We absolutely loved the view of the back ocean with wide windows across the living room. We had sufficient rooms to house all 14 of us young and old. The green yard was perfect space for our kids to run around and play, the grandparents enjoyed the spa and also the kids. The only thing to raise issue on was the driveway and the size of it was tight. We had two vans and that was all it would fit. The entry and exit from the driveway took getting use to. We learned you can see the stoplight on the other side of the street in in the mirror and used that to help us determine when to safely exit.
Great property and accommodations.
We had 10 of us staying at the house. The house is amazing and very accommodating. It is so nice to be able to walk out the back yard to the ocean. You are right off a main road but we did not notice the traffic as we were either in the house or relaxing in the back yard.
The house had plenty of space for 12 of us. The beach was shallow water but lots of rocks, coral, etc so have water shoes and not the easiest for kids to play in the sand. Quite a bit of road noise but the location was easy to get to all the key places we wanted to visit on the island.

There was ample room for all of us. The location was great. The large patio was wonderful for all to gather in. Children could play on the beach and in the large yard.
The only tricky piece was parking because we had a large SUV. It was a tucked away paradise!
This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this house. It is perfectly located and being right on the water, we have enjoyed sunrises and sunsets on the beach a few steps from our backyard.We will be back!
We enjoyed our stay on O'ahu and made even better by this property. I read the reviews and was nervous about the beach part but it wasn't what they said. The beach is lovely, granted its not deep enough for swimming but it is fine for snorkeling, seeing wildlife, tons of turtles, and especially paddleboarding (we brought our own). The only critique i have is the kitchen walls could use a good wash down or be repainted. The hot tub was unusable, with water that looked like it hadent been chainged in forever. Plus the jets didnt work. Other that that we loved this house!
Overall we loved the house. It offered a lot of space for our extended family with beach access for the young adults and great shaded spaces for grandmothers to hang out and read. They did not provide shower gel/shampoo, which was a bit of a difficulty, but we went and bought some. The kitchen worked fine, but trying to heat up several items for Thanksgiving in an oven with only one rack was a challenge. They were quick to respond to any issues or questions that we had. We had to learn how to best enter and exit onto the busy highway, and there was some traffic noise, but overall not too bothersome.
We enjoyed our stay. The location was great for going to Waikiki. It was windy during our stay so we were not able to paddle board like I had hoped. Overall, we enjoyed our stay
Clean house, wonderful beachfront, superb water location (shallow & safe for newbies, more challenges if you wanted them, sweet neighbor. We had 12 people and no room/bath conflicts. All negative reviews are by people used to having an others do for them apparently. We were very comfortable!
We had 9 adults in our party and we really enjoyed our week long stay. There was plenty of room and the location was great. The beach out the backdoor was never crowded and the water did have some rocks so reef shoes are a necessity until you venture a little further from the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels for everyone. Costco, Safeway and Foodland grocery stores were all within a 15 minute drive so we utilized the 2 refrigerators. There were some things that need attention. When we arrived at 4pm the a/c was off in the house and the temperature read 87 which was a little uncomfortable for a few hours until the a/c was able to cool the house down. I suggest that the a/c unit be turned on a few hours before the guests arrive in order for this not to be an issue. One of the bedrooms does not have central a/c and only a window unit. This bedroom was an add on room which is not insulated well and the temperature was always at least 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house, which made sleeping a little uncomfortable even with a box fan being utilized. This bedroom's bathroom also had a lot of mold in the shower due to a lack of air flow and ventilation. We bought some Tilex which removed some of the mold. Mold was also present in the window a/c units vents. A tile was loose in another bathroom and the stove's door handle came off while attempting to use the stove. Property management had someone fix these issues. The house needs a good deep cleaning.
We experienced a wonderful stay at this property. It was as advertised. All the imenities were there. Access was great to all the things to see and do. All questions were answered quickly and accurately. Thank you!
We (9 adults, 4 kids) enjoyed our stay at the house. It was spacious enough for all of us to not feel crowded, and it was nice to have the little beach just outside.
The property management needs improvement, especially for the price.
* When we arrived half an hour after check-in time, there were still cars in the driveway and the house was still being cleaned. We had to call to ask them when it would be available for us to check in.
* The garbage/recycling should be taken out after each guest stays, rather than just relying on the weekly schedule. This meant that we had full trash and recycle cans on our arrival, and the next guest that stays will also have full cans.
* Hot Tub was full of sand when we arrived, and was finally cleaned a couple days later. However, there was no chlorine or other cleaner to add in, so it didn't feel very hygienic (a small amount should be added after each use, and when it was cleaned it was only vacuumed, not chemicals added). It also needs a new cover, as that one is about ready to rip in half.
* The property itself needs maintenance. Several doors could use new handles, the AC condensate trap needs to be emptied, as you can see that it has a problem with leaking. The furniture could use a good cleaning. A few of the bathrooms were a less clean than desirable upon arrival.
* Need a safety strip on floor leading to 2 kings, child immediately fell from the unseen step down on arrival.
Overall lovely house but needs better mgmt for the price.

