Wonderful location, big enough for a large family or two couples. Very clean, washer/dryer was a bonus, plenty of kitchen utensils, silverware, plates, glasses, etc. The north part of the island is lush, with beautiful beaches and people. Highly worth the stay!
Fully equipped and nice facility and overall accommodations. Loved the pool. One issue was promptly addressed by Ken (site manager). Great location and is very quiet (besides the roosters which you cannot escape anywhere on the island).
We enjoyed a week long stay in this love home with many sightings of chickens and wonderful gardens on the premises. The pool was relaxing and the provided beach equipment was enough to satisfy everyone! High recommend!
Very ejoyable stay. Loved the location. Incredibly beautiful land and seascape! The condo was great. Our only complaint was the family upstairs made a lot of noise starting very early in the morning that made it hard to sleep. Got some ear plugs which helped.
This was a great place to stay. Met the manager Ken who showed us Maunakai.org, it has a blog for hiking and places to eat! Everyone was very friendly. We had two other friends and family staying near by and our place was the nicest by far! Great place!
We loved staying here! The apartment was super clean and big. We loved the host provided beach gear (towels, chairs, boogie boards). Washer and dryer on site was really nice to have. The swimming pool was awesome and we really appreciated the fact that there was a shoe spray off station that we could use. Would stay here again for sure!
Great location, as described. Easy access to lots of great spots. Our host was super accomodating, letting us check in and check out a bit before and after the scheduled times. Kitchen was stocked with all the pots/pans we needed. Fans were enough to keep the apartment cool, overall great.Two downsides: 1. While not the owner of this apartment's fault, the upstairs neighbors were very loud with their footsteps and moving furniture around very early in the morning. 2. The only other thing is that the mattress in the bedroom closest to the front door had very bad and caved support, causing our 35 year old friends back pain. We swapped the mattress from the murphy bed to their bed, which helped, but it seems as though that bed just needs a new mattress.Other than that, a very excellent stay—recommended!

If you need lots of room, this is your place! It's big. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, queen Murphy bed and 2 leather sofas. The grill and large kitchen is nice for cooking your own meals, but the outdoor lighting at night is very dim. Good for ambiance but you cannot see your food on the grill at night. There's lots of outdoor spaces and seating with this unit. We found it to be very clean and well appointed with just about everything you need right off the bat, soaps, shampoos, TP, hair dryers, etc. They provide beach chairs, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, etc. Just bring your own food and drink and you're set. I must mention a few drawbacks however. There is no A/C so you will need to open up the sliding glass doors to get a breeze going. Other units and the pool are very close, so you'll hear people talking, kids at the pool, people wheeling their luggage on the paved pathways... so you don't really have a secluded feeling. The grounds are lush with beautiful plants which is nice. Roosters start their "****-a-doodle-doo's" super early, so we just laughed about it and woke up early with them. Grocery store is only a couple minutes drive away and Hanelei is about 12 minutes away with great restaurants and food trucks.
Overall beautiful and comfortably appointed. Though not noted on the description or in important information there is an upper level. During our visit there were a family of three small children running around.
Really enjoyed our stay. The property is very clean, well appointed, and as described. Convenient base to explore the north shore. Jason was super responsive and very nice. Only real downside is that if the people renting upstairs are inconsiderate there can be some noise. Otherwise, it wa sa great stay.
The condo is pretty nice! I love the levered windows and natural shades, the beautiful plants that surround the windows are what sold me. You feel enveloped by them. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. The beds were comfortable. The ceiling fans were great. The ensuite bathroom was really nice to have.
That being said, it was August and pretty hot, which made sleeping without AC uncomfortable. The sheets on the bed are sateen, which would feel fine if it weren’t so hot, but felt like suede on hot skin and basically stuck to you. The condo is on the bottom floor, which gives you the benefit of the garden, but the neighbors above had obviously never lived in an apartment setting before and were very loud with their feet, sounded like they were marching up there. After several days I needed to vacuum the floor and I could not get the vacuum to suck up anything. After vacuuming the whole place the canister had nothing in it. Also, the washer and dryer are in an outdoor closet which makes it loud for the neighbors, so you can’t run a load after 10pm. If you get in late from a full day of fun and need to run a load, you have to plan carefully. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. The pool was great, location is great, the beach gear was mostly great, we had a great time!

The unit was beautiful and spacious, as were the grounds. My family enjoyed the pool, and I enjoyed the resident rooster who hung out on the patios. We had all of the supplies we needed (and then some), the unit was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Jason took our calls to answer our questions. We recommend staying here and would love to come again!.

The apartment is really well prepare for big family. The provided a lot stuff for the beach. The community beach is close and always clean. The property is well located and very family oriented.
We loved staying here and hope to come back! It was clean, close to Hanalei where we went almost everyday! Would highly recommend.

First of all, Jason was great - super friendly, responsive, and helpful. Cannot thank him enough for his help.The space is huge and clean and we enjoyed it for sure. There were plenty of games, stuff for the beach and pool, and TVs to meet every persons interest. The location is also great in Princeville. Note that there are plenty of fans in the condo to make up for the lack of AC, and it really wasn’t too bad especially at night.The only complaint I have is that if you’re a light sleeper, it’s a bit loud between the chickens (which you’ll get everywhere on the island) and the (possible) upstairs neighbors. I think the floor/ceiling is a bit thin so we were woken up by loud footsteps every morning. That said, when I mentioned it to Jason he immediately apologized and tried to contact the owner of that rental to ask them to quiet down. We would definitely stay there again if in the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with loads of space for our group of 6. There is so much natural light, and the beautiful well-maintained landscaping provided some privacy as well as a lovely backdrop to all our meals. I wondered if being so close to the pool would be noisy, but it wasn't really an issue and the children loved it. The location was very convenient as well for all of our activities. The murphy bed in the living room was super comfortable. However the queen bed in the second bedroom was rather saggy and in need of replacement. The management company responded super quickly when we had an issue with one of the showers. We appreciated having so many towels and beach chairs, toys, etc. provided. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was well furnished and well located. There were plenty of needed kitchen utensils and plenty of towels. Close to Hanalei and only 45 minutes from Lihue.

Our family of 5 rented this condo for 12 days on our vacation to Kauai. The rental was very clean and had many amenities. It was great to have a washer and dryer. The dishwasher was not working for our trip- which was a bit of a bummer… but the rest of our stay was so great we still give this rental 5 stars.
It was nice to have beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, and beach toys. We used them daily. The grill works well- and it was nice to be able to cook at the condo.
The pool area was recently redone- and was well kept and a great place for our kids to chill at the end of the day.
The chickens are loud in the morning— so make sure to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper:)
This condo is well stocked- and close to Hanalei. We loved our trip and would happily stay here again. One of the nicest vacation rentals we have experienced. Mahalo!

This property was so well equipped with everything! We've stayed at many rentals and this was by far the best we've experienced. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking with spices and cooking oil and the beach items on hand had us fully covered. The host were informative and super responsive. We're definitely coming back!!
