Exceptionally Remodeled Oceanfront, Sunsets, A/C, King bed Hale Kai O Kihei

Our stay here was very relaxing. The condo was very clean and nicely updated. The view was priceless and made for beautiful sunsets and the beach access was very convenient, we saw multiple turtles while on the beach and whales jumping as well. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful condo in Kihei over Christmas 2025. Everything about our stay was perfect. The location could not be better, the unit is fresh, clean and beautifully done, and the host is very responsive and clearly wants the very best for his guests.

Great apartment: Nice interior, clean, well equipped. AMAZING view and a very short walk to shore.Only minor downside: Wifi was unreliable enough to be almost useless. There was some T-mobile coverage on balcony, so that covered us.

We loved our stay! The view from the condo is stunning and you can’t beat the ocean access. We were looking for a quiet vacation for a few days to just relax on the beach. This was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet mornings on the deck with coffee, reading on the beach during the day and sunsets from our deck with wine in the evening. Our host was very communicative and we appreciated the easy check in process.

Wonderful spot, great stay kitchen/beds/deck a jump onto the beach for a walk or a swim, easy to everywhere on the island — we’ll be back!

Joes condo was perfect in every way. On a quiet beach with beautiful sand and sunsets! The condo had everything we wanted and was in the middle of everything we wanted to do on the island. The kitchen and everything he supplies while we were here is perfect. Beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear and umbrella was provided to make our stay the best on the island. Thank you Joe for everything and we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo in Kihei! The location couldn’t be better, steps from the sand, gorgeous sunsets every evening, and close to great restaurants and shops. The condo was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and had a comfortable, relaxed vibe. Perfect spot for a Maui getaway—highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent, with a beautiful view of the ocean that made every morning special. The condo was comfortable and overall very enjoyable. Only a small note: we noticed some tiny ants in the kitchen, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t take away from the experience. Would happily stay here again!

Walkable to many restaurants and right on the water with beautiful views! The best part was the sea turtles basking on the beach right outside the condo!

We had a fabulous 10 days- a very quiet and relaxing property! Picture were excellent for the description. The washer and dryer are located on the first floor rather than in the unit and that was not clear in the description although it worked out fine for us. Might should consider updated cushions for the balcony chairs as they are worn and not comfortable or perhaps more of a lounge chair would be better. Overall a great property and we will be back!

Location is perfect with beautiful views and the beach right out your door. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of parking. Very comfortable unit, nicely updated. The air conditioner was very nice to have at night. Great to have beach chairs, towels, and cooler. The bed was very comfortable, we slept well. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay and the listing was as advertised. We would definitely consider booking again. The only thing we would have appreciated knowing about ahead of time is the on going renovations during the day next door so that we could plan accordingly.

Had a great time staying at Hale Kai O KIhei 210. Condo is as described: clean, modern, perfect size for 2 people, and super easy beach access. Met some of the other condo tenants while we were there, nice friendly people.The poki at the Times Supermarket (5 minute walk) is on point, probably the best we've had on the island.

The condo was exactly as described: perfectly situated across a beautiful lawn from the beach, clean and well-appointed, and walking distance to restaurants, food trucks, and a supermarket.We only contacted the property managers/owners a few times, and they were quite helpful each time.We cooked in the well-appointed kitchen and on the property's clean gas grill, and used the laundry facilities downstairs. (Pro tip: You don't need coins for the laundry; you can use your credit card or phone pay.)The combination of the wind coming in from the balcony through the screen, the ceiling fan, and the retractable balcony sun shade kept us very comfortable during the day without running the air conditioning. At night we ran the bedroom air conditioning.I can't say enough good things about the property. We loved it.

We can’t say enough about this lovely accommodation in Kihei. The place is perfectly furnished and supplied— and the sunset view is unbeatable! It’s also a great location on the island.

We enjoyed our stay at Hale Kai O’Kihei. The owner has thought of our every need, from kitchen accessories to beach towels. Better yet, the views of the ocean, sunsets and sunrises were unsurprised. The location was perfect: right on the water, within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores, and in a quiet neighborhood. The other tenants and guests were friendly and helpful, but not intruding. There were washing facilities on site, and we never had to wait to use them. I would definitely stay there again.

The lanai and beautiful view of palm trees from your unit is amazing! Very thoughtful property managers, well stocked, quiet and comfortable beds. We will stay again! It’s the best property we’ve seen so far on the island.

