Wonderful property, fully equipped kitchen and the beds were super comfortable. The lanai and the spectacular view of the ocean, was amazing. The location is an easy walk to several beaches and restaurants. The pool is directly on the ocean. We will be back!
We had a wonderful stay in Kauai! The condo is as described and was very clean throughout with the exception of mildew on the shower curtain and a mildew smell upon arrival. Cynthia said after we left this would be addressed. She stated it is due to people running the AC all the time and not on the dry mode. I do not believe we received any information regarding running the AC in dry mode. Otherwise, very pleasant stay.
We loved the location. We watched the turtles off our balcony and the pool deck every day. Such a beautiful view!

We spent a week in Cynthia’s beautiful condo and only wish we had booked for longer. So many things to praise. First, Cynthia is an awesome communicator throughout. And her online guide to the island is the best guide I’ve ever seen. The condo itself has superb views of the ocean and coastline. Inside, it’s very comfortable and is well furnished with everything in its logical place. It is quiet at night, the only sounds you will hear are the ocean waves. And the balcony is great for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Kauai is so beautiful and Cynthia’s place is the perfect base.
We lucked out and found this VRBO in March and booked it as Christmas availability was limited. It had a phenomenal view, it was super quiet and easy access from the parking lot. The A/C was fantastic as it was quite warm while we were there - we were even a little chilly some nights and had to turn it off. The pool was a nice cool-spot for those hot days. Our vacation could not have been any better 3 Our stay was everything that was promised. We saw whales & turtles right from our lanais. The path to Poipu beach was wonderful & we enjoyed a puka dog while watching the turtles come ashore in the evening. It truly was a magical vacation, and one that my kids say was the best vacation ever!
Location was perfect, but with the view it was hard to leave the condo. We watched all the sea life as well as a breaching whale. Kitchen was appropriately equipped, beach items were all clean and good working order. We had a great stay and will be back!

Great location - steps away from Poipu beach where sea turtles come and rest on the beach daily. Beautiful view - right in the water. Loved watching waves crashing, dolphins and turtles swimming right from our balcony. Star gazing at night. Condo was well stocked with everything you need. A perfect stay in Kauai!!!
The property was very well equipped, down to beach chairs and umbrellas. Nice size, good layout. Cynthia was a dream as a host. Anytime we contacted her she immediately responded and helped. For example some error code came up on the oven and within thirty minutes she had someone at our door to take care of it.
But, the view from the living room and the patio was remarkable. Waves crashing on the rocks, the white spray, the endless sea turtles, the dolphins all right in front of you. We would go back in a heartbeat.
This unit was very comfortable, with a short walk to Poipu Beach. Sleeping to the sound of the ocean waves was very relaxing. I would defiantly stay here again!
This condo was absolutely incredible! The views are amazing! We sat on the balcony and just watched the waves roll in and the perfect sunsets. We saw so many turtles from the balcony and even some dolphins. Easy walk to the beach.
The condo was extremely clean and had everything needed for the beach. The design is basically like 2 master suites since you can close the pocket door to the 2nd bathroom. Beds and furniture were all very comfortable. Parking was always easily available.
Can’t wait to go back someday! Definitely were spoiled by this place!

We were pleased to discover how well stocked the kitchen was with supplies. Made it is so nice to not have to purchase the baggies, paper towels, etc.
We did wonder about the bathroom fan not working, but Scott said to not bother you about it, not a big deal!?
The only thing we were missing was a pen by the phone (once again, no biggie)
I was missing a bedside clock, since we had turned off our phones to avoid getting calls/ texts from home ( 3 hour difference!). I’m just one of those people who gets up in the night and wonders what time it is, haha.
