The location was perfect. All the amenities were as advertised. The host was immediately responsive. We all especially appreciated the outdoor shower!
It was great except the hot tub didn’t work our whole stay.
We had a great time! Lots of seating areas and a well stocked kitchen made it a good property for a big group (7 people). We loved being walking distance to the nearby shopping center for great restaurant/bar options (loved the Tiki bar!). Plenty of towels for beach. We did drive to nearby beaches, the only walkable beach is down a very steep path but its a very easy drive to Hanalei Bay or Anini beaches. North shore area of Kauai is stunning, we would highly recommend this area for hiking and beaches.
The house worked out perfectly for our family getaway. Great location and amenities such as beach gear. Plenty of towels. The outdoor shower was a plus.
We so appreciated the size of the rooms in the house and outdoor tables and hot tub. The house was clean and well stocked. The area was very nice and walkable. I would recommend this property to others.
Overall the house is very nice. Checkin was very easy as was booking. Bedrooms were nice and sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group. There were some cleanliness items such as the floor was very sticky and we had to mop first day there. Also the have so many big beautiful windows to look out at beautiful landscape and neighborhood but the windows were very dirty. There were also a few maintenance items such as the garage door sensor to close garage door was off and on ground. We put back on but it kept falling off. Also there was a super small leak in the roof above kitchen table. There was a lot of stuff in garage for use: swim shows ,snorkel, beach stuff, and baby stuff so you are covered there. The neighborhood is great and quiet and there is everything you need very close. Grocery beach and shopping. We would stay there again.
The place was as advertised. Communication was slow but we managed to get through and were quite thankful for the ability to check out late. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
We loved our stay in Princeville! The house was roomy, clean, and had everything we needed during our stay. We loved the location to all the things on the beautiful North Shore. Host was kind and responsive. Would highly recommend this home!
The location was central all the places we visited. The beach items allowed us to truly enjoy our days at the beach. Itcgave us the comfort of home while still feeling like wexwere on vacation.
We enjoyed the space this home offered as well as its location. The outdoor shower was greatly appreciated to keep sand/mud in the house at a minimum. Highly recommend!
Perfect location for Kauai. Walking to shop. farmers markets and gold course. Quick drive to Hanalei. Residence worked very well for group.

We were so grateful to stay in this amazing home! Complete with hot tub, outdoor shower, full kitchen, garage, snorkeling/beach gear, etc. There was nothing lacking about this place.
Overall very nice house. For a home that can accommodate 10 people only having 2 full bathrooms is a drawback. There is an outdoor shower but that is not quite enough.
