildfires - really enjoyed our week on Kauai and this was a great home base.

We enjoyed staying at this small rental for our family of 3 adults. We chose this location as our airport arrival was very late and it only took 10 mins to drive. It is also a convenient, central location for exploring the whole island. The general area felt safe and we really enjoyed waking for miles along the ocean front as this property is conveniently located adjacent to a shoreline path. There is also easy access to grocery stores and coffee shops. The rental was very clean but we had to deal with many flies on the lanai. The only other small negatives were communication and responsiveness could have been better, as well as the price.

Now the positives - The property was very clean and comfortable and has air conditioning ( many places do not have air conditioners on Kauai ) The location is excellent and central with good access to both the north and south shores as well as Kapaa and Lihue right there as well. I rate the property 4 stars, not perfect but yes I would stay here again.

TV remotes are quite the science project to figure out. Pull out couch mattress super uncomfortable. Otherwise a nice clean place to stay, but nothing exciting. We just used as a place to crash because we did all day activities that we weren’t really in the place

Just Beachy at Plantation Hale D7 wasexactly as expected and then some! It took us 27 years to finally make it to Hawaii and so glad we chose Kauai.
We really enjoyed our stay! The room has everything you need for a week or short trip to Kauai. The room is very clean, the kitchen is fully functional, and it has a comfy living room with AC.
