Came for a golfing trip with my girl friends. Having Michelle Coupe (property manager) guide me through with tee times/contacts was so helpful. She truly is a diamond in the rough. The accommodations met my expectations and supplied water toys was a plus. It was so comfortable staying there, I felt like I was home. Mahalo
Loved the location of the home, home is well equipped with everything you would need in the home, both in the kitchen as well as equipment for the beach, like umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, etc. Michelle was easy to communicate with. We would recommend the home, especially for families.

This was our second stay at Colony Villas 204. Had a wonderful time. Clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need (including beach gear). Unit is also close to the pools and workout room. Will definitely return. Have recommended this place to friends.

Property was beautifully maintained owners left lots of necessities to start the trip central location makes it easy to get everywhere . Beach equipment and towels on property were a nice bonus !
Great property located in the Colony Villas complex. Close to the 2nd pool, which seemed much quieter and less crowded than the other one closer to the entrance. Unit was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy, although the bed in the master was lifted quite high off the ground, so if you’re on the shorter side, take note. Views were amazing and the A/C was appreciated on those hotter days. Bathrooms were large and having the half bath on the first floor was a great addition to avoid going up and down all the time. WiFi and TVs worked well and so did all the other appliances. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Waikoloa!

#204 was an absolute oasis of relaxation during a busy 10 day trip for us. The accommodations were roomy (2B, 2.5 Ba), spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need during a stay (including dishes, cookware, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkels). The property felt like a resort. This condo is towards the back of a well-maintained property and was very quiet during our stay. I loved that one of pools was located mere steps from our door, our condo had a lanai and a balcony overlooking the golf course (which we used every morning), and even had a washer/dryer. Additionally, Colony Villas is conveniently located by 2 shopping centers that have grocery stores (which we frequented).All this, coupled with the golf discount...we'll definitely be returning.
