Take a short drive down to Hanalei to spend the day at the bay surfing, swimming and catching some sun. With lots of activities to do on Kauai’s north shore, Ti Hale is the perfect home to unwind in at the end of the day.
Inside Ti Hale you’ll find 4 sleek and spacious bedrooms - 2 master suites (Cal King; King) and 2 guest rooms (King; a Twin + a Full/Twin Bunk set) with an additional full bath. Inside both master suite bathrooms are large vanity areas, dual-head showers and walk in closets ready for you to unpack and relax.
A/C is set up in the main living area as well as all of the bedrooms. This large A/C system in the living area provides a nice cooling to the entire house for extra sleeping comfort. Ceiling fans throughout the home provide an extra breeze but don’t forget to open up the large patio sliding doors on both the front and back lanai to enjoy the Kauai fresh air.
The white-granite countertop in the spacious kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and all the cooking essentials necessary for a large family and friends gathering.
With plenty of open space, this home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests without feeling crowded.

STAY AT TI HALE WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. THERE WAS 9 FAMILY MEMBERS ANS WE ALL FIT WONDERFULLY WITH AMPLE SPACE. LOCATION WAS PERFECT IN THE PRINCEVILLE COMMUNITY. WWIULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND STAY AGAIN.

Our group consisted of 6 adults and 3 children, 2 under 2, and this property was perfect! Enough room for the kiddos, everyone had their own space, and the littles even found a stash of toys. Check in was easy, the house was well appointed, we'd 100% stay again!

We had a wonderful time in this well equipped home in a great location. We particularly liked that we could walk to the Wednesday Farmer's Market, Queen's Bath, or other beach locations. House had everything we needed including the ability to control AC in separate rooms which was a plus. We had a problem with an appliance which was quickly resolved by management. We would certainly rent again on our next visit to Kauai.

The owner is great to work with. Check in procedures were easy to follow. The house is absolutely beautiful. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for enjoying evenings on the deck. I'd definitely stay at this house again.

The house was absolutely gorgeous, however, we soon found out why there were ant traps everywhere. We were not really able to use the kitchen or pantry, or even the bath mats in a couple of the bathrooms because they were overwhelmed with ants. We would come home from whatever we were doing that day, and found ants in the 100's all over the kitchen except near the ant traps. I attempted to address this with some home made deterrents with mixed results. I contacted the rental company who provided me with more traps that the ants didn't use and a can of bug spray. We gave up because it didn't matter wear we sprayed, the ants found food wherever we hid it around the house and I had to balance using bug spray and keeping the family away from it. In all, each evening ended with relocating food to other places around the house, and taking a garbage bag with 300-400 ants out to the trash can.
The house didn’t come with many blankets to use and the blankets in the master bedroom were light and didn’t keep you warm. With visiting in March, the weather was a bit more mild so we were struggling to keep warm. On the flip side, our kids like to keep the doors closed at night, which meant their rooms were pretty muggy with no a/c even with fans. Our kids had to decide if they wanted to put up with the mugginess in their room or slightly better conditions and lots of noise from bugs and birds outside.
