DO NOT RENT/ NASTY - ROACHES
My husband & I rented this place out due to the pictures and the reviews. Upon arriving the first thing you notice is that the location is not in the best neighborhood & the entire building smells and looks very old!
When we opened the door to the room, NOTHING & I mean NOTHING was what was advertised! The chemical smell was so bad, we couldn’t even stand in the room. The second we walked in a roach ran across the floor. There were roach bait boxes literally in every corner. There was only two pieces of furniture which were in no way “new”. Not even the bed was advertised right, it was a crappy mattress on top of a plain old school Walmart bed frame.
When we opened the closet door, more roaches came out.
We left & immediately searched the island for a last min hotel for the week which you can imagine wasn’t cheap!
We messaged the owner and he was apologetic AT FIRST!
We asked for a refund obviously! & at first he said yes. Once we talked to VRBO (who by the way is great) we found out we would not be getting a 100% refund because the owner refused to cancel the reservation on his end because it would effect his ratings!!!
Yep!! Doesn’t care about anything but himself! Extremely disappointed, nasty room & we will be writing reviews constantly and talking to everyone possible so that this place gets shut down. We have pics & lots of videos.

Great spot close to everything in Waikiki. Apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The property was lovely in a good location and had a nice kitchenette There was a nice swimming pool with a jacuzzi. The property was also located near the beach and the main shopping area near the beach walk.

loved the place, walking distance to everything, lovely views from room & pool area, great communication with Larry, only downfall was the swipe cards, at times wouldnt work and had to constantly get them fixed

We spent 9 days in this cosy condo and we loved it.
Waikiki beaches are very close, about 10 mns walk.
Nice bakery at the lobby level.
The owner of the condo is very kind and available.
We will certainly comeback.

The owner was super friendly and quick to reply to all my messages. Larry has great hospitality services. We appreciated that the place got renovated. The unit was clean too- sheets/ bathroom/ etc. Overall the unit itself is not too bad.
However, the cons is the building is very old. When we first arrived, the building had an eerie smell. There may have been problems with the vent/ air/ sewage. As such, the air in the building was not so great. The walls are very thin. We could hear people talking throughout the night. The AC is also oddly situated in the unit as it is right next to the bed. So if you have it ON, air is blowing right onto your head.
Location was not too bad, as it is a short 10-15 min walk to Waikiki beach.

My friend and I had a very nice stay for 5 nights. The room is comfortable and styled nicely. The luxury towels in the bathroom were a treat! Bed is comfy and the room is just as shown in the online pictures. Larry was very helpful and communicative during our stay. Thank you Larry!

The Room was clean and exactly as advertised. The owner Larry was very personable, and contacted us a couple of times throughout the week to make sure things were going well. I have no real complaints other than please take the wheels off the bed as it rolls away from wall several times a day. 😀 Also be aware that parking is a cash only deal. If you are hear 10 days they will Be asking you for $250 cash up front. All and all the hotel/room was a great experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!
