We absolutely loved this place! We could not have picked a more perfect spot. The house is huge. It is upscale but warm and cozy. And the views are absolutely stunning. We found ourselves looking for excuses to cancel our vacation activities so we could spend more time at the house. Highly recommended.
Located in a super quiet area. Lots of room and amenities. The property caretaker,Gary, was super responsive with any questions. The house is away from the super busy tourist areas. We had a terrific stay!
The home was perfect. It is on the West side of the Island away from the hustle and bustle and allowed is to relax and enjoy ourselves. The views of the ocean and sunset were spectacular. The amenities of the home were everything we could have thought of
My wife and I celebrated our 50th Anniversary in this lovely home on a gorgeous piece of property. The house is stunning, but takes a back seat to the picturesque setting! Indeed, it was difficult to decide between relaxing inside or out. Michelle has thought of everything to make our stay as enjoyable as it was. And I feel I must compliment the caretaker, Gary for his pleasant nature and willingness to help in any way, all while remaining invisible unless called upon.

We enjoyed the weather on this part of the island, much drier and warmer. The home is spacious. Outdoor space is lovely, it would have been nice to have some heat in the pool.
We have stayed at this beautiful home several times over the years, and this most recent stay was as fantastic as the previous trips. The home is beautiful and spacious, and is right on the ocean. The large yard, pool, hot tub, patio, and putting green are always favorites with our family. The location on the dry side of the island is wonderful -- remote enough to be private and quiet, with easy access to Waimea Canyon, Polihale, Poipu, and with just a bit longer drive all parts of the island. Communications with Michelle the owner are always great, and the caretaker is super friendly and responsive to anything we needed. We will be back!!
The property is a fantastic seaside setting with large well appointed spaces. Close to the canyon and barking sands with the shrimp shack and taco stand nearby as well. Gary the property manager is a great person and resource
My two grown sons and I enjoyed another amazing week in paradise at this property. Three suites are perfect for three individuals or couples. The house is immaculate and an architectural masterpiece, well appointed to every detail. The grounds are extremely well-kept with sitting areas, a gorgeous pool and spa, amazing palm trees, that become incredible silhouettes at sunset, and right on the beach. The ability to watch the sunset from an almost private beach could be our favorite part. Or perhaps it’s floating on the pool at sunset that is our favorite? Hard to say. We love this end of the island with quaint towns, with all we need nearby, including our all-time favorite pizza at Da Pizza Place. Proximity to Waimea Canyon is excellent. You can’t beat this amazing home for the price. Highly recommend!
This was our second stay at the property which we love for the location and privacy. You can see whales from the back patio overlooking the pool, or from the new elevated fire pit and the sound of the ocean is mesmerizing. The home has recently undergone renovations which included new sliding doors and kitchen windows; there was new decor throughout as well as updated fixtures in the bathrooms and new furniture in the den. The AC is working great in the master bedroom area (and all through the home) and we had instant hot water in the master bathroom! The landscaping had been trimmed well back which afforded open views of the ocean. It was hard to leave!

I love that it is all on one floor. From the minute you walk over the pond thru that incredible front door I felt transformed to old hawaii. So many special touches, belongings and views. Every room has a view and every bedroom has a lanai. The master suite along with a a very large bedroom, has a changing room with huge closets, it’s own study, and it’s own office. Michelle did some renovating…great job making new blend with the old Hawaiian vibe going on. Wonderfully appointed kitchen. The outside is incredible( I am running out of adjectives). The pool huge, the hot tub actually hot and the view…WOW. We saw so many whales and dolphins, it was a show everyday . Did I mention the incredible sunrises and sunsets? You get both here.
Gary, the caretaker, was a great asset to this property. He was there to answer and resolve any questions that we had. He went above and beyond making our stay special. We love this area of the island…away from the hustle and bustle. We will be back but, one week may not be enough.
