We had an amazing time. This spot was perfect and we were so happy with Kiahuna plantation. Susanne was a great host as well; perfectly accommodating and great communication.
The location of this condo is perfect. Inside the resort area is well kept landscapes that are gorgeous, the beach is a short 5min walk to the beach, and the location is amazing (grocery store, restaurants, etc are all super close). Inside the condo, they have everything you could possibly need. Beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, a full kitchen. The bed is very comfortable and the condo has a very welcoming/home feel. We absolutely would come back!

Everything was perfect from the location to the property. The cleaning fee is not included but charged afterwards which I found a little odd
The place was clean, close to the beach (5 min walk) and restaurants. The kitchen had top of the line appliances and everything about the place was amazing. I would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is short walk to a nice swimming beach. Turtles and Monk seals were seen on our early morning walks. There were beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and ice chest for our daily outings. We will be back!

This was our 4th visit to fabulous Kauai and this location was definitely the best. The condo is beautifully appointed and has every convenience. The beach is stellar with great snorkeling, whale sightings and the even the occasional seal. But the most special part of this spot are the incredible hosts, Susanne and Frank. Their generosity and care throughout our booking process warmed our hearts and will keep us coming back!

Very comfortable and nicely appointed upstairs condo (yes there are stairs to climb); short walk to a great beach; across the road from a mall with restaurants and an athletic club you can use for free.

Had a great stay at this property! Condo is well stocked with beach gear and cookware. Susanne responded very quickly when we had an issue with the cable tv network, it was fixed within 15 minutes. Quick walk to to the beach and grounds were well maintained. Only one minor problem, paperwork said that we would receive a full cleaning after 10 days, this didn’t happen and when we contacted the office they said that it wasn’t really a full cleaning even though we paid $250 for it?? Everything was great except for this minor glitch which needs to be addressed. Thanks for a great stay!

This condo was fantastic! We have stayed at the Kiahuna Plantation many times in many different condos. We decided long ago that most of the condos here are not great (you stay at the Kiahuna for the location) but this one was way beyond our expectations! It was very clean and very nicely appointed. We especially appreciated the wooden furniture on the lanai as opposed to the plastic resin stuff that most of the condos seem to have. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, we had a great stay at this condo. It was quiet, comfortable, and convenient in terms of location and amenities. It was awesome to be able to walk to the beach and have access to the snorkel gear and beach equipment in the condo as well as the resort beach activities hut with rentals, the Athletic Club across the street, and restaurants and shops close by. The only issue for us was that the wild roosters woke us up early in the morning with their loud crowing. :)

Had an amazing experience staying here! Easy check in open 24/7. Amazing location, couldn’t be happier with the beautiful grounds of the plantation. Workout facility and pool was nice, awesome coffee shop across the street. Easy beach access and short walking distance. Awesome condo, just as pictured, very clean. Host was amazing and was very accommodating to us and we appreciated it! Did everything to make our stay even better and easier with checkout, very quick response times as well. Great stay and would come back!

I was very pleased with the location of the rental for my first trip to Hawaii.
It was absolutely perfect. The location of condo rental was EVERYTHING! Ms Suzanne has a wonderfully built home with just about anything and everything that you could ask for. Kiahuna plantation is quite a large estate, although it took me a minute to get my barring in regards to where everything was/is located… I can say without a doubt that I cannot wait to return and I can only hope to book this location again.
Favorite part about the condo/home… the balcony has an AMAZING view! Almost tree house stile with a gorgeous monkey bush tree and split leaf monsteras as ground coverage! Couldn’t have asked for a better view
