The property is on perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. Checking in and out was simple. The communication with the host was easy. The room room came with umbrella, lounge chairs, cooler, and boogie board for beach use. I recommend this place to anyone.

great location. 7 min walk to waikiki beach. also comes with parking which is a big plusone thing to note it is a busy street gets noisy at night, so bring a pair of earplugs and white noise to help minimize the noise

Great location, a low stress stay, very easy to check in and out. Just as an FYI for people who might rent this place and have a rental car: google maps will always keep trying to get you to go to the wrong entrance, but you have to go in via seaside avenue, which is a one way street, so a bit tricky until you get used to it.
Great condo and a perfect location. Two blocks from the beach. Endless options for shopping, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.Very, very comfortable beds. Excellent bedding. Well appointed kitchen, convenient laundry. Grocery store, convenience, stores, and a Target within two blocks.Great water pressure in the shower and plenty of nice fluffy towels.

Safe place but very noisy in the evening.
Instructions were precise and thorough. Finding the property was easy, the location excellent. Check-in was easy. It would have been more convenient to have a second set of keys. Instruction manual was helpful. Apartment and balcony were clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We did not need to use the TV. No issues with using laundry card system but washing machine on 13th floor did not spin properly. It would have been better to have three real dining chairs instead of only two large lounge chairs. Towels provided were adequate. No issues with the locks, lights, curtains, telephone or wifi. Kitchen supplies were adequate but need more basic cutlery; forks & spoons and a cutting board. There were actually too many unnecessary dishes taking up too much cupboard space, leaving too little space for our food. Electric kettle was leaking and needs to be replaced. Did not use the oven but the stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker all worked well. The bathroom and hair dryer were adequate. It would have been very useful to have some hooks on the back of the bathroom door. The small beach toys and body board were useful. The beach umbrella was too rusted to be assembled. The two storage spaces on either side of the bathroom had much of their space taken up by bulky items we could not use. It would be helpful to have more usable storage space there and perhaps some hooks on the wall at the entrance. No issues with the parking space or FOB. Check out was smooth. Thank you.

The hosts were always easy to communicate with and helpful with any concerns we had. The entry to our room was easy to find and access. We had free parking for our car. The room had A/C and all the essentials for our 10 day stay. It had two double beds, plenty of linens, a full kitchen, and paid laundry on the floor. It was clean and updated. We highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again.
This place is an absolute steal. Everything about it is perfect and the room comes equipped with everything you need. I saw a few older reviews mentioning the room was outdated but please know they clearly updated it since then. It felt clean, modern and there’s a balcony! The only thing you must be aware of going in is that it’s NOISY. You are in the middle of the city so there will always be street noise day and night. As long as you’re okay with that, you will have a fabulous stay
