The location is incredible. Right on the coastal trail. Beautiful location for watching sunsets and quick access to the beach for morning water activities.
Started with a moldy stench when I walked in then filthy dirty everything. The kitchen cabinets are beat up and covered in grim, as well as, doors and baseboards. The sheets had blood stains so I had to make the bed with new sheets. The remotes had grime on them from years of use and no cleaning. Everything in the kitchen looks like it was purchased at a garage sale. It’s all old, rusty and disgusting. Kitchen towels were dirty with holes. The condo says newly updated but this condo has not been updated in years nor has it been taken care of since the partial update. The condo also has super thin walls and open leaver windows so you can hear every single thing your neighbors are saying and everything people are saying as they are walking by. No privacy as the bedroom windows face the walkway so you have to close them to get dressed and miss out on the ocean view. Called the host and sent pictures to ask for a partial refund on day 1 and was told absolutely not and then got hung up on. These people are running a scam. For what we paid to stay there a week we could have stayed at the Four Seasons.Save yourself the aggravation and stay elsewhere.
excellent location to both shopping and the beach. we have stayed at elua/wailea before and chose to return for this reason.
Wonderful accommodations. Perfect location. Owner very responsive to all our questions.Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans.
Very nice property with a direct view of Ulua beach. Pretty beach, not crowded, with great snorkeling. Also right on the long Wailea walking path. We very much enjoyed our stay.
We returned for a second stay at this delightful unit. Wonderful location, views, and amenities with easy access to so many activities. We loved watching for whales - right from our lanai. Thank you!!!

Many great things: beautiful view, parking, garbage dumpsters nearby, near pool, TV, mattress, allowed us to get in early; kitchen cooking items, bath towels big and fluffy,
Mediocre; bedspread/blanket dirty; washer/dryer very very small; partially remodeled but mostly old; cheaply furnished; no laundry detergent; no welcome basket; coffee pot broken - we had to replace it; had to stand up on the sofa to reach the thermostat
This place was clean, easy to access and a beautiful environment along the Wailea ocean front. We had excellent communication with the host and the place had plenty of clean towels, beach chairs, umbrellas to use.
Plenty of room for the two of us and tv, internet, games to keep us occupied. We snorkeled everyday just footsteps away at the beach and reef area out front.
We enjoyed our stay and it felt like our second home.
I would recommend this place for sure!

Great location in Eula Village. Close to beach and beach walk. Also close to small private pool and pickleball court. Andy was very responsive and easy to work with. Stayed there 8 nights. Perfect for couple.
This property is a well maintained gem, great location steps from pickleball court, upper pool and bbq grills. Less than 5 minute walk to the Pavilion and the beach, also a 2-minute walk straight to the beach path.
The unit is comfortable, completely appointed with everything you might need to enjoy your time there.
The owner is also very accessible and responds quickly with any questions or requests
This was a great location to the beach and perfect unit for a couple. Our family was on site at Elua in other condo units & our unit was the stop off location for their walk to and from the beach. Loved the time in Hawaii.
We enjoyed this property and would stay here again easily. The patio is so nice we never went to the pool all week!
Location is nice and quiet with beautiful grounds, steps from the beach and boardwalk and also walk to hotels with restaurants and bars.

This is a great property. You can hear the waves from the unit, and you can easily see the ocean from the lanai. Wailea Elua is located conveniently close to the Shops at Wailea, which includes several restaurants and a pub. Finally, the upstairs neighbors (Phil and Diane, who own their unit) are lovely.
For the manager of this property: 1) the lamp on the bedside table on the left side of the bed, looking toward the headboard needs replacing or rewiring; 2) the bulb on one of three ceiling recessed lights over the couch needs replacing; and 3) there needs to be more light over the round dining table (maybe a torchere or floor lamp on the left side of the bookcase on the outside wall). Overall, this is a fabulous condo.
This condo has been renovated to a sleek modern look. The furniture is comfortable and the AC keeps you cool. You have a spectacular view on your lanai and it is only a few steps to Ulua beach and the Wailea Beach walk. You can cook or walk to one of the restaurants nearby!!! Shopping at the Wailea mall is a block away. We can’t wait to come back and stay longer!!!!
