This VRBO listing is a fully renovated and very well furnished and equipped condo located in the Pacific Shores complex in the heart of South Kihei, Maui. It is just steps away from wonderful beaches, restaurants, and shopping.
The unit includes two bedrooms (each with one queen size bed), two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an open living room and dining area, and an outdoor lanai. The unit is designed to comfortably sleep four people.
Guests will appreciate the high quality ceiling fans and Mitsubishi split-zone air conditioning system (featuring separate modules and controls in the main living area and each bedroom). This condo is a rare find, providing guests with excellent, modern accommodations at very reasonable prices!
The unit features tile floors throughout the entire condo. The kitchen has been remodeled and contains quartz counters, stainless sink/fixtures, high quality stainless steel appliances (including stove, with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and stacked laundry center).
The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware, dishware, glassware, silverware, utensils, and numerous small appliances (e.g., coffee, coffee grinder, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, etc.) for guests to prepare and serve meals, saving funds for the multitude of other activities and adventures available on Maui.
For those who prefer to eat meals out, there are numerous excellent restaurants within walking distance or very short drives. There are many renowned restaurants and chefs to pick from throughout Maui!
The unit's four seat dining set, comfortable couch, and large wall mounted flat screen TV to provide guests with a place to rest and relax between other Maui activities.
Guests can choose to cool off using the high-end air conditioning system or open the condo's many windows to enjoy wonderful views and ocean breezes. Guests have access to Hi Speed Internet @ 300 Mbps and phone service within the condo. We also provide YouTube TV streaming service as well as a Plex media server with a collection of movies and TV shows for your enjoyment.
The master bedroom features a queen bed, individual air conditioning controls, a wall mounted flat screen TV, plenty of dresser space, and a remodeled/expanded master bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower, brightly lit vanity, and extra closet space.
The second bedroom features a queen bed, closet/dresser space, individual air conditioning controls, and convenient access to the hallway guest bathroom, including a shower/tub combination and lovely bathroom renovations.
Complimentary shampoo and body wash are provided in each bathroom.
Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors are provided in each bedroom for your safety.
The unit comes with an assigned parking space that will best accommodate a compact size car. The Pacific Shores complex features a lovely pool and hot tub. The gated pool area includes lounge chairs, dining tables/chairs, multiple gas barbecue grills, and renovated bathroom/shower facilities.
The complex features an elevator in each building (our unit is on the second floor, near both the stairs and elevator).
The complex is located across the street from Charley Young Beach and Kamaole Beach Park I, where visitors can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, and other fun in the sun on these beautiful white sand beaches.
Beach park facilities include a lifeguard station, bathrooms, outdoor shower facilities, a volleyball area, and some tables.
Other excellent beaches are only a short walk or drive away, where guests can also rent gear (snorkel gear, surf boards, paddle boards, etc.) and arrange for lessons to improve their skills.
Guests are supplied with beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a cooler.
Please note that all guests of Pacific Shores must be registered prior to arrival. Information required for registration will be coordinated in advance of your stay.
For your safety, the Pacific Shores complex is monitored by on-site security during specific hours. All guests must comply with Pacific Shores House Rules, intended to ensure the safety, security, and enjoyment of all guests and residents of Pacific Shores.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the condo, on the lanai, and in resort common areas (except in limited designated, outside smoking areas within the complex).

Excellent host, comfortable apartment
The condo is in a great location and a very quiet property. Easy to walk to restaurants or a very quick drive. Loved that each room had AC as well as the living room. Check-in was easy and Jason was easy to get ahold of if needed. The condo was nice and clean as well. Having the washer/dryer makes it easy to pack light and wash clothes as needed. I would definitely rent this condo again! We also appreciated the beach chairs/towels, umbrella etc. Thanks for the extra coffee, Jason! Some things that could be helpful: foil/sawran wrap, small reusable containers to put snacks in for the beach/put leftover cooked food in.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property with family. The property is well maintained and is located close to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. I would come back here a 3rd time if I am visiting Maui again with family.
Jason was an amazing host! He was very quick to answer any questions we had and solve the few problems that came up. The condo is in a great, quiet location close to some great beaches and amenities. It was extremely clean and comfortable for the 4 adults in our group. Beds and pillows were great which is important when you can't take your own with you. Check in was really easy and smooth. Jason was very detailed in his instructions and made it seamless. We would highly recommend this condo and we would choose it for future visits.

We had a great stay at this property. It had all of the beach supplies we could have needed (chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, and more)! Very clean and we felt safe as two women traveling together. The beds were comfortable and a HUGE bonus to have A/C in all rooms. Loctaion was amazing. Perfectly central, close to walk to shopping, food, and different beaches. Partial ocean view. Beds nice and comfy. Place real clean. Shampoo there for us to use. 4 beach chairs. All good shape. Other beach stuff. Umbrella. And so on. Cooler there as well. Lots of lots and pans. Great stay

We loved this location! Close to restaurants, stores and beaches! The condo was clean and had everything we could want! Perfect for our family of four. Thank you for opening your home to us! Note that they are building on the property next door which created some noise. Tolerable for us and didn’t affect our stay but other guests might want to know.
Our stay was pretty close to perfect. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. We had problems getting the TV to work and contacted the owner, Jason Wong. He gave us his number and we called him. He helped us work thru the problem. The washing machine was loud but we just turned it on on our way out the door so it was not a problem. The location is very close to a very nice beach. It was also a very nice walk to Kalama State Park, which has a nice walk by the ocean. We walked there every day. The location was close to several small restaurants. Our stay on Maui was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again.
