Great property. It would be good to educate guests about location of trash room on the third floor as we were walking trash bags out to the large trash compactor in parking lot

Good place to stay with kids, pool is super nice. Stairs need a lot of update. Room is nice, but all appliances work at low capacity. Oven took a very long time to heat up and cook, dryer required multiple cycles to get even just 3 towels dry.

Great experience- we wanted to be mid-island, and this was an ideal location- close to stores, food, and ocean, and easy to get to activities on north and south shores! Pool was great and kids loved it. Appreciated all the amenities included (towels, beach chairs, cooler, etc.). Beds were very comfortable. Check in and out was very easy. Onsite restaurant was delicious too! We would love to come back.
Condo was super clean, check in process was easy, great communication with owner. We loved our stay in Kauai, so beautiful words cannot describe. Had a wonderful day enjoying the amenities at the resort… we grilled.. enjoyed the beach and pools, wonderful oceanfront restaurant with yummy tropical drinks and live music… would recommend to stay if you plan on visiting
Excellent location-close to everything---walking distance to a few good restaurants and pubs--Staff at the condo resort were all over keeping everything clean and communication with mgmt was great.We will be back--Thanks..

Perfect location to see both sides of the island. The pools and amenities were a definite bonus! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was perfect for meals and coffee
We enjoyed this property very much. This location allowed us to go to Poipu or Princeville beaches fairly easy.
Great stay at your property. It fit our family of five very well and great location.
We loved the Waipouli Beach Resort suite B301! It provided a great central base for our stay in Kauai. It was super nice to have a grocery store across the street and a full kitchen and laundry in our suite. It was also lovely to have the beach chairs and umbrellas available. We only went to pool/hot tub twice because we were out and about but it was overall a great facility. Parking was close and secure. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to come back!

We loved our time in Waipouli. The pool is amazing and my daughter was obsessed with the slides. The beach is right there! You're across the street from a grocery store and down the road from shops and restaurants. Keyless entry made it simple. We enjoyed our time!

We had a great stay and the staff was super accommodating. We paid some extra for late (8pm) checkout as we had a 10pm flight home. An airline glitch resulted in us not being able to fly and we were able to return to our unit the next night with all of our left over groceries still there for us. The pool area is really beautiful, three hot tubs with one just for kids, the Oasis restaurant was a real plus to have on site, although it is closed Sundays and Mondays. The beach is beautiful and there is a great walking/biking trail nearby that we used almost daily. The location was so convenient. Halfway between the north and south shores, we never had to drive too far yo get somewhere. There is a grocery store right across the street and a Ross that came in handy when our luggage flew home without us stranding us with just our carryons for three days. Our balcony overlooked the parking, but did have a limited ocean view. The unit was clean, well furnished, had a washer and dryer, had oils and spices so check what they have before you shop to save money. So many rentals are stripped bare of everything except salt and pepper. This was a welcome change. The resort has a spa, my husband’s massage was one of his best ever, and they rent bikes and other things as well. There were also 4 comfy beach chairs we could take down to the beach. Overall an outstanding stay. I would highly recommend.
