The unit was sparkling clean, absolutely quiet, and the bed was great. However, the tiny refrigerator barely worked, and the freezer doesn’t work at all not that it’s big enough. Plus the air conditioning does not cool the unit down. The lanai was about 35 feet from the lanai in the building across from it. I know because I measured. I felt there was no privacy because I could see in those other units in that other building and I know they could see in mine. So I kept the drapes pulled.
It was spotless, cozy and had everything I needed. The security guard was especially very helpful and I am truly grateful. Walkable to shops, dining and the beach.
At first we were disappointed due to the heat in the room. The air conditioner is floor level, so the air wasn't optimal. We bought a fan which helped immensely. The locatiol was a short walk to the beach which was great. The bed was so comfortable we were trying to figure out where we could get one. Overall we had an amazing time and enjoyed our stay.
The location is good, but bath sink is totally Clogged，and after checked in is hard to find the host. Anyway, I still happy to choose stay here .
The location was great, just a couple of blocks from the water. There were beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella. What was difficult was how hot the room got. The little air conditioner did some but sleeping was uncomfortable. The bathroom in particular was incredibly sauna like after a shower so we kept that door closed. There was a lot of sidewalk construction in front of the building which made it a challenge to walk along the street. The baseboards in the bathroom was coming off and it gave it a dingy feeliing.
There was no high internet and nothing TV in the flat. For the first 4 days the host refund 25/day. For the second 4 days were no reaction by the host. Incredible.
Small but adequate. Needs TLC. A super deep clean of grout and new caulk and base board in bathroom would spruce up the placeArea rug needs deep clean or replacing. We used both balconies- very nice and thank you for the beach chairs and floaties. Air conditioning is totally shot. Needs a new one Kitchen curtain is way too long and very dirtyCable TV has very little to offer Location is great.
This building is a great location to all things in Waikiki, including the 3 block walk to the beach. The management was a breeze to communicate with before and during our trip. Those are the upsides to staying here. The price is decent but the room could really use a deep clean, especially the bathroom and it needs a fresh coat of paint. The AC unit is extremely loud when it runs so if you're a light sleeper, this is not the room for you. One of the outlets next to the bed only had one working plug-in. We could never get more than luke-warm water out of the kitchen faucet and the balcony with the AC unit, had standing water on it most days. Wailkiki buildings are old and rundown and this one was no exception. If you don't care about your room and want a great location at a decent price, this works.
We really enjoyed this condo and found it to be an efficient and affordable base camp for exploring Waikiki. The bed was super comfortable to sleep on, the AC cooled the room off quickly, the futon was nice to sit on at the end of the day and watch TV, the small kitchen had all the necessities, and the WiFi worked great! We walked to the beach, the International Market, and the ABC store on the corner frequently. We definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay here again!

My husband and I really enjoyed our trip. The host was very helpful and readily available when we needed. Accomodations over exceeded out expectations and it was a wonderful trip. Location is perfect for walking distance to the beach, shopping centers, and food. Very much recommend this host and the location of this property. Also not much noise at night from the night life so absolutely perfect for a honeymoon or anniversary kind of trip.

It was very clean, spacious and in a good area downtown. The communication was great, I enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay here again.
