Check in was great and easy, although the WIFi ID is not up to date per the email info. The beach equipment is wonderfully helpful and kitchen has everything one needs to enjoy cooking a few meals. ( but bring salt and oil) Cleanliness is fine, but there was a dead cockroach in between our bedsheets. Could use better quality toilet paper, but all together, great little condo. The only real downside is that the property manager never replied to my questions when contacted.
The property was beautiful, bed was comfortable, kitchen was stocked and unit was clean. That's everything in my book.
We have stayed in several condos in this complex and this is our favorite. We loved the location, the grill, and the overall cleanliness and decor. Management was great and very responsive. Loved our stay.
We had a wonderful time at the Waikoloa Beach Villas, and this unit was great. Well stocked, very clean, great location. Amy was very responsive. The garage, as well as all the beach gear, was an added bonus. The pools were small, but never very busy and we always found a couple chairs. Would stay again.

I loved the condo - it was quiet and peaceful and such a nice contrast to where my sister's family stayed. They stayed at The Hilton which was great for them as they have two teens, but we were looking for something quieter and the condo was beautiful, everything we needed was there and it was just as described!
This is was our 4th trip to Waikoloa on the Big Island, our 3rd time time staying at the Waikoloa Beach Villas. Our family absolutely loves the Big Island and there is no other place we will stay! This condo did not disappoint. It was immaculate, comfortable, well appointed with everything our family needed. The lanai was lovely and enjoyed using the gas grill. Check in and out instructions clear. Beach chairs and snorkel gear was a plus to have! This is the nicest Waikoloa Beach Villa condo we have stayed in thus far! The community grounds are beautifully kept, pools are gorgeous. Location in Waikoloa is awesome, easy walking distance to everything you need.

Our whole family felt quickly at home during our stay. We were impressed with the organization and cleanliness of the condo, the beach gear, the kitchen stocked with all needed for at home cooking, and the location is ideal for walking to the resort area attractions. Mahalo to Amy for top-notch management of this rental!
All around wonderful experience!! Lots of extras to borrow in the garage. Paddle boards, goggles, boogie boards, chairs, to name a few. Pool was a little small, but never a lot of people, so it didn’t matter. Perfect location to be able to walk to Queens and Kings Market. Management was wonderful and very accommodating! The only complaint was the guest bedroom beds were not comfortable. It was fine for the kids, but might not be a great night sleep for an adult. We’ve stayed in the area for 10 years and this was one of the most comfortable condos we’ve rented.
Amy was a lovely host and the condo was perfect for our group. Her place is in a lovely community with wonderful amenities. It was fully stocked with everything you need and Amy was very communicative. We’d be happy to stay at Amy’s place again on a future trip. Mahalo!
The area was nice and quiet, clean, beautifully landscaped, Great location for walking,drivable access to many excellent beaches. Staff friendly and helpful. Weather of course excellent ! Only issue was the flies and mosquitos made it difficult to enjoy the pool and patio area without getting covered in bites. Mother Nature not much you can do about it.

Great location for attending a wedding. I stayed with my adult daughter and son...we had plenty of privacy and space! Kitchen has everything and the BBQ grill on the lanai was nice to have. AC is good and furniture and bedding were all comfortable. It's quiet, except if there are guests walking upstairs. The covered garage was nice with all the beach gear. Check in and out was easy. Amy was helpful and quick to respond. We really had a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we particularly liked the lanai, the spacious bedrooms, and the lanai. We also loved that the place was fully equipped.
Condo was perfectly appointed for our stay (4 adults.) The condo was immaculate, nicely decorated and welcoming. We enjoyed using the lanai. Great views of the golf course, grounds of the complex are lovely and well kept. Plenty of lounge chairs at the pools. The garage was full of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and boogie boards. My favorite thing about this condo is the location. Very quick walk to shops and restaurants. 2 minute drive to A-bay beach (10 minute walk) Both the Marriott and Hilton are in walking distance. We took advantage of a sunset whale watch leaving from A-bay. Location is 30 minute drive into Kona, 10 minute drive to Hāpuna beach. I highly recommend this condo!

Very nice location for many activities. This unit is also equipped with all the necessary kitchen tools and beach accessories to use. Highly recommend for family or couple trip.

This is a beautiful property; the grounds are highly manicured and the unit itself beautifully decorated and maintained. It was nice to have the space to relax and enjoy the beautiful patio and view of the golf course. The only disappointment was that the washer kind of stunk so we had to wash the towels multiple times and use a tub cleaner. After all of that it still wasn’t great. I didn’t want to use it and that was a shame given I had planned to. Some of it is that it is a humid environment and therefore is susceptible to that. I wish it hadn’t been an issue however because I had to pack damp dirty clothes. The property manager was on it with response time to my inquiries and that was much appreciated. Master bed was very comfortable and that was great. The pool area was in a convenient location and was very well kept. The staff that worked at the pool area was incredibly friendly and clearly cared about the property and the guests.
