Beautiful Ocean Villa is a large 3 bedroom home that is exquisitely furnished with 3 Suites each with their own luxurious bath.
This home is perfect for families or three couples looking to share a home while having space, privacy and near equal size rooms and baths.
The first and second Primary Suites both have King beds and amazing ocean views in the morning.
They each have a large ensuite bath with soaker tub, gorgeous high-end cabinets and frameless glass showers.
The third bedroom features two TwinXL mattresses that can be combined to make a King bed.
There is a bath just outside the door that is just as luxurious as the other two master baths.
(Two additional twin mattresses can be brought out for kids)
The airy open concept main room includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with grill. The large round dining room table will comfortably accommodate 6 people plus 4 at the expansive kitchen island. The large lanai doors disappear into the wall for complete blend of indoor and outdoor living.
The lanai features comfy chairs and couches for reading, dining area, outdoor kitchen and even a high-powered viewing scope to watch for whales or check out passing boats in the distance. To the right is the 11th green on the world famous Hapuna Beach Golf course (one of the best in Hawaii). The glass railings (unique feature of this home) ensure you have the largest ocean and golf views possible.
The living room features a 65" Ultra HD 4K TV.
Beautiful Ocean Villa is at the end of a quiet court, yet only a short walk to the Wai'ula'ula gated community recreation center and pool. This recreation center boasts an infinity pool that is to die for, and a kids pool for those with little ones. Lay on loungers in the water, enjoy the hot tub spa or cuddle up with your kids on one of the big orbital day beds. The recreation center also has a fitness center with stunning views of the pools and expansive Hawaii scenery.
As a Guest in this home, you have the option of registering for the Mauna Kea Club Amenity program for $195 / day in 2025, per group (not per person) and providing you with the opportunity to enjoy exclusive benefits at both the Mauna Kea and Hapuna Beach Hotels. (Advance registration through Paradise In Hawaii and the Hotel required).
The benefits include charging privileges at both hotels, use of the hotel beaches and pools, towel usage, lounge chairs, umbrellas, reduced golf rates, tennis (court fees apply), use of two fitness centers, and guaranteed parking at each hotel.
Almost every guest takes this option as this is a prime reason guests want to stay in the luxurious Mauna Kea Resort. Mauna Kea Beach, possibly the nicest beach in all Hawaii, has limited public spots that fill before 8am most mornings so the ability to come and go to this beach and enjoy the amenities of two hotels makes this a must have for most guests.

We love building really big sand castles! Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

Within a 10 minute drive are three high-end shopping complexes, Queens Shops at Waikoloa, Kings Shops and the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

This is the second time we've stayed at this property, and we enjoyed it just as much! Very comfortable and spacious, every detail thought of, easy stroll to the pool/gym, incredible views from the balcony - it's a perfect place from which a family can explore and enjoy the Big Island.

The property was exactly as described by the professional hosts. From start to finish, communication and host interaction was excellent. The home was very well stocked and properly maintained with beautiful views. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Large property for our family of 4. Good views. We did not eat much at the property, but it appeared well stocked. We did not use any of the recreation goods in the garage partially due to their small sizes. One constructive complaint would be that the window dressings are not sufficient, so when the sun comes up, it is daylight bright which makes it tough when acclimating to the 5-6 hour time differences. And, the AC is locked at 72 degrees which might have been ok IF the ceiling fan was not also locked on low and there are no area fans So, we were a little warm and woke up earlier than desired. Beds are also very firm if you are sensitive. We did do the Mauna Kea amenities package which is pretty expensive and may or may not be worth it depending on your usage. We definitely did not use the resorts amenities enough, but it was our first time to the Big Island, so we spent a lot of time outside the resorts seeing the rest of the island. But, we did play golf at both the Mauna Kea and Hapuna courses where we got a little discount. This was a good home base and we enjoyed our stay.

Our family stayed at Beautiful Ocean Villa where we opted into the resort program, and we couldn't have been more pleased. There was something for everyone. Between dinners on the lanai, resort and pool access, beach toys, and amazing views, every moment was well spent. The home is tastefully decorated and very spacious. We were provided with clear instructions regarding our stay and had many pleasant interactions with the management company. We would not only recommend it but we would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for such a nice experience.

Our family stayed at Beautiful Ocean Villa where we opted into the resort program, and we couldn't have been more pleased. There was something for everyone. EVERYTHING about this was SPECTACULAR! EVERYTHING!
The condo was well appointed, clean, the kitchen had everything and then some, the garage had bikes and beach items. We spent every single meal on the lanai - it was just delightful. We picked up fresh tuna and grilled it several nights on the grill on the lanai. We were over the moon with our stay. The little pool and exercise room were frequented when we did not go to the resort. Highly recommend paying for resort amenities for the week. Everyone we encountered was absolutely delightul. Where we stayed was so quiet. Loved seeing the mountain goats each day- and the sunsets were breathtaking. Just absolute paradise and we plan to return. We will absolutely return. Property managers were extremely responsive prior to our trip. We did not need to contact them for anything during our stay.
Hawaii 2022 was full of incredible memories with families from South Carolina and Melbourne, Australia. LOVE THIS PLACE! Thank you!

House was very poorly maintained and operated. The service rep kept lying to us and was not responsive at all. Specifically, all of three showers were not working or leaking, which made lots of noise and moldy smell. Water pressure was very poor and even one of their maintenance staff closed the wrong valve so we did not have any water coming out of the shower for two days!
We originally booked another unit but the manager wanted us to move the unit so that they could fill the reservation back to back. I stayed with my five month old baby, and the new unit they moved us had construction on the lower unit. The construction going on started at 8AM in the morning every day and went on all day. They renovated the whole unit so drilling happened all day, which makes so much noise and dust. We were not able to sit on the balcony because of the noise, smell, and dust. This is not a condition anyone could bear, not alone the baby. My baby suffered from noise and moldy smell during the night and dust and drilling noise during the day. Just... terrible...
There were cockroaches in the unit. I found one in the living room and several in the 2nd bathroom. If anyone wants to throw their money on this terrible property to ruin their vacation, this house may be perfect.
