On arrival our directions were spot on. Our initial condo was changed by the owner due to a conflict on their end. Misleading advertising on hot tub etc, but wonderful view from patio. Response from mgr was quick when coffee maker broke. Biggest disappointment was cleanliness. Bathroom has cobwebs, black mold or ash on walls? No AC in bedroom made sleeping difficult. Customer service was great, apartment is what I expected, just needs AC in bedroom and needs to be cleaned better!
Nice 1BR condo in a good location. Well kept with good amenities. Recommend. We would stay here again.

Inside of condo very nice. But no ac just floor cooler. Outside of unit sorely in need of paint , cleaning and repairs. Screen door not operable. Unit too far from pool. Would NOT stay here again.
It al went well, everything was fine except a few hick ups. The AC unit in the bedroom has two speeds loud and louder, a unit with a low quite hummm speed is needed, you cannot turn on the AC unit when trying to sleep.The TV in the bedroom control devices did not work, one did nothing and the other turned on a static snow picture , could not get anything to work no matter which buttons we pressed, and the ones that controlled the TV in the living room also were very difficult to work, one control device again did nothing and the other after hours of playing finally worked but was very tricky to move around from channels etc. basically it was also a very poor device, certainly a younger person would not be able to understand , simple only one controllers like most places with TVs have is needed badly. thats the only two issues we had to us they were very important .
Actually liked being away from the busier areas.

This place is as pictured and described. Very well-appointed and updated. We had a last-minute trip planned for my daughters (18 and 20) to compete at a Tahitian dance comp in Hilo and wanted to be centrally located between our usual spots, Kona, Hapuna beach, and Hilo. Waikoloa was perfect and so was this condo! This place was quiet and off the beaten path which we appreciated. It has everything you could need including beach items. Please note air conditioning is only in the bedroom. Honestly, you don't really need it, but I do run hot (I only sleep with a flat sheet) so it was a welcome relief at night for me. My hubby and 2 daughters said it was more than comfy if it didn't exist. This place is comfortable for the 4 of us as a family with the pull-out sofa. There are only 2 things I would mention are very minor"drawbacks" to make this a complete review. There is only one bathroom with a barndoor closure, although I love the design, it does not give complete privacy. It's something to consider if sharing space. The other is although we were there for 8 days we had no issues with downstairs tenants about our "noise" level but on the last night, they did pound on the floor as we arrived from dinner, so the insulation may not be as sound resistant as condos usually are. Otherwise, EVERYTHING else was wonderful, and we would stay again if needed! Thank you Jane for checking in and ps. the girls took first place each in their age divisions!
Property was as advertised and enjoyed the stay. We did have one hiccup as the hose broke on the dishwasher and we were without water in the kitchen for two days with no dishes since they were all in the dishwasher. Our property manager, Jane, took care of it and brought us plasticware and got the problem fixed for us. We would stay there again.
My husband and I loved our stay here. The unit is sparkling clean and fresh which is a top priority for me!! It has everything you'll need for your stay and the owner has considered every thoughtful touch.
Bedroom & bathroom get nice and cold with the AC in there and there was a great breeze to cool down the living area and kitchen.
We would definitely stay here again.
The unit is well maintained and updated. The complex was quiet and the covered parking spot is close to the unit. We enjoyed our week on the Big Island.
Initially we were quite happy with this accommodation. Smaller than what we usually book but it was certainly adequate for what we needed. This time we chose to stay in the village rather than below in the resort area. We have learned we prefer down at the resort since you have to drive down there for almost everything anyhow. Communication with the ladies at Hawai’i 4 Me was pleasant and quick. We found the condo to be very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of hangers and well stocked kitchen and toiletries. However….there were many ants but we expect that in Hawaii. It seems to always be the case. We purchased a few traps and that helped a great deal. Just make sure you double check the blender before using it. ‘‘Twas a hot bed. After almost 2 weeks we did experience a few cockroaches. I was a bit disappointed in the very weak response when we contacted Hawaii 4 Me to let them know. No offer to move us. We were also quite disappointed to find out they were reroofing all the buildings. So my husband being on vacation from construction related work was not happy to hear a compressor and air gun running for the better part of the days. Our deck ended up being a total mess from the shingles. So over all I would say if you aren’t “bugged” by cockroaches this is a very decent condo given the very low nightly rate.
Accommodating and perfectly decorated this location thought of every detail. Fully stocked, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Will definitely stay here in the future.
