This property was amazing. The hosts were fantastic to deal with. Right across the street from the beach. Close to shopping and great snorkeling. I would definitely recommend this property for your next vacation.
Nice and safe very convenient nice view Ocean view 2 minutes walk to beach, great to have kitchen have everything can cook anytime if get tired of food from restaurants I could cook any food for family. Just 10 minutes to Kona Town. Very convenient for family two bedrooms, two bathrooms king side bed, and Cal king bed condo townhome , keep in mind of room number. We would love to come back and stay same unit again perfectly. Have all stuff for beach and snorkeling. Well kitchen. We were stayed 4 nights. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Check in was easy. The condo was immaculate. It was filled with all the necessities needed for a great vacation. There were beach towels, chairs, snorkeling gear and so much more. Although they have beach shoes in assorted sizes, it’s wise to bring your own. The condo is quiet and has air conditioning and ceiling fans if you need them. It is situated across the street from a great beach. It’s close to everything but far enough away so not overwhelmed with tourists! With two king size beds and two bathrooms, it is a perfect unit for two couples or a family with children. We would definitely stay here again. The communication with owners was excellent.

Perfect spring break getaway with the teen kids. The best beach just a five minute walk away and we took advantage of the many beach necessities. Kids were able to do a digital detox and had plenty of games for the whole family. No complaints!
The property was clean and spacious and exactly as described and shown in pictures. The condo came equiped with the "extras" that were very helpful: beach chairs, snorkel gear, and sunbrella's. What was not listed was the surprising symphony of birds off of the balcony that played twice a day. It was magical! Also, the owners helped me find the place after having flight delays and getting to the complex after dark. The condo was perfect for our stay in Kona. It was fully stocked for everything we needed…Lots of beach gear, stocked kitchen and fridge for cooking and a large lanai with a beautiful view. We had an issue with the screen door and Dawneeta was available right away to troubleshoot.
What a great place to stay while vacationing along the Kona coast! Perfect for a family or one or two couples. My wife, adult daughter, and I enjoyed every minute of our four-day visit and only wish we could have stayed longer. The unit is spacious, in great condition, and equipped with endless amenities. The owners’ detailed description of the condo is entirely accurate, and they responded quickly and helpfully to all our questions. This is a very comfortable unit with plenty of room for 4 people. The unit is a little worn in places and the linens are a little skimpy. The beds are a little firm if that is an issue for you. The owner is very pleasant and responsive.
This condo is perfectly located within the White Sands Village just a few hundred feet from Magic Sands Beach. The owners have taken great care of this property which made for an amazing family experience on the Big Island. More than enough amenities are here for you to enjoy - Bring your swim wear, grab your rental car and groceries and you’re all set with everything you need. Will stay here each and every time we return, if possible! Can’t recommend enough!
Across the street from awesome beach! Condo had beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, everything for a day of fun. Fully equipped kitchen, tons of spices & condiments. TV’s in living room & bedrooms. Location was great for restaurants & grocery stores. Luxury linens & comfy mattresses! Loved it, wonderful hosts!
We spent 7 nights at this nice condo and loved every minute of it. The condo is on the back side but you do have spectacular views of the ocean from the very large lanai and also gorgeous mountains from the entry into the condo. Lush trees and foliage with chirping birds and beautiful flowers. Each bedroom had king size beds with very comfortable mattresses. This was important to us as we were two adult couples traveling together. The condo is just a three minute walk from the Magic Sands Beach which was great. The condo was fully stocked with all types of beach gear, which included chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, ice chest and much more. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. However we did not cook at all. We are out for every meal. Hawai’i has some great restaurants and we just had to try as many as possible. Lava Java was our favorite for breakfast. Mauna Kea Luau was also great way to end our trip. Lots of things to do and see on the island.
Dawneeta was great. She reached out to me before we arrived to make sure we had all of the info needed. I must have deleted the email VRBO sent with instructions but she was so gracious to resend it. She was always very responsive to any questions we had. She was great.
We stayed for 5 nights with our 3 year old boy and 7 months old girl. The location was great, just a view minutes walk to the beach. The apartment was well equipped and calm. There was a lot of beach gear, also for the kids. Our crawling daughter found several long dark hair, so cleaning could be improved.
Please note that the complex has a lot of rules. Kids which are not toilet trained yet, are not allowed to enter the swimming pool (even with swim diapers). We recommend to communicate this in the online listing to make families aware before booking.

