The location of the property is amazing. A few minutes walk from the most beautiful beach, a short bike ride to restaurants, shops, etc. Location is worth it alone!

We loved this little slice of paradise! Incredible location with close range to town and a stone’s throw from the beach. Every day spent here was magical. Very spacious living area with views you cannot beat.
We had a great stay in Hanalei. Highlights included the proximity to beach and use of the bikes to ride to town. We barely got in our car with this location. We rode to restaurants, nearby sunset watching location and more. The size of the home is perfect for two people. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and the bathroom has good water pressure. Bring your own shower products. Jana the host was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. People staying downstairs were friendly, it is a duplex so you will hear your neighbors, but this was not a surprise due to the description. Also there was noise from the dogs next door, but we ran the fans while sleeping at night and closed the bedroom windows which helped us to sleep well.
Great place and location!!! Quiet, very short walking distance to the beach and close to all the places we love. The apt had everything you might need during your stay and is very comfortable. Owners were extremely easy to communicate with on all accounts. Offering great suggestions and help etc. Only recommendation is that the Apt could use a serious deep cleaning and an AC unit (we were there end of June and it was very hot and miserable in apt during the day) luckily we were gone most days busy at beaches or hiking. Highly recommend this place and have referred a few friends to this place since our stay. Many thanks to the host!!
The property is located in a neighborhood with an authentic old Hawaii vibe. Jana the owner couldn't have been nicer. The location is quiet with amazing views and sunlight all day. Close to Main St Hanalei and lots of great beaches. Terrific amenities like bikes, beach chairs and umbrella.
First off we loved that we could take a very short stroll to the water. With how busy that Hanalei is, it was nice to not have to park. All of the beach stuff that was provided was also nice. Chairs, boogie boards and much more. The kitchen was stocked well for the size, except they could use some better coffee mugs. The place itself is just OK. It was clean enough but needs a deeper clean like dusting shelves and cleaning walls. The hardest part was how hot it was. We would have to go for rides in our car with AC to escape the heat. The place could use a door on the bedroom with a wall unit. Having the windows open during the night are only an option if you sleep like a baby because the roosters, dogs and cars are loud. The view from the bed was amazing though. That being said, the price for this place does make up for this, if you can handle the heat. Sleeping was fine, even with the bedroom windows closed...it did cool off a little. I always dock a star for having to strip beds when you leave. I don't mind piling towels, starting dishwasher and taking out trash but I am being charged a cleaning fee and I shouldn't have to strip beds. Nobody wants to see the mattress that them and 2000 of their closest friends have slept on.

This is our second time in this unit. Easy walk to beach, quiet, residential neighborhood, great views of mountains. Very clean, comfortable. Definitely plan to come back.

This spot was sooooo beautiful and we were blown away at the location. It was nestled right in Hanalei bay with a short walk to the beach. Close to the little town and was cozy with a beautiful view! 11/10 would stay here again!
Description is accurate. Location is great and it has everything you could need for a comfortable stay and fun in the beach.. Check-in is super easy.The unit is clean and very well stocked and the bed is comfortable. It's a quiet neighborhood with some occasional noise from the highway. A coat of appliance paint to cover the rust on the outside of the fridge and a replacement of the shower door and it would be a perfect 5 star spot

The rental was just as described, but even better. It feels larger than the photos show, and the beds and pillows were super comfy. The kitchen had everything you would need, and the washer and dryer were a nice surprise. We made great use of the cruiser bikes and beach chairs and umbrella. We loved exploring the north shore and coming back to this little gem of a rental! The owners are super kind and respond quickly to questions. Thanks Jana!
Great place only a half block off the beach. No where better than Hanalei! Can’t wait to come back. Sorry that I didn’t get to meet Jana as she was off on her own vacation.
The property is a block and a half from the beach on the west end. Loved having the beach cruisers to ride around the town. The unit was nice. Bed was comfortable. Opened the multitude of windows to take advantage of the trade winds. There is no AC, but ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area was nice. Will definitely stay again.
This was the perfect spot! The home had everything we needed and more. We rode bikes to the beach every day and also around town. It is spacious and lovely place to slow down while in Kauai. We look forward to our next stay.

Wake up to mountain views from the bedroom. The surfboard, beach chairs and beach umbrella were also brilliant.
The host was a great communicator. The beach is walking distance, just down the street. Great spot for beginner surfers.

My husband and I love Hanalei! This place was perfect! Great location, comfortable and beautiful views. We enjoyed all the amenities especially the beach chairs and umbrella. Short walk to restaurants and we enjoyed walking on the beach and watching the sunsets from hanalei bay.

We had a great stay. Being one block off of the beach, we enjoyed many walks. The cruisers were great to use to ride down to the beach for sunset or around town. The bed was comfortable and supportive. We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai with the Mountain View. We would definitely stay again.

Jana's place is literally steps away from Hanalei Bay -- so wonderful to be that close to the ocean. I really enjoyed sitting on the deck reading and gazing out to the ocean to the right, and the tropical mountain to the left! A slice of heaven.
