First Class Luxury Beach Front Resort Condominium

Beautiful resort and condo unit! We had a great week here. The unit was clean and well stocked. The resort amenities were perfect for our family! Not busy this week or maybe it’s always like this but we never had to fight for pool chairs and the lagoon was almost empty. We would 100% come back here again. Thank you!

Our host, Damian, was the best! Easy to work with and very responsive. The condo was beautiful, well cared for and the perfect location. Pools, resort grounds and beach were gorgeous. Check in/out was a breeze!Shout out to Hunter who escorted us to our condo to show us all the amenities and to Shane and Lynn who helped us with checking in and out.

The host and the resort team were amazing! The unit itself was spacious and beautiful with all the comforts of home.The pools and hottub were great! Especially for families with small children. We went with a 6, 4, and 1 year old. The main pool is not just a big rectangle. It winds around and has lots of areas to enjoy. I've been to Aulani for a weekend once and its impossibel to relax because its just too busy and too many play structures for your kids to disappear behind. This was PERFECT!There is another lap/quiet pool/hottub as well so if you dont want to be around kids, you can enjoy that one.

Was nice but we did have a few roaches in unit during our stay one was even at the bottom of the refrigerator under the drawer on inside .

This was a beautiful home and place to stay. It was very kid friendly.

I’ll start with the good. The communal spaces at the villas are wonderful. We really enjoyed the pools — there’s something for everyone. The location is also wonderful. Perfect spot on the beach, walkable to restaurants and the golf course.Here’s the bad. Unfortunately during our stay there was a cockroach infestation in our unit. It made everything feel dirty and gross. At one point my 1 year old son stepped on a cockroach, slipped, and fell on the floor. Yuck. Property management quickly addressed the issue and set up traps but we spent the remainder of the week cleaning up dying cockroaches.

Great experience and great accommodations!

This was our first trip to Hawaii and because of this place it was everything we thought it would be and more. Highly recommend, especially if you would like to stay away from the busy Honolulu area.

Absolutely beautiful property! We lived in the area several years ago and love going back to Ko Olina any opportunity we get.

We had an absolutely great time at this unit. It was just as advertised, very clean and had everything we needed. It came with all the standard kitchen items but also beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and snorkel equipment. The wifi was strong and had plenty of TV's for our 5 guests. The larges sliding doors were nice to open and allow the breeze through the unit and the AC worked good. The complex itself did not have alot of food options but the properties just north and south of this area have plenty of dining options if needed as well as a shopping center with restaurants up the street within walking distance. This unit was perfect for us to come in to relax from the day. The property was beautiful with landscaping and koi ponds and the pools and hot tubs were great for adults and kids. The lagoons were the best, there are 4 total and this property is on lagoon 2, you can easily walk to the other lagoons!! Perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The front office staff was great with the check in and getting us what we needed. The host Damian was very responsive.

This was our first time to Hawaii. We are a mom, dad, 2 teenage girls and 2 teenage boys. Ko Olina was an impressive location, perfect for all of the touristy things we did with respite at our peaceful resort. The unit itself was so, so nice. We had a spectacular time with the perfect location. I have never been more sad to leave a vacation spot!

We haven’t been able to travel and stay as a family of 8 people. This location was perfect for all of us. I would return here again and recommend it to others.

Great to return to Koolina. Unit was exactly as advertised. Beach equipment is dated but still functional. Love the ambiance of the beach villas and the access to the beach.

This Villa far exceeded our expectations. Shane greeted us when we landed brought our luggage up and walked us through the villa. The resort was beautiful and everyone was so accommodating and gracious. The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms with extra blankets, pillows, towels and Evan an air mattress. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The access to the lagoons, the onsite bar and pools was amazing. I give this Villa 10 + stars and we will be back.

Spacious unit. The unit was very well stocked with supplies for our family of 6. Communication with the owner was fast. Had a few issues, but nothing major. Unit was impossible to find and the desk worker was not helpful (didn't even tell us our room #, what elevator to use, and how to get to our room). Thankfully a different employee showed us to the room. Elevator system is not normal. Parking was very tight, so be careful if you have a big vehicle. The AC was the biggest issue. It would change to 77 after we left for the day. One day it did not work at all, but the maintenance team fixed it quickly (they actually had to come 2 different times). AC finally worked properly on our last 2 days. Not ideal going back to a warm room. It was controlled by a Nest and I believe it was being changed remotely during the day. Also it would lock us out to change it, then the next day it was not locked, then locked again. I didn't like the fact they wanted our names of our kids below 18, first and last name, and our specific flight schedule. No reason they needed this info. Quite a bit of rules to follow as well. Light switches are odd and needed some patience to find the correct one and how to turn it on (not your normal light switch). Just make sure you do homework before booking so you will be prepared. Pool area is tiny. Speed bumps everywhere. Overall nothing that made this place special, but nothing was terrible either.