This was perfect for a quick trip to Maui. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Just a few yards to a nice beach with gentle waves. Beautiful newly remodeled condo. Quiet nights. Tons of great restaurants and a grocery store within a short walking distance. Perfect!

This place was amazing. My husband and I stayed there for our anniversary. It is exactly as pictured. Amazing beach right outside your door with turtles swimming around, super comfortable bed, AC, clean. Joe was very responsive, the only thing we had to contact him for were dish towels which he had delivered right away and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stav again. Words can't really do it justice.

Lovely, updated condo right on the beach! We were pleased with condition of the condo, proximity to shopping and restaurants, and who can beat the view? We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved this place! It was a perfect size, nice and clean, and had an incredible view of the ocean/sunsets. Communication with Joe was also excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is updated with plenty of amenities. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t already there for us. There was a slight hiccup at check in when the door code didn’t work, but a quick call to Joe got us a new code. Beautiful location right on the beach. The property’s washer and dryer take credit/debit cards. Be aware that the washers don’t seem to have hot water. The A/C works wonderfully, which is great for those of us from the Pacific Northwest. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The one bedroom condo was very well equipped, clean, modern and lots of beach equipment available to use. The views are amazing in the mornings and at sunset. We saw turtles on the beach several mornings when we went for walks. There is a grocery store within walking distance as well as a couple of restaurants, as well as tons of restaurants close by. We actually ended up sleeping on the fold out couch several nights so we could hear the ocean sounds while watching TV and would fall asleep on it. It was very comfortable. Joe was great to communicate with and quick to respond and it was a nice treat to arrive to some cookies. There are some considerations regarding any of the condos at Hale Kai O Kihei. - The exterior to the condos opens directly into the bedroom so any and all noise outside can easily be heard. We were awoken one night with a couple arguing out in the parking lot swearing at each other. - The condo is next to the stairwell so you will hear people coming and going (and their suitcases) from your bedroom even though there are signs all over noting the quiet hours. It is just hard to roll suitcases (or carry them up or down the stairs) without some noise. You will just hear it because the entrance of the condo is the bedroom. - The water pressure in the shower is not great. There is a dual shower head, but even when you switch it to using one of them, it is weak. That said, you can't beat the views and it is worth it!

The property was immaculate and pictures were accurate. The view is better in person and you can watch the sunset from the lanai. Excellent communication with property manager, and close to the Kihei food trucks. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed waking up to the sound of the waves and watching sunsets. Any type of beach equipment you might need is available at the condo.

Is there a perfect Maui condo? I think so because I found it. Wonderful in every way.

This Condo was surprisingly available at the last minute. We were so lucky to have such a place for our family. (This is a perfect place for a family of 3.) It is right on the beach and the swimming pool was just steps from our door. The location is good with Safeway, the ABC Store, and our new favorite place to eat "Cool Cats" (kind of like a 50s diner that has almost everything anyone can eat) all within a mile. The condo itself is very clean and a great air conditioning system in the living room and bedroom. As far as things to take to the beach there were plenty! Beach chairs, snorkel gear, umbrella, Coolers, and more. Thank you so much Joe for being a great host and Easy to communicate with. This is a perfect place for a family of 3.

Loved the property and location. Close to many great restaurants. Enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and morning walks on the beach between our family get together.

Condo was incredibly well equipped-I would have to think hard to come up with something I needed that was not there. Condo clean and updated. Staff onsite to assist with any issues- we had none. Lovely view and seemingly private beach access. Water shallow and rocky there, but turtles came onto beach nightly. Sunsets beautiful. Centrally located to do anything on the island. Neighborhood a little sketch around the corner, but not enough to be concerned. Would certainly recommend this condo!

Vacation

It was our first visit to Mauri. The property is very clean. It has nice furniture and great location. You can wake up to a beautiful sea view and enjoy sunset. Thanks Joe for this clean and modern flat.

Loved our stay! The property, location and environment was more than we could have asked for. It was a dream environment, a bit windy in the afternoon which I wasn’t prepared for but we quickly adjusted to be on the beach at the best times! Local community, food/restaurants were easy to walk to, overall great experience. Accommodations were 100+ everything as indicated on the listing. We would absolutely return to this site in the future. Thank you!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, modern condo! Perched perfectly on the second floor, it offered just the right height for stunning views of the beach, sunrise, and sunset. Nestled in the heart of Kihei, everything we needed was conveniently close by. The beach right behind the condo was gorgeous and perfect for swimming, adding to the overall charm. Joe was fantastic, going above and beyond to help us check in a bit earlier than usual. We can’t wait to stay here again!