We had family visiting from the mainland and our house could not accommodate everyone, this beachfront home fit all of our needs. We had ages 6mo-64 and the home had everything we needed and wanted, it exceeded our expectations!
Our family had a great stay at this beach house. It was convenient to multiple shopping and dining areas. The highway is pretty busy so we were very careful pulling in and out. The beach view is stunning through the beautifully landscaped plants and trees, but is only walkable at low tide and we used the nearby beaches for playing in the water with our older teens. We also enjoyed the hot tub while there and it is well-maintained (maintenance guy came while we were there.) Overall a perfect place to spend a family vacation.
The property was excellent and just as advertised. We had a little issue with the water faucets not turning off well and the kitchen wasn’t totally equipped as expected (no can opener) but overall it was excellent. I would have liked a printed schedule for the trash & recycle days too as we were out and about a lot and did not see the messages. It would have ensured the process was taken care of without a phone call.
We could not have picked a better place to stay! The secluded back yard with the ocean right out back was our favorite part! Couldn't recommend this place enough!!

It’s an old house with room additions that slope down to the ocean. It also had mold from the humidity that affected my sensitive family members. I gave a long fix-it list to the property manager upon check out to make the house more enjoyable for the next guests.
The kitchen has 2 refrigerators which is awesome, just hope the owners replace the cookware soon. I had to buy a new pan to cook on bc the pans were worn out and food stuck to them. I also had to wash utensils before using them bc the previous guest wasn’t as clean as I prefer.
The backyard is beautiful and you do have direct access to the beach with a very long shallow area before the breakwater. Bring water shoes because the sand is very coarse and rocky with a lot of coral and some glass shards. The beach depth is dependent on the tide.
The house is close to shopping and Waikiki but sits off a very busy road so bring earplugs if the sound of cars don’t lull you to sleep. It’s a roof over your head and fits a lot of people so you can all be together. It just needs regular maintenance and cleaning to keep up with its age.
We had a little trouble with hot tub cleanliness. Resolved by 3rd day. Manager of property was helpful. House also had a little problem with ants in kitchen area and some mold on shower curtains and tub. All in all house was as represented.
Bad location. Lousy beach. On VERY busy street. No where to walk or run. Needs new mattress in bedrooms.
Besides being located right off of a major highway, the location was great.
Check-in was pretty seamless and layout was very nice.
However, there were multiple remotes missing batteries, that we did not receive replacement for until past the midpoint of our reservation. Additionally, the floors were very dirty and if we walked around barefoot, our feet would get equally as dirty. Lastly, one of the guest sinks was clogged when we showed up and was not fixed until 2 days before our departure. Overall communication was pretty bad, but the backyard and beachfront access was good.
Loved our stay. Wonderful to be right on the beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Quiet. Shallow water. House is close to beaches, restaurants, places to hike, Pearl Harbor and Waikiki Beach.

The house was just as we expected, lots of room for all 13 of us, on the beach for the kids right up to the adults. We were close to shopping and drives to other places. Enjoyed sipping coffee on the beach watching the sunrise.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was generally clean & very nice; the view is great. Exiting the driveway is fine.The beach is small but private; we borrowed a rake to clear the coral, nuts, seaweed etc that wash up every morning so the little one could play in the sand.It wasn't possible to swim because the water is only knee-thigh deep for hundreds of feet out from the shore. There were issues, although Anna in management was efficient in dealing with most of them.-we were surprised to learn after arriving that no food staples or normal amenities were provided other than salt & pepper in the kitchen, and toilet paper and hand soap in the bathrooms. At our request the company provided napkins, plastic wrap, baggies, and tissues. but we had to shop for shampoo, body wash, and food basics like ketchup, oil and vinegar, etc. - the gas BBQ grill was broken (& filthy) and while the handyman repaired and wiped it, it was still so dirty underneath the grill that it caused a grease fire the first time we used it. We gave it a thorough cleaning ourselves. We realized there was no fire extinguisher at the house. One was provided the next day.- The water in the hot tub was not clean but at our request the handyman emptied & refilled it with clean water.- 3 gardeners and handyman appeared on Saturday (although the yard was already very neat) with no advance notice and were able to access the locked gate & enter the backyard without asking us for permission. - We had a very regrettable burglary later that day - someone snuck into the Master Bedroom from the backyard (beach-side) through an unlocked patio door while we were cooking/eating in another part of the house. They stole a purse, subsequently using the credit cards. Police are investigating. The management was sympathetic when they learned of the crime, but offered no particular assistance. We strongly recommend tighter access control and installation of NEST or o
