This was our second year staying here, and, as before, we had a most excellent stay. Very comfortably equipped, great communication with Lori, wonderful location. We will return!

Our family holiday experience in Princeville was greatly enhanced by our stay at this property. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms easily handled our family group of 7. The "flip" home design with all bedrooms on the main floor and kitched, living and verandas on the second floor worked so well to accommodate various family sleep schedules. This property is high;y recommended.
Princeville was the perfect location for our family gathering!
The house had everything we needed for cooking meals and going to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone and we really enjoyed the lania!! If your going to Kauai this is the rental you want !!

This rental worked great for our family. It is a bit outdated and has older carpet in the bedrooms. The twin bedroom has a funky smell that we weren’t sure what it was. We washed the bedding and it was better. The master bed and bathroom was big and spacious. The bath was super nice as well. The neighborhood was very peaceful and well kept. Overall it was a great house and very clean.
We really enjoyed our stay. Kauai is out favorite island !! This is the first time we have booked a VBRO through this management company and will totally be recommending to family and friends!! Hoping to be back again next year and stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our two week stay at this location. Lori, the property manager, was wonderful from start to finish, with excellent communication and friendliness. The space was large enough for our group to enjoy, was well equipped with anything you would need to cook and play, including beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and toys (though you may want to rent snorkeling gear- we brought our own so didn’t dig through to see if the house provided any). Great location close to Foodland, Nourish Hanalei, Hideaways and Sea Lodge Beach, and a short drive to Anini, Kiluea, and Hanalei . Beautiful views through every window. We were there in June and the open windows brought in cooling cross winds so we were all very comfortable. All in all a great time and we would definitely come again!

This is our third time at this location. My family loves it!
This property is perfect for families! The layout of the home and location made it a dream for our family to explore the island and all sleep well! The large kitchen had proper cookware and utensils for cooking. The wrap around covered deck had great views during the rains. The home was very clean and safe. Our kids had fun in the warm community pool on our low key rest day. All around, we had a great stay in this home and are sad to leave.
Great house for a group. Truly beautiful view from the upstairs area. House was very functional and enough bathrooms for a group of eight that we never a problem. Great lanai for hanging outdoors where cute birds would come visit us everyday.

Our rental was well-maintained, beautifully situated next to a golf course, and within easy driving distance to beaches, restaurants, river kayaking. The house was comfortable for all seven of us (parents, two adult children, and one grandchild).
This was a great vacation home for our family. The community pool and tennis courts are basically across the street. There are some sand toys, boogie boards, and tennis racquets currently on the property for use. Communication with the property manager Lori was amazing. She was attentive and able to answer all our questions in a timely manner. Including questions about wifi speed.
The home is dated but roomy. The kitchen and family room are upstairs with windows that allow for a nice cross-breeze. Gorgeous views. We appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry soap that were provided, in addition to the beach chairs, body boards, beach towels, and sand toys. One thing that would make it nicer would be to have salt, pepper, and other general use spices for cooking. Sleeping with the fans and windows open provided cooler temperatures for sleeping, but the outside noises of birds, roosters, and water drainage takes some getting used to.