Condo was great! Family had a great vacation!!!

Loved everything about this place!! Ko Olina is beautiful. It was an easy trip from the airport. It had it all. Unit is on 2nd floor. Easy walk to pools, hot tubs, beach/lagoon, beach bar with entertainment. Convenient parking.The unit was a good fit for us. Visiting my son in military. Enough space for adult children and relatives to spread out and enjoy everything on property and off. I would book it again in a heartbeat! Don't wait. This is the one!! LOVED IT!

Large and beautiful property! The property manager is fast to respond and easy to deal with. Super convenient to some great restaurants and cute shopping. Highly recommend!

Our conclusion first: this is a terrific place to book for a small family reunion and we definitely recommend it. The resort grounds are more peaceful and naturally beautiful than the Disney resort next door and the accommodations met the needs of our 3 couples with one child. The service is very responsive and helpful. The best parts of the condo were the outdoor balcony, the spacious interior with a bathroom for each bedroom, and the beach amenities. We don’t consider ourselves to be bourgeoisie but do believe that the title “1st Class Luxury” was stretched in the condo. The furniture was not comfortable (ie beds) or dusty, the vents and shower curtains were a bit filthy, the electronics and wifi were dated and inconsistent, and many appliances were not consistently serviceable during our stay (stove, dishwasher). If you can get past those details and focus on the beautiful island experience, this is definitely a 4.99 star stay we recommend. Just saying they can up their game a bit.

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay at Damian’s condo. We were greeted by Shane Lewis who was the manager on site. He was very welcoming and punctual! From taking our bags up to walking us through the entire condo, Shane was top notch and very attentive to our needs. The condo was the perfect size if you’re traveling with a good size family. We traveled with our 20 month old, 3 year old and 2 older cousins. Something that wasn’t mentioned that should be, is that there are beach chairs, kids beach toys, water wings for kids and bodyboard. There’s also a pack and play in the closet! There’s 2 master bedrooms which was amazing and the third bedroom acted like a master! The most important aspect of Damian’s condo is the convenience of the pool area and beach! We spent hours at the pool and beach everyday. The kids absolutely loved it! It’s definitely a deal maker if you have little kids. Even teens!! I used the gym everyday and ran on the path every morning to get rid of the many Rainbow Drive Inn mixed plates we ate! Overall, if you’re thinking about renting Damian’s condo…..JUST DO IT!! I promise, we will be renting in the very near future when we visit home again.

From check in to check out we had a great experience! The condo was perfect and the spring break weather couldn't have been better. We enjoyed the pools, gardens, ponds with beautiful Koi, easy access to the beaches and the sunset with live music every evening. Thank you for letting us enjoy your little piece of paradise!

This home was a great location for our family vacation. The unit accommodated our group of 5 perfectly. We enjoyed the on-site pools, the nearby lagoons, and the close proximity to restaurants and stores. The property was clean, quiet, and staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

Beautiful, well kept grounds. Nice amenities. Enjoyed the nice grills, hot tubs, pools and lagoon side bar. All was very nice!

We love ko olina. Everything is about a 45 minute drive but you are outside of the metro feel of Waikiki which makes things more relaxing. Unit is spacious and pretty well stocked. It’s second floor back by aulani drive and faces the open field with a partial ocean view. Only two complaints were- there was 1 coffee pod for the Keurig when we checked in and no coffee on site. Also, check out is 10am and security wouldn’t let us stay on property and use the pool til noon when we were leaving for the airport which I thought was ridiculous. The property manager that met us at check in was very nice- aside from that we didn’t need to communicate much. There are fine and snorkels and boogie boards which came in handy in the closet as well.

We loved our holiday vacation at the Ko Olina Beach Villas. It was a beautiful clean property! The rental process was smooth and staff were very helpful and friendly. We would certainly stay here again!
