Absolutely gorgeous condominium in Wailea. An exceptional property for a VRBO. Kitchen had everything you need and a closet full of beach toys for your use. Property is meticulously maintained. Perfect size kids pool and an adult pool on the oceanfront. Can’t say enough positive things about this property. Shops at Wailea are a few steps away. It met all our needs and more. Joan & Bob
We had a wonderful stay at this very well appointed home. The check-in orientation was very thorough and gave us a great feel for the grounds and all the home had to offer. The location was perfect! Beach access was easy and the nearby shopping mall was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the space was more than adequate to accommodate 7 adults (or 4 couples). The onsite staff was fantastic and very helpful and friendly! We are very happy we stayed there and we would definitely go back again!
What an incredible stay at Robbie’s condo at Wailea Beach Villas! We had 3 generations of our family staying together and everyone loved it. The condo is beautiful, up to do, large, had its own private elevator and lanai, with comfy beds, pool and ocean gear, and incredible views of ocean and pool. Robbie went above and beyond with making sure we had everything we needed. Wailea Beach Villas is a very impressive property that easily rivals the 5 star resorts that surround it. We used the family and adult pool daily, and it was only a 5 min walk door to beach to Wailea beach. Even took the yoga class offered on site. The Shops at Wailea are right next to the condo. I can’t wait to go back!
We have strayed at these Villas many times and this unit was defiantly one of the nicest ones. You could tell that the owner was proud of this unit as he kept it in beautiful shape.
We visited Maui to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary and it was perfect. We had plenty of room, the location by the shops was amazing and the view was lovely. Check-in was a breeze, Robbie was so responsive and helpful, and our stay was too-notch!

The location cannot be beat. The interior is beautifully furnished, enough room for everyone, kitchen is stocked with just about every small appliance one could want. Lots of spices, even paper plates and napkins. Nothing we could think of that wasn’t included. ROBBIE was especially easy for communication. The entire experience was a total pleasure. Thank you!!

Oceanfront residences located between five star hotel resort properties. Directly behind the residence, is high end mall that includes agrocery store and 6 great restaurant options that are all moderately priced compared to the resort restaurants.

Great Property with excellent host. Could not recommend enough. Great for families has lots of room. IS VERY CLEAN AND WELL KEEPED. (I hope all guest can keep it that way respect this villa it one of a kind). The host is always ready to help and make sure all is well. Book, it's that nice.

We had a fantastic stay at the Wailea beach villas and loved everything about our condo. It had everything we needed and more. The owners were great and very responsive to any needs. We will definitely be coming back next year.
This location is fantastic in Maui. Beautiful ocean views, close beach access and two relaxing pools to enjoy. Nice shopping and restaurants very close and walkable. The property was nestled amongst other resorts which was nice for exploring additional restaurants, views and experiences, yet it also felt spacious and secluded. There was access to a closet of beach accessories that provided extra fun for our experience as well as a yoga mat and blocks for great exercise on the beautiful lanai. Robbie was a wonderful host and quick to respond to questions. The unit was beautiful and perfect for our family of 6 adults with additional space for more. You can tell that Robbie and Nancy thought about every detail that guests may appreciate or need while staying at this property. WBV employees were very kind and really made you feel welcome. Thank you Robbie for an incredible, most memorable stay!
8 adults, stayed for a week. Really wonderful unit. I prioritize bed quality and cleansliness above all else, and both were fantastic in this unit. Property amenities were great, and even when little stuff would come up, outside of the owner's control, Robbie would be lightning quick to respond. Bring so close to both the beach and the ships was so rare - we definitely were happy with our decision to stay here!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my sister in law's 50th birthday at Wailea Beach Villas. The condo was nice and spacious and very well stocked. Robbie was very communicative about the property. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

Our family could not have enjoyed our stay at Wailea Villa more. Villa K208 was absolutely beautiful. It was spacious had everything anyone could need and easily accommodated a family of six adults with room to spare. Robbie is the best host we’ve ever worked with. So helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. The property around the villa is stunning with lush, vegetation, lovely pools, and right on the beach. The location is superb as well, near wonderful restaurants and so easy to get around. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat!
From the day of booking through arrival and departure the communication was first rate! All I can say about the owner (Robbie and Nancy Dein) and about the condo itself is WOW!!! We had 6 adults and 1 infant and the condo had plenty of space. The condo and all of its amenities are exactly as described. The grounds are beautiful too with fantastic access to the shops and restaurants across the street.
We absolutely loved our stay. Check in was easy. The view, pools, beach, and condo were just as lovely as advertised. There was plenty of space for all of us to hang out together. We had 8 in our party including 3 teenagers. Robbie and Nash were very attentive and accommodating. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Took the whole family here for a truly awesome experience. Robbie was a phenomenal host and was more communicative and supportive than I could've imagined. If I needed anything he was there. The grounds are also incredible, making for one of the best vacations of my life. I would 100% stay here again. It was worth everything.
We loved our week long stay. The villa was as beautiful as the pictures. We did not cook any meals, but it has everything you would need if you choose to do so. There is also a closet full of beach supplies, toys, etc. The complex itself is also very beautiful and well maintained. We loved having an adult pool right in front of the beach. We could go from the pool directly to the beach and beach path so easily. And we also loved that the complex was gated with 24 hour security. Parking was safe and convenient. I would definitely recommend Wailea Beach Villas for your group!
Our whole family enjoyed a wonderful stay at WBV. The property and amenities are amazing and our penthouse was beautiful. Our suite was spacious and well appointed with everything you could need. Top notch!
Such a beautiful place to stay. We were a family of 8, three generations. This condo couldn’t of been more perfect. It was well equipped, great location and close to great restaurants and shopping.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, this home was perfect. The description and pics of the home and the surrounding amenities was accurate. The flow of the villa accommodate d our family of 7 easily. Loved sitting out on the balcony early in the morning and listening to the waves crashing and the birds chirping. Perfect vacation, and our host was excellent, from pre-reservation throughout our stay. Can't express our appreciation enough to the host for creating such a beautiful place. Thank you.
We take a vote after every family vacation and our stay in the Wailea Beach Villas has just been voted number 1. Maui is wonderful, of course, however, it was this villa which really made the trip for us. It is the equivalent of going to a high- quality resort with a wonderful kitchen at your disposal.
It has a great concierge, a great owner (Robbie) who were graciously at our disposal. The concierge booked several restaurants/activities for us. the complex had an adult pool and spa which we loved right by the ocean and a family pool and spa. Both resort-like. Sunscreen, towels, cold water. It's an amazing location right next to the Grand Wailea and Four Seasons. If you go out the gate of the pool you are on the ocean walk.
The condo itself is wonderful. We were seven adults and the living room was more than large enough for us all to gather as was the dining room table. The kitchen and barbecue were both great. We ate in 6 of 9 nights.
I highly recommend this condo. We will return, no doubt.
PS do not assume that all condos at this resort will be run as well and be as well-equipped as this one. They vary. The owner makes a big difference and Robbie was great!
