Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.
Waikoloa Beach Resort Gold Membership Golf benefits (discounted tee fees at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses). Fees are $90.00 per person, per round. There are three 9-hole courses (Kings Nine, Lakes Nine and Beach Nine). Guests can combine two courses for a total of 18 holes. Golf Club Rentals are $45.00.
Instructions for using this privilege will be sent after reservation is confirmed.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: Includes beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage and a reserved parking stall. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai.
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Yes. TV's located in Living Room, Master Bedroom upstairs Guest Bedroom, downstairs Guest Bedroom . TV in loft area is for gaming only
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.
Waikoloa Beach VillasF4 is an end unit in the F Building. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

The property was very clean and well stocked with essentials, like toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had a variety of pots and pans for cooking, and the living space was roomy—great for 5 adults. The only issue was the washer and drier were dirty and the seal on the washer was loose, which we reported, otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 9-day stay in Waikoloa. We are a family of 5 (three teens) so having 3 bedrooms was great, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and various cooking necessities like baking sheets. We loved having the patio and balcony to enjoy our morning coffee. The on-site pool was small, so the Hilton pool passes were awesome to have. We especially appreciated the beach gear in the garage. It was hard to leave, and we would definitely stay again if we ever get to come back.

With beautiful and ample space and amenities, there was little to worry about. A generous basket of beach towels, beach chairs, and toys were available for use. The additional resort amenities (golf discounts, Hilton pool access/parking) were also handy - not all units participate with these extras, we're told. It was a perfect place to gather!

I love the location of this unit. Close to the Queen's Marketplace and grocery store, Macaroni Grill and Lava Lava Club. The Management was very attentive, friendly and professional. The guest passes for the Hilton Hotel pools and validated parking at the Hilton Hotel was especially a great perk! I would recommend staying here.

We've stayed at a number of VRBO properties and have always experienced a few frustrations - primarily poor support from the property manager. In this case everything was as described and the manager's process was complete, thoughtful and efficient. No worries and a great stary.
