Beautiful house! Host was super helpful with recommendations for things to do in the area. Excellent communication from the host. House had everything we needed, even chairs and beach towels for the beach!
The house was gorgeous! We had our 3 daughters and spouses and 2 grandsons. Everyone was happy with the house! The owners are wonderful people! Hated to leave!
The view of the ocean from the patio was amazing so was the outdoor areas but the inside of the house not so great. Bathrooms/toilets old and dirty. Dishwasher didn’t work and all the pillows were old and dirty.
Roomy comfortable house in great location on Kauai's south shore. And our hosts were very helpful in arranging a fantastic boat excusion to see the incredible Na Pali coast. We would be happy to return to this home.
Our stay at this VRBO in Kauai was absolutely perfect! The location was stunning—so close to the ocean that we could hear the waves and enjoy breathtaking sunsets every evening. The home itself was spacious and well-equipped, comfortably accommodating our large group with plenty of room to relax.The host was fantastic—she responded quickly to all our messages and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even providing folding chairs and a tent for the park. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable.We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kauai, and if we ever return, we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!
Beautiful sunsets, gorgeous view of the ocean, quiet location, plenty of room to spread out, comfortable environment, gracious and responsive host. The host family made sure we had everything we needed, and when asked, they provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities!
Ample room for 4 couples, loved that we each had our own bathrooms. Gorgeous sunsets from lanai. Beaches just up the road, lots of hiking nearby in the canyon. This house was perfect for us.

We absolutely loved this vacation home! The view of the ocean from the deck was beautiful and we ate out there everyday. The kitchen was well-stocked. The home was clean and spacious. The owners were super responsive to all our communications. We would highly recommend this location!
The house was large enough for our party of nine. The teens loved the foosball table and everyone enjoyed the deck. The stars at night were amazing. There were plenty of plates, glasses, and place settings of silverware. We had several beach towels and chairs to use on the beach. We did end up driving to Lihue and beyond a few times but the house and laid back Waimea area offset the drive to activities.
The balcony view steals the show, a beautiful way to start your day with coffee on this balcony.
The house did not disappoint. We were 3 families totaling 10 with plenty of room and space for everyone comfortably.
4 master bedrooms with private restrooms in each. Had an additional bedroom for lil children attached to upstairs master with another single bedroom.
We had a few issues but nothing major that the owners didn't address right away.
The only thing I would recommend is make renters aware if you or others will be entering the home while guests are out for repairs and make sure it's ok prior to making those arrangements.
Would highly recommended this rental.
Got to experience the calm South side of Kauai near Waimea. If you are looking to stay away from the busy Lihue/North side this is a perfect location.
This is an amazing home to stay in with a group of people. The porch looks right out over the ocean. Perfect for any time of day!! Don't think about it anymore and just book your vacation here.
The house was amazing! We had a group of eight adults, and there was still room for children if necessary. The owners were awesome and I can’t thank them enough for our stay. The Ocean View and patio was just perfect for us. We preferred a desolate side of the island, and this was great. Thank you for our stay, we will be back!
This property exceeded our expectations!!! House was huge, clean and filled with everything we needed for the week. The kids loved their personal little beds. Views of the beach were amazing and sunsets were perfect walking distance. Owner was very responsive and helpful in all aspects. They went above a beyond. Overall amazing time spent there. Can’t wait to come back for more!
My husband and I just got married in Kauai and were looking for a big home to share with our family and a few close friends for the duration of the trip. I’m SO grateful that we had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home and can say with 1,000% certainty that if we travel to Kauai with a group again we will definitely plan to stay here again! The bedrooms were all nice and there were enough bathrooms that nobody had to share. The house was well stocked and if there was something that we needed Jules was very quick to respond and would get it to us right away! The shared living spaces were perfect for our group to hang out in and the deck and back yard with the ocean view were even better than I could have imagined. Jules also was very helpful when it came to recommendations/updates on things to do while on the island. The one thing that was a challenge was this side of the island seemed to have more mosquitoes, but nothing that some bug spray couldn’t solve! We also enjoyed how quiet and laid-back this part of the island is and it really was SO close to Waimea. After the rest of our group left my husband and I checked into a smaller VRBO for our ‘honeymoon’ and we were just so disappointed with it after staying in this amazing rental. If you’re on the fence about this place, just book it, I guarantee you won’t regret it! While we didn’t have any children in our party, there was an adorable room that had smaller beds for kiddos so it would be perfect for a family!

Our stay included 9 adults and 3 children. This house defiantly had plenty of room for all of us. We very appreciative of all the accommodations for the grandchildren. We had mattresses for the toddlers and a crib for the infant. We spent so much time on the deck. The deck has a porch swing and a hammock. Everyone in our group had their own bedroom. Location is somewhat away from some of the more popular things to do on Kauai, but to come back to this house and for everyone to spread out was the way to go for us. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Most of all our time was spent upstairs.
Owner was available for any questions or concerns.
Most defiantly would recommend this home for a big family.

This home is a little bit of a drive from the North shore, but our family enjoyed having the space this home supplied, and the view is beautiful! We loved sitting on the porch swing and enjoying the view of the ocean!! The master suite was so nice for our small children. Jules was great to work with, and took care of the few things we needed. We would highly recommend.
We enjoyed our stay very much. We chose the west side of the island because we knew we wanted to enjoy sunny beaches. The weather was perfect during our stay! The home was spacious and beds were very comfortable. Hosts were wonderful about communicating and checking in with us. The view from our lanai was everyone’s favorite!
This home had it all from views, beach, tiki bar, decks. We really liked all the little things that made the house so comfortable
We rented this home as a girls only vacation. The listing is accurate, the view is amazing, and the house is plenty big for larger groups. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided us with some assistance as well as great meal recommendations. It is aways away from some things but it was just what we were looking for. It is an island afterall so you can get anywhere in less than 90 minutes. We were 20 minutes from our whale watching cruise and you are right next to the road that takes you to Waimea Canyon. We even took a trip to Princeville and got there in less than 90 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

You could not find a better place to stay while on Kauia. Jules is a wonderful host. Did not get a chance to meet Patrick but I'm sure he's wonderful also We had to bother her a couple of times for minor things and she was always there to help.
The house was clean, and the accommodations were great. Our favorite part was spending time on the balcony and looking out at the amazing ocean view.
