Very clean other than mold spores on pictures and ceiling. Very musty smell especially on sofa.
Great location. Clean, nice condo. Great layout. Kids loved the pool.
Our Ohana loves staying at this spot! Centrally located, convenient to groceries, pool is open late, and plenty of parking. We’ll be back!

We loved our stay! The resort was beautiful, centrally located, clean and right on the beach. The towel exchange at the pool was a great feature of the resort. The amenities with the washer/dryer, cooking utensils, big and small appliances as well as the 3 bathrooms and beds, made it such a great place to stay for our family of 5. Questions were answered via email quickly. We highly recommend Kauai Calls!
Beautiful resort - probably the best on the East side and Kapa’a. Lots of restaurants and a convenient super market. The location seemed central to get to lots of fun places and included some nice hiking just above town. The condo was clean and nice. It needed a little maintenance and I would note you will get road noise at this location as it is in a building further from the beach. Still a great property with plenty of room and amenities.
From booking to checkout, everything went very smoothly. Great communication for where to find our condo to the key code, etc. The condo was exactly as described with all the amenities. The only issue was the mattress in the main bedroom mattress was entirely too soft and the topper did not extend all the way to the edges of the bed (not removable). That’s a personal preference though….we like firmer mattresses. Another “issue” that is of no fault of the condo is early morning wake ups of roosters and delivery trucks from 3:30am onward. So, if you are a light sleeper, I recommend earplugs or a sound machine. It was great to have a filtered pitcher to use for drinking water and all the pots and pans you could need. The only suggestion for things to add would be cooking spray and aluminum foil/storage baggies. The resort is truly beautiful and we loved spending time at the pool a s beach there.

Great property. Easy walk to beach area. Nice pool area with lazy river. Great location halfway between Princeville area and Poipu area. Condo is great for two couples or a family of four - two nice bedrooms with spacious bathrooms and kitchen. Everything worked great including the air conditioner. Would stay here again.
It was our first time in Kauai and the location was perfect. The entire resort was great. There was plenty of room in the condo. We enjoyed the pool and the beach.
This was our fourth stay at the Waipouli Beach Resort, and unit C-201 may have been our favorite. It is close to the parking, to the pool, and to the morning koi feeding. It is in a corner, so there is less hallway noise. It is far enough from the street that it doesn’t get much of that noise, either. (Note: we are city dwellers, so our bar for noise may not be in the same place as everyone else’s.) Importantly, when issues arose, the Kauai Calls team responded very quickly! Great stay overall.
The check in process was seamless. Communication was at the perfect cadence - enough information when needed and quick responses to the follow up questions.
The place was clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed to have a great time - even beach chairs and a cooler. Location was super convenient across from the grocery store, delicious shave ice, McDonald’s and several coffee shop/food options. The pools are clean and were not crowded. Property is on a bike path/walking trail. And of course on the ocean.
Great 2 bedroom unit ideally suited for a family of 4 with 2 adult children. Clean and well stocked. Supermarket and Starbucks literally across the street (but the local coffee shops are better!). The pool area was great and beach was right there. Great walking path along the ocean too. The Oasis restaurant on property was excellent too.
We liked the Kapaa location as it was a good base to explore the North and South shores. Close to the airport too. Definitely recommend
Another couple, my husband and I stayed at Waipouli Beach Resort and loved it. The condo was so well built, inviting and clean, with perfect space and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The pool area is spectacular and very well maintained, and we used the poolside bbq grills, which were excellent. Having Safeway right across the street was a godsend--we just walked over for groceries. And Lihue stores like Costco are just minutes away. From Waipouli Resort, you can also walk for miles or ride bikes, with a marked paved path system that takes you seaside and to shops, downtown, restaurants and a really lovely walkway north of Kapaa overlooking the ocean. Visiting places like north coast Hanalei and southern beaches are easy daytrips from here. You can't beat this location. Our condo management was responsive to questions and check in was hassle-free. We would definitely stay here again.
Our family had a fantastic time and we plan to return again! Overall, our condo was everything we needed it to be, and I would be happy to stay there again. The whole unit was clean, well kept, and had more than enough furnishings and comfort creatures that helped create a relaxed stay! The beds were comfy, kitchen utilities all worked well, the resort as whole was in great shape and clearly well tended too. We swam in the pools every day, and having the outside bbq grills available was a nice bonus, too. Inside the condo, we really appreciated having the beach chairs to use during our stay, as well as the cooler!
If I had anything to critique; our check-in was a little confusing at first. It was partly my fault as I did not read the email in full from "Kauai Calls." I just assumed we could go straight to the resort and that they would check us in. But rather, there's not a desk person at the resort because all units are managed or owned independently, so make sure you read the emails and know how to get to your condo/unit! Also, the a/c will not run if any of the doors are open, which makes perfect sense! But a little note about that next to the control unit could help the next guests. The only update I would/could suggest would be to have a Keurig in the kitchen instead of only a regular brewer simply for convenience and less waste!

This was a pleasant place to stay and had all the amenities that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great! It's always nice to be able to do laundry and cook in a full kitchen during a longer stay. There were plenty of bathrooms in the unit which always makes life easier!
