Main Home: This custom home is on a ocean front estate. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home has large sliding doors that disappear into the walls so you won't know where the inside ends and the outside begins. Minutes from Waimea Canyon , Na Pali Coast Marina, Polihale Coast, and Salt Pond Beach!

Retractable sliding glass doors open to the spacious lanai providing an open-air ambiance, while enjoying the comfort of the lavishly appointed living areas with tropically covered solid Teak furnishings. You’ll enjoy preparing meals and entertaining in the fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and the finest kitchen amenities. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan and ventilating windows to keep the interior cool and comfortable. The Master Suite is located on the upper level. In addition to a large master bedroom suite and adjoining custom bathroom, the upper floor features a “Great Room”, with a wet bar and a spacious lanai with spectacular ocean views – perfect for entertaining! The main floor has two guest bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The bathroom floors and showers are made of Travertine and the counters throughout the home are Soapstone. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated to recreate the authentic Hawaiian style. This home was clean and well stocked . We were able to meet the owners and they were great ! Would definitely choose this home again !
Property is good size but needs some money put back into it . Numerous pieces of furniture are missing , mostly chairs . Two of 3 microwaves not working . Ceiling fans on last leg . Place has great potential if more was invested . A/C would be incredible as every night was very hot in Cottage & upstairs if main home.
