Great condo near many beaches, perfect for a family of 4. Pool and spa were a plus. Would highly recommend.

The location is close to shops and restaurants. Nice on the ground floor and was as described. The kitchen was great. Don’t expect to be able to connect to tv unless you are much more tech savvy then me. It was aVery small tv in the bedroom. But it was a Roku so it was easy to connect to.Close to beaches. Good parking. Good pool. We will be back
We so enjoyed our stay. The Condo was clean and comfortable and nicely furnished. All the appliances were new and top notch. The management team was great. The location was great. Would definitely stay again.
Rooms were spacious and well decorated. Patio area well furnished.
Do wished that the lanai's light and ceiling fan was working.
Cleanliness and location for walking to shops was great. Also close for driving if preferred. Because you are on the first floor of 3, you can have upstairs noise from people walking, kids, and the toilet flushing. We were woken up early to these sounds during our stay. Other than that, we loved the place.
This is a great base for a Big Island vacation. The place is exactly as described and was perfect for our family of four. Would stay here again.
Very nice unit in good location with great in-unit amenities. Only drawbacks were 1) thin walls so a lot of noise from upstairs unit, and 2) under-sized AC with limits on the thermostat setting; need to be able to reduce target temp setting, particularly at night when the AC should be able to keep up with a lower temp setting.

Great condo, loved being on the golf course and within walking distance of the malls. Very clean with ample supplies for our stay. Shower stall in master is small but everything else was fine. Check in/out was seamless and we had quick response to a question about the TV. This was second rental in Fairway Villas and we would definitely stay in this unit again. Vacasa makes planning easy!
Needs to be sprayed for bugs. Other then that it was great.
