it was hot when we got in but the condo supplies many fans so we cleared the hot air pretty quickly. One ceiling fan in the upstairs loft area wasnt working but again the staff was pretty responsive and supplied us with room fans to keep the hot air from accumulating. Also the upstairs shower. was very slow to drain, we called and two repair men came and fixed it quickly. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and pans, etc.
Great place, well appointed
This is a wonderful, peaceful place to stay. Close to beaches and an excellent pool. The townhouse was clean and well-maintained.
We stayed for five nights with our family ages 8 to 70. The rental had great books for relaxing, a well stocked kitchen for a couple nights of home cooking, a very close and clean pool, a beach box with all of the options (snorkels, chairs, umbrellas, floaties, sand castle makers, etc.) We walked to Willey’s beach for a quiet morning stroll and that was a bonus to have a beach within walking. Everything else seemed to be 10-15 minutes away driving - very convenient.The only tricky thing was parking if we got home after 6pm. The lot fills to the brim but there is good overflow parking if you know that is allowed. Lots of flowers and wildlife (pictured) for close-to-the-house adventures.
We had a great time here. Plenty of room for our family of 6. The property is a bit dated, but we expected that with reading the previous reviews & cost to other sized units. We loved the pool & all the light high ceilings of this property. Plenty of beach supplies & we sooo appreciate the 3 umbrellas available, as it rained on us every day out of 8. Loved the grill & close proximity to visiting Hanalei. Loved exploring Wyllie’s Beach straight from the property. Easy check in with code provided. Also enjoyed visiting Puu Poa from using the beach parking in Princeton. Not having AC wasn’t a big deal, as the outside temp was usually around 72 & they had fans available. It might be more uncomfortable in the summer.
Unit is a bit older than the photos make it appear but it is well maintained and clean. The complex has a nice large pool and the unit includes beach chairs, body surfing boards, and snorkeling gear left by past guests which were very convenient. Owners were very responsive, we enjoyed our stay here.
We all had an amazing stay in paradise! Very comfortable and private, close to walking paths , stores and restaurants. So appreciated all the beach equipment!! Dishwasher door needs to be fixed! No spring to catch the heavy door!

The unit was a great location! Unfortunately, the unit failed to be well kept. From falling mismatched screens, doors missing and weak fans... very disappointing!!!!!
