Such a terrific place to stay if you are in Paia. Cute and clean, private and secure. Hosts were great and always very responsive. Easy walk down into town.
The deicision to stayin Paia turned out to be a great one. We really appreciated the stay in this house. Nice patio and a well equipped house. Jacque was easy to come in contact with and everything was great from the moment we checked in until we left the house.
The cottage exceeded out expectations. We are a family of four and stayed 3 nights. As the title states, the house is clean, the neighborhood is quiet and best of all... You can walk to Paia Town in a few minutes and Baldwin Beach in about 10 minutes. The cottage was plenty big for our family and we will stay here again when back on Maui.
Great stay-location was so perfect to explore the little town of Paia. Best coffee shop right down the road. Our place was clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and felt very safe. We will stay again next time.
We had a great time at the cottage. It is super cute and an easy walk to town. The kitchen has all of the basics. All of the bathroom essentials are covered. We really appreciated the washer and dryer. We also loved that the host left extra sunscreen and toiletries left behind by previous guests under the sink in the bathroom for use instead of tossing. The host was super responsive to questions. We’d come back again!
Most people that go to Maui stay in a condo on the west side. I have no interest in that type of stay. This cottage in Paia was perfect for us! It’s private and it gives you your own personal space. There is another cottage on the property as well but gives you plenty of privacy. There is air-conditioning, but we never once turned it on. You just need to open the windows and the tradewinds cool it off within minutes! We had come from staying in Waikiki and then to this location. It was night and day for us. Waikiki was so loud and obnoxious. Every morning we woke up to doves cooing and the occasional rooster crowing. The property is very private to park your car too because it is behind a fence gate which you roll back and fourth to come in and out. The center of town is within walking distance to a whole bunch of great restaurants and fun shopping. It’s not fancy, but it’s perfect and I would highly recommend anyone who would like to stay on the northern part of Maui. You’re super close to the road to Hana and Haleakala. Beaches nearby as well.
This 2 bedroom cottage is perfect if you are looking for quiet relaxation and an easy walk into town. The beds are comfortable, the house is cool and breezy, and Jaque is easy to communicate with. Hope to be back!
Great location for adventuring all over Maui! Host was very responsive during our stay. Property was clean and has lots of extras that made our stay nicer (dishes, beach chairs, boogie boards, privacy fence, AC in each room etc).
Short walks to the market, to a wonderful breakfast spot just up the hill, to Old Paia, to the beach. Central location made doing the Hana Road, going up Haleakala, getting to Kihei/Wailea, and 'I ao Valley, all very convenient.Quiet, set back from a semi-main road which has little traffic at night. Thanks for the high chair and port-a-crib, very helpful.
Perfect place to stay when planning on windsurfing Hookipa.
Clean, safe, well stocked, basic accommodations. Short walk to Paia Center —shops, restaurants grocery, etc. Friendly, helpful owner

We had such a fantastic time in Paia and the cottage was perfect for our family of 3! Very close to stores, restaurants, and tasty coffee shops. And not much further to walk to the beach! Highly recommend staying here for an "at home" feel but still enjoy everything Maui has to offer. Great location and the host was very kind and helpful.
Our family of four loved our stay in Paia. The cottage was great and had everything we needed. It was just a short walk to downtown with lots of cute shops and restaurants. It was also a great starting spot for the Road to Hana and the Haleakala summit. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo very much. The check in/check out was easy. The detached unit felt private and roomy. It was very clean. The place was as advertised. No surprises. Easy walk to Paia with its restaurants and shopping. Close to beaches and to airport. Good overall location on Maui.
The cottage was very well kept and made us feel like we were right at home. The location is great and within walking distance of lots of restaurants and beaches. If we return to Maui this will be the first place we look to stay. We highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Maui.
The online photos were misleading. In actuality, you walk into a unit with concrete floors and what appears to be not great thrift shop furnishings. (The pictures show some different furniture and a rug). I felt every day like I was walking into a garage that someone turned into a cottage. If the photos were more accurate, I would have booked elsewhere. On the plus side, it was super close to everything the town had to offer.
Clean, airy, well-appointed cottage on the edge of downtown Paia. Within walking distance of a great grocery store and numerous good restaurants. Paia has a funky hip surfer vibe. Conveniently located to access all parts of the island.
