Our five nights stay was well received by all who attended. Place was clean and well equipped. The spacious kitchen and appliances made food prep easy. Beds were comfortable. Thank you for a splendid vacation.
Really nice townhouse/condo in a really nice resort. The house is well stocked & the furniture, decor & appliances are excellent. The beach supplies provided are great, as are the bikes. The community pool & hot tub are also very nice. It's a great place to stay & enjoy, but also convenient to the main roads for touring the island.
Overall a great stay. We did learn it was a bit away from anywhere open later to eat, but wasn’t a bad drive to find a place to eat.
As others stated, this is a wonderful property. Great location, clean and very well stocked with beach equipment and in the house (kitchen and baths). Definitely recommend and would stay here again.
The property was very nice! The host was amazing with communication. The property was super clean, easy to find and fully stocked. The only issue is parking. I don’t hold that against the host but somedays were a little struggle to find a parking spot. Other than than that, I would highly recommend to anyone.
The property was just as it was advertised. It was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The owner provided clear instructions and also gave good suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby. There were also beach chairs and umbrellas provided. The property is near to shopping and at least two very nice beaches.
Book this rental! This had everything we needed, was super clean, and Melissa is a joy to work with. She went above and beyond, and I can’t say enough good things about this place. The kitchen is supplied with everything you may need, and all the toys for our group of 6, plus more. although we didn’t have any young ones in tow, She had plenty for that too. We would definitely love to stay here again, or at any of her other accommodations. Thank you for the wonderful time together!
This condo has so much to offer - snorkel equipment, boogie boards, beach towels, rafts, beach chairs, etc. It was so nice to stay in a place so well stocked for outdoor activities in the area. We loved how close it is to everything!
We rented this home for our almost two week stay. The home was spacious, comfortable and perfect for our family. The entire home was well supplied with everything we needed. There were tons of towels and linens which is perfect for Hawaii. Our home was close to the pool which we utilized a lot. The location felt very safe and laid back. Snorkels, boogie boards, tote bags.. anything you could possible want/need for the beach was supplied as well!We would absolutely stay here again! The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful!
This is a perfect location for easy access to all the sites on the Big Island. The accommodation is beautiful. We have stayed in multiple vacation rentals in Hawaii and this far exceeded our expectations. It had everything you could possibly imagine to make your vacation. The condo is exceptionally well stocked with everything you need for the beach. It is beautiful, clean, lots of space for big families. Our only regret is that we couldn’t have stayed longer. The grounds were amazing. The house was great, with a few things that need some attention. It was a good fit for my family.Im a bit of a clean person and I have a toddler, they come messy, lol. I couldnt find a mop of any kind so i was cleaning with washcloths. While doing this, I noticed the floors were not mopped before we came. If they were, it wasnt done correctly. Being so close to nice beaches and having access to beach toys was great, thank you for that. Having a pool for the evenings to tire the kids out was nice. They also loved the tennis courts. We couldnt find a pump for the basketball or we would have enjoyed that as well. Whe we come back, this property will be one we look into again.
The condo severed our purpose for our visit. Condos faced each other so don’t expect views. Pool water was too chilly so we did not use it, but the pool area had several bbq grills to grill on. Kitchen was not too well equipped with cooking utensils but we did with what was there. The place did have comfortable beds and the AC worked well on warm days. All in all our stay was comfortable.
This home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation - the location was ideal, the amenities were top-notch, the kitchen was well stocked and they had all the toys you would need in the garage for beach fun including ice-chests beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment. We just had to pack a bathing suit. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and sent us great ideas on restaurants and other things to do in the area. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again
Property is very clean, lots of towels and extra bedding should you need it. It really had way more space than we needed and we enjoyed it. BBQs at the pool area were very well maintained and clean. The air conditioning works extremely well. We could not ask for much more… we would stay here again.

A few days before our stay, I panicked realizing I had booked the wrong dates - 4 days too early. Fortunately, nobody had booked the dates we needed so Melissa kindly changed the dates for us - what a relief for me! She's very quick to respond and an absolute pleasure to work with. She made everything so easy for us! I'm so grateful to her.
We loved the accommodations with all the amenities such as beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel gear, ice chests, bikes and board games that we took advantage of. The kitchen was also stocked. The unit is conveniently located near the pool, spa and pickleball courts which we also enjoyed. This place was the highlight of our trip to Hawaii.

Melissa's house is lovely and matches the description well. Everything was clean and we'll maintained. We had some hiccups with the parking spots, parking permit and being able to reach her when we couldn't find the permits at check in but we're able to resolve it in the end.
The location is great and close to everything and the pool was very nice as well. We'd stay here again!
This was the most amazing vacation I had ever taken. This place was just perfect.
We had a wonderful stay at Waikoloa Beach Resort. The condo decor was absolutely beautiful and everything was meticulously maintained. We did not have any issues requiring maintenance while we were there.
There were many staples provided including laundry detergent which was a big help. The washer/dryer is right in the unit in the condo’s upstairs hallway by the bedrooms which was very convenient for our party of seven. The master shower is the largest, most amazing shower I have ever seen! The master bed was a king and very comfortable. Everyone else described their beds as comfortable as well. My son slept in the single pull-out in the family room which was very easy to convert back and forth between an ottoman and a bed. The dining room had plenty of seating for us. The kitchen was well stocked. There were boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and snorkeling equipment. I even saw tennis racquets, golf clubs, and bikes, though I would ask before assuming they were for guest use. There is a lovely porch out the back of the property. The resort itself has a beautiful pathway through a marshy nature area to a rocky beach. For beaches to swim we went to two different beaches, each about fifteen minutes away: Hapuna Beach and 49 Black Sand Beach The condo is very close to great shopping and restaurants at Queens Marketplace and King’s Marketplace. We enjoyed A Bay’s for a nice dinner out. We would 100% stay in this exact same property again.
We were a multi-generational family - one grandma (79 years), four parents, two children (7-8 years) and one pre-teen (12 years). Everyone found their niche. Kids loved the pool and plentiful gear in the garage. Adults loved the amazing snorkeling in nearby beaches (check out Black Sand Beach 49!). The history buffs walked along the Waikoloa property to check out the petroglyphs. And everyone enjoyed the board games. Great house, well equipped kitchen, lots of extra towels and beach/pool gear. Only minor issue was parking - sometimes the free spots fill up in the evening and we had to circle the lot a few times coming home at 8pm on a Saturday.

Our stay was so comfortable. The house was very clean and stocked with anything we needed. The area has terrific amenities too. The amenities are accurately described in the listing. We will definitely stay again if we return to Kona.
