We are a family of 17. The house was very comfortable with beautiful views of the ocean. There was plenty of room for everyone. The patios were a plus. The only drawback was the house isn’t handicapped accessible/equipped. For example stairs entry only and no bathrooms are handicapped equipped. This makes it difficult for the elderly and amputees. But the house met all our expectations and needs. Taylor was a great host and we had a wonderful time.
Awesome view. Great layout for large parties. Furnishings very comfortable especially the beds. Nice luxury touches like luggage elevator, bidets and ac in every room. Taylor was very quick to respond to the millions of questions we asked.
The property is amazing with gorgeous views! Plenty of room for a large party!

This place was incredible! There were 15 adults and 2 toddlers in our group and we all loved our stay. There was plenty of room for us to spend time together, and apart when we needed our own space. The house was so clean. The view from the balconies to the ocean were gorgeous. Loved the location. You can walk right down to the ocean, and it is a perfect ocean for kids to play in because it remains shallow and calm for what seems like half a mile out! Taylor was fantastic. Always responsive to questions both before and during our stay. We would 100% go back here!
Beautiful house in a quiet residential neighborhood, new construction, plenty of space for even the largest of families! Overlooks a nice beach park and is conveniently located. Taylor is also very responsive and accommodating if you have any questions!
So worth it! This was the perfect place and size for me and my family. So very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed from pots n pans to toiletries, washer/ dryer. it’s like home away from home. I don’t know her personally but our host Taylor .. I love her! She was just a text away if I needed anything, concerns/questions. This will definitely be thee place when we go back to Hawaii.
We just finished an amazing 7 night stay at Makai Manor! It was absolutely perfect for our group of 13, ranging in ages from age 67 to age 7. The property manager Taylor was awesome: she was super attentive and truly helped us with everything we needed. The house was amazing: the views were amazing and the location can't be beat! Great proximity to Waikiki without being in the hustle and bustle of the city. We didn't want to leave! I highly recommend Taylor and Makai Manor for your stay in Honolulu! Aloha!
The property is excellent as 18 of us maximized the unit for five days in September 2022. The location, cleanliness, and coordination with Taylor was excellent. Taylor, as a host answered all questions promptly beginning six months ago and ensured our stay was perfect. She was key in accommodating logistical needs of babies and toddlers. We were able to maneuver six rental sedans and SUVs with negligible problems. The trick is to drive slowly and follow their recommendation. Thanks Taylor for a great experience as your dedication and competency made this a memorable stay for our family.
this property was perfect for our size of family(11). the number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked out great. the large main kitchen/dining area was large enough to accommodate our entire group for eating our meals. the only negative comment would be the chairs in the dining area. they are cheaply made. the backs on a couple of them are already cracked, you could not lean back on them. I would advise to put some better quality chairs in that area as the rest of the house is really nice.
Great location on a private beach. House was very clean and not too far from family events.