I really like staying at VRBOs that feel like home away from home, and that’s how this one felt. Well stocked kitchen, fluffy towels, and a “miscellaneous” cabinet that had sunblock and bug spray, among other things. Central AC was very helpful for the hot weather and the bedrooms were cool and comfortable to sleep. Lots of puzzles and games available. Check in and parking all were super easy and host was very responsive via text. Would definitely stay again!
The two bedroom/two bathroom was a great place for our base location while on the Big Island. The LOADED tub of beach essentials on the lanai was great! We enjoyed having our coffee and breakfast on the lanai each morning before heading out on our daily activities.
We could have used a few more wash clothes and the dishwashing pod box was empty when it came time to run the dishwasher the first time. That cost us another trip to Walmart. The cleaning crew just needs to watch for supplies as they are used up. Other than that snag, we completely enjoyed the place and the location was great!
If ever on the Big Island again we would definitely consider staying there again.
It was one of our best vacation ever! The place was absolutely amazing and had everything we needed with breathtaking ocean views, sunsets and walking distance to the magic sands beach. This beautiful and clean condo is exactly as described. Quiet ( we really only heard the sounds of birds), very comfortable and airy, with a nice view of the ocean.
The lanai was large and comfortable too. We ate most of our meals out there.
This condo was also very thoughtfully stocked with all the beach and other amenities we needed.
The location was perfect with easy access to Magic Sands Beach. I was able to swim every day and even saw turtles while swimming!
We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed staying at this condo. The hosts were easy to work with.I would certainly come back.

The most clean and well organized apartment we have ever stayed. Very spacious, great location, close to Kona and lots of restaurants and activities. Very quiet neighborhood, Dawneeta was very responsive, answered all questions. We were grateful to be able to do early check in, since apartment was ready. We had a smoothly, check in, all instructions were accurate. There is a binder with rules and possible questions and answers in the living area.

Apartment is very well equipped starting with kitchen, there are all you possibly need for a comfortable stay. Bedrooms are huge, with king beds, huge smart TVs in all rooms. Lots of towels, bed sheets etc. Spacious balcony has a huge box with outdoor stuff. Beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards. Big outdoor dining table also was nice to dining outside and have a breakfast. Not even mentioning washing/dryer machines in the unit and AC a huge plus!!! Everything was so helpful! It made our vacation very pleasant and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place and give it a five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and would stay there again!
This condo is fantastic - the beds are large and comfortable, having AC is nice, the lanai is large and relaxing with a peaceful view over adjacent residential area and out to the ocean. My husband appreciated the great TV too. It is right across from the beach, so easy to walk to the water. Convenient shaded parking. And we appreciated being able to use the boogie boards, snorkels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Very attentive and helpful hosts!
My wife, nephew (18) and I stayed a week at this condo. The space feels bigger than the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of beach equipment (chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, boogie boards). The beach is about a 5 minute walk, although we didn't go in the water due to the high surf. However the pool was nice and never crowded. Beds were very comfortable as well, slept like a baby. I would love to come back!

We have stayed in this complex for many years in different units and this was our first time at this unit. It met all our expectations and more. We had 2 couples staying and having the 2 king beds was a real plus. As well the beds were super comfortable. The unit was well equipped for all our needs and we especially enjoyed the lanai with the ocean view, the birds and the beautiful sunsets.

Everything was as described. The condo was spotless, well equipped, and quiet. The furnishings were comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the large balcony for morning coffee and evening meals.
Our hosts were responsive and helpful. This was a last minute booking, as a "super host" on another platform cancelled our booking without explanation, the night before our arrival in Hawaii. We actually finalized this booking while on the plane to Hawaii. Our hosts made it possible for us to get into our rental immediately upon arrival. They were a lifesaver!
Dawneeta and Blair went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable. Our son broke his ankle the night before we left, they got crutches for us, so they would be there for him on arrival.
