Great location with beautiful views of the sunset! Nicely furnished and kitchen had what we needed to prepare a few light meals during our stay. We noticed a neighbor condo had a screen door on the entry door. That would be a nice addition to this unit as it would help allow the cooler breezes from the North to flow thru the unit. Great location. Great views. Perfect location for a chill getaway. I wish that the management company belonged to the nearby Poipu Athletic Club.

Perfect location and great place! It had amazing views and we were able to walk to the beach. Close to a few great food options. The place itself was well kept and well stocked with towels and beach equipment. Driveway was a little steep, so be careful and go slow if you rent a low car as you can scrape the bottom on the way out. Would definitely rent again!
This was a wonderful rental for our stay. It had everything you could possibly need as well as lawn chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler that were very useful. I’m not sure this would be great for small children as I was talking very briefly to the neighbor staying next-door to me on the balcony outside and had the maintenance man come and tell me the entire place could hear my conversation and I needed to be more quiet aware.
Husband, myself, 20, 17 and 10 year old boys had enough room, loved the view-appreciated being up above the other structures and had an amazing view! Call to ask what is available in the kitchen before you buy, plenty of towels, fun beach toys available for kids , walking distance to beach and thankful for the washer/dryer, two bedrooms and two bathrooms…and did I mention the view!

location was awesome as always. general condition of unit was poor.I understand with living by the ocean maintenance is higher but there were things that could have been addresses that weren’t. The bedspread in the main bedroom was badly stained, the foam on the king side bed was literally breaking apart and we had to remove it completely. We did inform the manager Vicki that we had done so as well. The handle to flush the toilet in main BR kept falling off on the inside and we informed the plumber when he was there of the situation and he did say it would have to be replaced. It didn’t happen while we were there though. I realize the deck was breaking down due to weather but it should have at least been swept off so pieces of concrete weren't’ being brought into the unit. We have visited the beautiful Island of Kauai since 1999 and have enjoyed our stays. The costs now are so high that when you pay as much as we did for 16 nights it was very disappointing. Also the rugs desperately need cleaning. It also would have been nice to have had a clean mat for the shower. I will add the manager who maintained the grounds themselves was excellent. thank you for inquiring.\
Best condo view ever, even better IRL. Their team is so helpful and promptly fixed the WiFi outage and helped when we locked ourselves out. Stayed with a girlfriend and It was a good size between us but wouldn’t want to stay with 2 couples since one room is absolutely amazing and th other has no ocean view and two twin beds. Perfect beach walk location too!

I have been here - Sunset Kahili - many times with my dear wife... who passed last year. In her memory, my cousin is my travel companion to help me let go. I also wanted this trip to be filled with memories shared with her on her first visit here.Condo just fine. However the lift arm in the master toilet must be replaced by a new sturdy one. (We had to lift the tank lid and manually pull up the flapper valve each time we needed to flush that toilet.)Short time - great memories.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. Easy walk to the beach, lovely balcony for dinners and watching the sunset. Well appointed corner unit condo. We hope to return again in the future.
Nice place, great location, stairs and elevator. If you like a “super soft” bed you’ll love the master bed. Way too soft for me but my wife liked it. The pillows were all too thick for me as well but I made it work and enjoyed the stay. Great view of the ocean and we saw whales on our last morning. One of the ceiling fans didn’t work and there were small bugs on the counter in the mornings. Even after they came unannounced to spray for bugs. All and all it worked out and we would stay there again.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. It's a walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and it has a full kitchen and any extras we needed (beach chairs, towels, etc.). The only suggestion would be to replace the mattresses in the second (smaller) bedroom as they were not comfortable and the sink in the master bedroom seemed plugged up (it took some time for the water to go down). Otherwise, great place!
Stayed in August 2023 and this property did not disappoint. The view from 408 was beautiful. Sunrise from the sea and sunset on the lanai. Hear the waves crashing as lay down for the day.
The ice makers were a plus for our daily outings and not needing to stop for ice. All beach essential we enjoyed, our toddler loved the beach toys.
Kitchen was a bit small, but we hardly used it.
No AC but was manageable with the fans and breeze at night.
I would say the only con was getting in and out of the parking lot. There is a big dip and with our rental (mini van) it was scraped every time going in and out of it. No matter which way we angle it lol.
Great place, I would stay again.
