My husband and I absolutely enjoyed this peaceful and beautiful condo in such a safe and gorgeous setting. Communication with the manager was excellent and we would stay there again, and again! :)

Three of us stayed at the unit and it was more that we could have asked for. The unit and patio were very clean and the unit was very well supplied with all you could need for a wonderful stay. The garage had all you need for the beach including boogie boards chairs umbrellas pull carts snorkel gear and coolers. We will stay here or in another KOHALA COAST PROPERTY the next time we come to Waikoloa.
Unit was very clean and nice and cool upon arrival with lights on and music playing. Plenty of towels and washer/dryer. Ground floor unit with great views of golf course. Pool is located right across the drive.
Great location, quiet, will be booking again in the future if available, cant wait to come back

This was my first trip to Kona and I will be back! The Kohala Coast properties were a perfect place to stay. Located minutes from a great beach. The Lava Lava Beach Club is right on the beach to grab a good meal.Shopping within walking distances. Two pool to accommodate the property. I recommend this property!

The Villa was very nice, comfortable and clean. The view from the lanai is beautiful. It was very relaxing and had everything we needed. My only complaint is that the 2nd bedroom does not have a king size bed as the description said, it was a Queen at best. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
Michelle with management was fantastic. She responded quickly and resolved any issues we had. 10 stars for her!!! Condo itself could have been cleaner but it was fine. Plan on buying your own toilet paper. Not nearly enough for 4 people for a 2 week stay. Overall a lovely vacation.
We loved the location. The condo is tired. The results of many renters has taken its toll. For instance mismatched plates, not enough silverware , ice dispenser did not work, closets were stuffed with extra bedding, dishwasher broke, dark bedrooms(poor lighting), controls for ceiling fans/lights were not functioning, mattresses in both rooms need to be replaced, the blinds for sliding door were mismatched and missing slats(need to be replaced)
To be fair, everything that we spoke to Michelle from Kohala Coast Properties about was taken care of in a prompt manner. A new dishwasher was installed after week 1. The property manager was prompt and courteous. Everyone we had contact with was helpful and considerate.
Very basic unit with outdated linens and laundry. Bare bones compared to others that we have stayed in. Usually the units will have left over spices,tea, coffee anything that won’t spoil. Nothing but an old vegetable oil and salt/pepper in this one.
The location is great, property management helped us out when we had an issue at check in.
Sunsets from back porch on the golf course are beautiful.
