Spacious Home with Pool near Queens Bath

Centrally located in Princeville, this house has all the amenities one could wish for a fantastic stay! This is a new home built in 2022, with thoughtful consideration of accommodating guests. Every single thing in the home is new, from the bedding to the dishware! We are walking distance from Queen's Bath, and a 10 min drive to Hanalei Bay and Anini Beach. The house is only 1 miles away from the Princeville shopping center and park! The newly renovated One Hotel is a half a mile away and boasts 5 star dining, with amazing sunset views! We highly recommend going there to get cocktails and watch the beautiful sunset!

The first floor includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, a reading nook under the stairs, half bath/ laundry room and 4 bedrooms. The master and double bedroom have ensuite bathrooms. The house has 3 AC units, located in the main living area, master bedroom, and in the upstairs bedroom. The master bedroom includes a King Bed, closet, and a full bathroom with a walk in shower and tub. There is 1 double bedroom with a full bathroom and 1 more double bedroom. The first floor also includes a covered back lanai walking down to a new pool with a spacious deck and an outdoor dining area and a trampoline. The second floor hosts the tv room, fourth bedroom with a twin trundle bed (i.e. 2 twin beds), a full bathroom and a covered outdoor lanai with beautiful mountain views. The TV room includes a new smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa. For those requiring office space, there are desks available upstairs. The garage is not available for guest use.

Having a car is highly recommended, especially if you desire to explore all the beauty that the island of Kauai has to offer. While there is limited taxi and uber service on the north shore. Public bus transportation is an option.

IMPORTANT: For guests staying longer than 10 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required. Additional cleaning fees will apply for guests staying longer durations. The host will notify you of the additional fees. These fees will be billed separately and are due at time of check in.
