House was great and perfectly accommodated our family. Online pictures and description was accurate. Pool in front was a bonus. House centrally located to main road, making day trips to and from house easy. 10/10 recommend for large family or friend gathering.
Back deck area was large enough for all 8 of us included a beautiful view. Bedrooms were cool and comfortable for sleeping. Garage had plenty of beach toys umbrella and beach chairs. Kitchen was very well appointed. We enjoyed the pool fire pit and bbq grill. We did purchase a Thermacell for mosquitos. The kitchen and indoor living space was very warm even with opening the doors (July). The most negative of the property is the walkway; it is over lava rocks. Dangerous for anyone with balance issues. The property is in a great location. We enjoyed our vacation.
Clean, roomy, comfortable.. sums it up! Great views each morning and evening with ocean views on the lanai. Kitchen well stocked, everything very easy to navigate. Beds were very comfortable throughout, individual AC in each bedroom was a bonus. Great location, easy to get into Kailua only 10 minutes away.
We had a wonderful week-long stay at Tin and Linda's beautiful home. The property is just was described. We were a family of 10- with ages ranging from 3-years to 70-years. Lots of larger spaces to gather together (on the west-facing lanai and by the pool) and smaller spaces for quieter chats and reading. The rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. Even the professional chef who came by to prepare our big celebratory dinner was impressed with the layout of the kitchen. It was easy to get to other parts of the island. Local grocery stores were close by. Downtown Kona was a 10-minute drive. I highly recommend this property for any family gathering or large group.
We had a great time & my 2 year old loved the house also. Definitely would VRBO again. Had everything on the property to make it convenient & had a very nice stay!
Stayed 1 week with family including teens. Great pool, hot tub, plenty of room in house and views are stunning. Property manager was responsive with questions and accommodating. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
I brought 5 guys over for a Hawaii golf trip, this house was perfect for what we needed! Every room had their own AC, it was very clean and updated. The host was very responsive and welcoming as well.

This home was booked due to its nice location to sites all around Kona. The rooms were all clean with room for family members. The hosts thought of everything for family fun such as games and water sport equipment. The view off the deck was awesome for sunset viewing. I would recommend for any family events.
13 family members ranging from age 2 to 85 stayed here for more than a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The pool area is great. Kids had a lot of fun and it is enclosed so easy to supervise for the adults. The view over the ocean is amazing. Great sunsets almost every night. The place was clean and well stocked. Definitely would stay again if visiting Kona in the future.

Very practical for a family like mine of many age ranges. Pool in front yard for the young ones. Lanai in back that seats 10 easily and a downstairs area that the teenagers can do Xbox. Very spacious indoors and everybody had privacy
The property was beautiful, clean and really spacious. We had a family of 15, with 2 infants and there was plenty of space for everyone. Lots of parking for our rentals.
Contacting Tin and Linda was very easy. When we had any issues or questions, they responded pretty fast.
Location of the property was perfect. It was close to essential grocery stores, gas stations and minutes away from the downtown area with restaurants.
Highly recommend this property, especially if you have a huge family. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the beautiful lanai views.
