Amazing property, wonderful and very responsive host. Most important it was a very clean, well appointed luxury condo that felt like home. We couldn’t have asked for more. Can’t wait to come back.

The room was beautiful, and it was stocked with everything we could have needed for our stay. The pool was perfect for constant entertainment for the kids and the beach was steps away for the perfect Hawaiian experience. Groceries, shave ice, and souvenirs were directly across the street and there were plenty of options for restaurants within walking distance. Our host responded quickly to all of our questions. Can’t wait to come back.
Condo was clean, Jodi responded quickly and pleasantly to any and all questions I had. The kids loved the pool and beach. the location was perfect and central to go venture and see everything we wanted to see!!
The pool was a highlight and the grounds are beautifully kept. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in and better stocked than many condos we have stayed in. For example, they had metal grill utensils, an oven thermometer, margarita glasses, and a rice cooker. It was spacious and a comfortable place to relax in. We didn't hear neighbors during our stay. Communication was good. The only down side was that the WiFi isn't the strongest, and the password in the binder needs to be updated. We were able to figure it out. We would book this unit again.

This was our first time visiting Kauai, and we loved the location of Waipouli Beach Resort. The pool was a lot of fun, and while we couldn’t swim in the ocean right out front, we enjoyed exploring the coral and shells that washed ashore. We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but Jodi took care of it immediately, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d definitely consider returning!

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about the unit, the owner, the resort and the island-10/10!The unit was well located, steps away from the pool and the sand. It had everything we needed including some essential beach items for us to take on our daily outings.The location on the island gave us a great jumping off point to explore the whole island; easy drives north, south, and west. We also loved getting to explore Kapa’a including some top notch food/food trucks and excellent beaches. We would highly recommend this place for anyone. Mahalo for sharing your unit and island with us!

This is a large, well-furnished and maintained unit we enjoyed very much on our 5th trip to Kauai. The location, a bit south of Old Town Kapaa, is excellent - no where one wants to go on the island is a very long drive - and Safeway, Starbucks, and other stores are immediately across the street. It is in a resort, with a daily resort fee added, but the resort facilities were nice - large pool and lodging area, "family" and "adult" spas, private beach. Gripe - listing says "garden view" (important to us), but not really the case - more a parking area through a couple of trees.

Our unit was very clean and had updated furniture. The location was in between several good beach spots including Poipu and Hanalei. Lydgate was right next door. We’ll stay here again. Thank you!
The pictures actually do not do the condo justice. Very roomy. Nice dark wood doors and trims. Comfy beds. Three bathrooms are very convenient. Good water pressure. Great communication from Jodi on check-in process. Right by the beautiful private beach -- no crowds. Felt like the beach was entirely ours in Kauai!
We loved the pool, hottubs, watching the sunrise on the beach daily and the beach supplies in the room. This is a great location, the condo was well stocked and clean. No complaints!
Location was amazing. The kids had a blast in the pool, and the Safeway across the street made meals easy. Jodi was great to work with, she was always very prompt in replying. Would definitely stay again!

This was a wonderful property! We loved the location. The pool was really nice. We enjoyed the pool area every evening after our exploring of the other areas of the island. We didn’t spend much time at the beach on the property because the water was too rough for us. We just prefer calmer water. Jodi was very helpful and quick to respond to any of our questions. We just wish we could have stayed longer!
Great location for exploring all of Kauai. Apartment is well set up and the pool was perfect for relaxing afternoons.
Our family has stayed at Waipouli a few times and it never ceases to amaze us. Such a great place for any age group. Great amenities in the room. Easy near by shopping and great food.
We loved our stay here, perfect central location and across the street from the best shave ice on the island (Wailua shave ice) as well as a grocery store. My kids loved the slides at the pool. Jodi was super quick and easy to communicate with. Was happy to have a blender for our morning protein shakes after working out at the onsite fitness center. Also loved that beach chairs, and other beach things were included. If I was being super picky, I wish the showers had handheld shower heads so I might just bring a temporary/portable one next time. Yes, we are definitely planning on a next time!
Clean, beautifully decorated condo located close to Lihue airport. Walking distance to restaurant and groceries and a short distance to sightseeing locations. Highly recommended!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities as described. The condo is well located to explore the whole island to the North or to the South Poipu. Our family enjoyed coming back to the condo for some meals and enjoying the pool with slides. We definitely would love to come back.

Wonderful property with spectacular kitchen and plenty of room. Host is super quick to respond and helpful. Location is great as it is within walking distance to the supermarket so you cam stock up on essentials for your trip amd near several restaurants.
Very comfortable condo and a great facility and location. We had a lovely time. Furnishings were a bit tired and dated but comfortable.
Great unit! Everything was clean and well organized. We will definitely book with this owner again! Thanks for letting us use your place for a week.
This was our second time staying here and we loved everything about it! It’s the perfect location in Kapaa. Plenty of nearby places/shops/restaurants to explore. You can walk right down to the beach for the sunrise every morning. The pool here is perfect especially if you have kids with the slides, lazy river, and the shallow pool to play in. Can’t wait to visit again!
