The house was amazing. Pretty much brand new, all the accesories you could need. Extras in the garage. Would stay again. Host was super easy to deal with. Great location and neighborhood.
Enjoyed a wonderful 5-day stay with adult kids (six total guests). This house has absolutely everything. The kitchen is well stocked with everything and anything you need to prepare meals on all new appliances. It has a high-end Napolean gas grill on the upper deck.The swimming pool and hot tub are amazing! The backyard if very private. You can only see one neighboring house while in the pool, otherwise its trees and landscaping.The gameroom is great, too. We used the pool table, shuffleboard table, and the "axe" throwing game. It was nice to have a mini-fridge in the game room.The pictures are accurate.
This house was the total package: beautiful home, very well equipped with everything you need, prime location. The property itself is even better in person than in pictures. Beautiful and modern, with large living spaces and bedrooms. The outdoor area really shines, and we enjoyed hanging out by the pool after a long day at the beach.Special word about how well equipped the home is for Kauai: beach chairs, umbrellas, high quality snorkel gear, beach bags, tons of beach towels - you literally will not need anything else.Jason was a pleasure to deal with. Honestly this house was a bargain.
This elegant home was exactly what we were hoping for. Every detail of this home shows meticulous attention to detail. This immaculate home is newly constructed in a quiet, established neighborhood with mature landscaping. It’s convenient to the Princeville golf community and shopping center, while also being at most a ten minute walk to the Queen’s Bath trailhead and about a 10 minute drive to Hanalei. The layout was perfect for a family with a main level master suite and two upstairs bedrooms opposite each other and each with an en-suite bath, and family and rec rooms on the lower level. It has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, bar area, and a large grill just outside the dining area on the covered lanai. All baths had toiletries and hairdryers. Unexpected amenities included a fully stocked spice drawer, beach bags, coolers, a beach wagon, umbrella multiple sand chairs, toys and boogie boards, and multiple sets of snorkeling gear in many sizes. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this new beautiful home on our family vacation and the rental had everything we needed. The kitchen was meticulously equipped and stocked. The garage had beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards. This newly built home sits in a nice neighborhood with a quiet jungle like zen garden. The pool and the hot tub were heated and luxurious. The game room was a great fun addition. This rental is great for a family or for a couples trip as all the bedrooms have king size beds and comparable bathrooms. The property management team was easy to contact and everything went smoothly. We would highly recommend this home.
