Everything was beautiful. Very well equipped with everything you need. Condo was very clean with beautiful furnishings. Location is perfect. Pool is close, beaches are beautiful. Wilson and Alice are very kind people. I would definitely stay again! Mahalo!!!

Property clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc. Nice beach towels & garage was stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, snorkle items, etc. Be aware. Owners have a ring doorbell hidden in the space between the screen & door at entrance. It is difficult to see, I didnt notice until late in the week of our visit. I appreciate an owner wanting one, but as a renter, it feels like a violation of my privacy, owners are aware of my comings/goings and can see and hear me as i andvme enter and eexitexiyexit.doothat

Mahalo to Wilson and Alice for sharing this amazing home. We had everything we needed and more. We (me, hubs, 17-year old daughter going off to college this fall) had a magical vacation and this home was the center of it. In general we love staying at the Fairways (easy access to grocery and beaches, stupendous view of Mauna Kea when there isn’t any vog, the pool/hot tub) and this unit is a true gem - thoughtfully appointed, terrifically stocked kitchen, everything clean and neat as a pin, ample beach towels, linens, and beach toys/gear. The comfortable covered lanais are a dream - spent every morning on the upper with coffee and every afternoon/evening on the lower one (where Java sparrows, saffron finches, and wild turkeys hung out on the lawn and adjacent golf course). Wilson’s check-in directions and prompt replies to queries is greatly appreciated. Everything about the home was fun, easy, and satisfying. We all give it a 10/10!

This was the second time my wife and I stayed at this complex. This time we also bought along our Grandson and his Mother. We very pleased with the overall condition of the unit. The pictures don't do it justice. Everything we needed during our stay was there. Plenty of dishes and cookware. We grilled during our stay. The Grandson used the gear in the garage. He wanted to swim every night after returning from each days adventure. There's a small work out facility. It has adequate equipment to work out. There's a clip board to schedule a time slot. The room can get quite warm running on the treadmill. The loop around the complex is about 1/2 mile. It's pretty safe to run the streets. Watch out for goats and turkeys.
Parking passes are on a clipboard outside the manager's office. Overall we had a great trip. We definitely would book again.

Fairways number 804 condo was a perfect condo for my husband and myself. The lanai furnishings were inviting, the living room and dining room furnishings were comfortable. The upstairs bedroom with the additional master seating area were comfortable and well appointed. The master bed had an upscale mattress which provided support and comfort.
The hostess responded within minutes of our texts for whatever we might need with additional information, instructions, and support. It was reassuring to know the hostess was hands on and readily available. This to us was key!

The townhouse is great. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need - nice pots and pans, lots of dishes, kitchen tools, etc. The beds are really comfortable. And the furniture is in good shape. We all loved the pool. And since the home if away from busy roads, it’s been very quiet here. We would come back.
