This condo was amazing! Very clean and well stocked. Tons of beach gear for the perfect beach day. Everything in the description matched. The host was easily available and courteous. Will definitely book this again! Perfect location.

This was such a wonderful condo to stay in! For just my husband and me, we thought it was perfect. We didn't need the extra bedroom but it was certainly very nice to have an extra bathroom and space. The place was very clean and all instructions were clear and precise. We didn't have any problems. Perhaps one downside to being on the ground floor was that all the other ground floor units share the greenery space in front of the lanai, so we had a small family next to us, and their child would sometimes run around and look in our direction. They seemed to have more family in the unit above them, so they would also shout up between the lanai, which was perhaps the most annoying part. Not a huge deal, and certainly wouldn't happen all the time. We enjoyed every aspect of this condo and highly recommend it to anyone for a 2-4 person group!

Beautiful condo, with all the amenities for your stay on the Big Island. Excellent location by the Waikoloa Beach Resort Queens Marketplace, Kings Shops and the picturesque A-Bay (Anaeho'omalu Bay). The condo was nicely decorated, the kitchen was well equiped and they provided lots of beach gear and towels. Nice area outback to sit and watch the sunset or sip coffee in the morning's. Great location to drive over to Hilo and Volcanoes National Park, drive south to Kailua-Kona and Kealakekua or drive north to Waimea or Kapa'au.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful ground-floor condo with another couple. Being on the ground floor made check-in and check-out a breeze, and everyday tasks like trips to the pool, grocery runs, or taking out the garbage were so much easier without having to wait for the elevator. While we did occasionally hear some light footsteps from above, it never disrupted our sleep. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed, and any communication with the owners was promptly and thoughtfully handled. We were all very impressed with the property and would happily book it again!”

This was the cleanest and best organized vacation home we have ever experienced. The write-up made the property look like heaven. So we expected something less. To our surprise everything was accurate. Cleanliness - superb, instructions before arrival - clear as can be, same with checkout procedure. There was a very detailed 3-ring binder with all the information you might need. There were even beach chairs and snorkeling gear. Nothing was overlooked. My only recommendation for improvement is to make a note in the description of the property that a rental car would be very helpful for guests who cannot walk very well or far.

This condo was very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and everything. My favorite area was the lanai where I enjoyed a cup of tea every morning of our stay.
