Home was a nice spot to stay if it didn’t have multiple cockroaches climbing all over the kitchen counter and occasionally in the bedroom. Every night when k came back from being in the island, I would turn the lights on and multiple roaches would scatter. So gross, o had a 4 night stay there, I only stayed 2 nights because it was that bad. The property manager takes forever to get back to me if at all. Not a good experience!

We enjoyed our stay at The Shores at Waikoloa, Bo Tree Tower, Unit 138, The condo was very well-cleaned, nicely furnished and well-stocked, with useful provisions such as beach equipment.
The plant life around the unit provides some privacy, despite this being a ground floor location.
The management company, Vacasa, were very helpful in their communications and did well to make the property very welcoming and the check-in/check out process very simple.
The grounds at The Shores are very well-maintained, with updated amenities like the pool, hot-tub and gym. The Location also provides easy access to the beach and scenic walking trails as well as a large variety of shops and restaurants
I highly recommend this location to vacationers visiting this area.

My husband and I ended our vacation in this quiet 1 room condo after a hectic vacation with our daughter’s family. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the place. We so appreciated the local snacks and equipment for our few days on the beach snorkeling. Including chairs, masks, towels and toys if we would have wanted. The pool was warm, and the hot tub was even hot enough for me! The only complaint is we could not get TV in living room to work, but just used the one in the bedroom. The kitchen actually had a few needs like oil, sugar, and syrup. The choice of a pod or grounds coffee maker was also nice. Thank you!

Good unit except it's ground floor location near the building entry. The hot water heater was questionable and stopped working the last 2 days. Management was responsive to the problem but it wasn't fixed in time. Also, the garbage disposal needs to be replaced.

This is the second time we have stayed at The Shores and we absolutely love it there. The pool is amazing. This condo has everything you need to enjoy the beach, including chairs and an umbrella. Kitchen is well stocked. Would stay again!

This property was really well maintained, and was such a cute place to stay. The owners really kept the place feeling like home, down to an incredibly kind gift basket for guests. While we didn't spend much more time here than having a place to sleep for the night, I could definitely see spending a much longer time here and thoroughly enjoying it. The condo is in a great location, not too far from the airport and civilization but also not too far from some great views and peace and quiet.
