Waterfront Ilikai Marina! Breathtaking Ocean And Boat Harbor Views!

This property is in need of a proper renovation. The chief complaint is a sagging bed. One side was not sleepable. Also, part of the “headboard“ fell off the wall (cardboard adhered with tape). This was the fifth condo we have stayed in at the Ilikai Marina and it was our least favorite. The property is in a great location, but I would recommend a higher floor (less noise and farther from the scuzzy harbor).

Great place to stay, and area was very close to shopping malls. I would rent again.

Amenities were as expected. Check in process was smooth. Elevator required stairs if you don’t catch from bottom floor. A little challenging with lots of luggage. Quick access to Ala Moana Mall and lagoon in Waikiki. Location is central to good eating places. AC worked really well. We enjoyed spending our nights in the condo

Internet password doesn’t work. A little outdated and need to fix the lanai door. It sticks horribly. But over all the location was good and it was quiet.

This location was great. Within walking distance to couple great beaches. No problems or issues with the accommodations. Great view of the fireworks on Friday nights.

We had a very pleasant stay. The property is in a great location with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The property was well maintained and stocked with the necessary supplies for our stay. The host provided good communication and allowed us a late check out. Onsite parking was also convenient.

This was a great stay. We especially appreciated how comfortable and inviting the condo was. It was well stocked with beach supplies to use and enjoy for the kids.

Had a wonderful time staying here. Great location, we were able to get to it easily from the airport using the bus. A short walk away from a lot of great locations in Waikiki. Room was clean and had ample amenities. Highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay. Communication was excellent, the property was very clean, and everything was easy and comfortable from start to finish. We would definitely rent again.

The condo was as advertised. Good location. The kitchen supplies are minimal. Common spaces well kept. Would stay at this unit again.

Another great experience at the Ilikai Marina. We love staying here for the AC and the king size beds! The kitchen and fold out couch is perfect for our son. The communication with managers are always on point. At night you get the perfect view of a Waikiki sunset. Mahalo nui lua!!

This condo at the Ilikai Marina in Waikiki has an unbeatable location with stunning views of the harbor and ocean. We loved being steps away from excellent restaurants — especially The Chart House, which we accessed right from the lobby. We went nearly every day for happy hour, sunsets, and live Hawaiian music.The condo itself was nicely furnished and comfortable. The box of Hawaiian chocolates was a sweet welcome, and the beach towels, chairs, extra bedding, and basic supplies made our weeklong stay easy and enjoyable.A few downsides: Communication was slow. A needed repair was handled the next morning, but only after three calls. I requested late checkout when booking (we had a red-eye flight), but didn’t get a response until the night before departure — and was asked to leave early. I was also double charged and had to contact VRBO and my credit card company to resolve it after no reply from the manager.Lastly, I had to move several bulky items (paint bucket, step stool, futon cushion, hamper) out of the closet to make space for hanging dresses and organizing shoes and purses. Thankfully, there was a utility closet to store them.Overall, the location and amenities were wonderful, but communication could be improved.

Location is prime as your bye the Friday night fireworks and a harbor view. There is a great beach walking distance less then 5 minutes. Two awesome restaurants on the property Chart House and Red Lobster. Great little bar on property as well. Will for sure stay again there. Once had beach chairs as well to bring to beach. Tell your friends pack there bags and come on down

This a great place to relax in Honolulu. Close to everything you want and awesome views.

No sitting lanai - old building with no swimming pool- good location

Outside wall construction noise; inadequate pots and pans; lanai inaccessible; lanai door blocked from outside; sole window screwed shut; inadequate kitchen towels, no bathroom facecloths; dirty range oven; a sad, unhappy vacation rental; we dealt with an unhelpful agent or perhaps a broker (this was NOT a VRBO !)...however, great location, great view(through construction labelling)...absolutely NO mention of construction noise before occupancy

We stayed for a month and after the first week they locked our lanai due to construction that we were not aware of. Some days it was so loud we had to leave.

We stayed for a week during the marathon, and the location was great. Lots of places within walking distance. Would recommend advising renters of 33/day parking if applicable.

I called the day of check in to get the information as how to self check in. The view was fantastic, the futon is supposed to be a bed for the second guest. We had to ask the owner to bring linens for the second bed. I was told they set up up for 2 people because that’s what the reservation was for. I had to explain that we (mother and daughter) don’t share a bed and the listing states there is sleeping for4. The owner brought some sheets for us :)but, the futon is very uncomfortable. I found an air mattress in the closet and was thrilled to be comfortable!! But, a few hours later the mattress was flat and I was sleeping on the hard floor. After a difficult conversation, I was told that no body else has ever had a problem. Drapes are ripped and non functional. Bathmat in the tub was covered in mildew. Filthy fan blades and vents. We were disappointed with our experience, but made the best of it since we were stuck in the rental agreement. We would have loved to get a refund and go stay somewhere else. I did appreciate the owner when he finally said he would buy a new air mattress, that was very helpful. Truth be told, nice people own it but they don’t clean well aand have random things in the closets which make them unusable to store luggage, etc… The o and it was smooth sailing after that.

Location was great and we did not get the room that we had picked out on line. Obviously false advertising of room on line. We took many pictures because people would not believe what it was like. there was dry rot holes in the curtains, a big rip in the seam of the couch, patio furniture has holes in the plastic chairs and rush on the furniture and the complaints just could go on and on. All i can do is stay away from this site and inform other people to do the same

Good location

The location is great and there are a lot of places like restaurants, ABC store, park and beach in walkable distance. The view is amazing from the balcony, we will definitely come back and use this condo next time.

Cloth to shopping mall and waikiki. Location is perfect 👌

Key was in a keylock, perfect. Appartement was not clean. Especially the bathroom. Contact was good and quickley. Location is great. 5 minuut walk to the beach. Chairs, football, bodyboard all in the appartement. Parkins

Good: Nice view, convenient location Not good: The furniture looks like it was purchased at a frat house going-out-of-business sale: battered old tables and chests in the bedroom, scraped up kitchen cabinets, torn drapes, electrical outlets either not working or too loose to hold chargers, rusty drain in the bathtub, the bedroom widow bolted shut so forget about a soothing nighttime breeze. The two stars are for the view and location. It's clear the owners never use this place so it's just a money maker. They need to spend some of it on long-overdue renovations. Also, they're remodeling a restaurant on the first floor so prepare for constant construction noise throughout the day.

Wonderful place to stay if you enjoy the following: 1) caked on crud in corners on floor 2) despicable filthy grout on floor 3) sticky floor to walk on barefoot 4) shredded/stained, inoperable curtains 5) flaking paint on most cabinets/dirt from body oils 6) couch will stain clothes. Don’t sit on with light colors. Hopefully, we will receive our full cleaning deposit. Doubtful. Mahalo🌺
